Roxas would definitely but happy to see someone stand up for him. Not a lot of people would or well not a lot of people who normally deal with “his kind”

Roxas can help in terms of magic given he is very skillful with light magic and he formerly used other magics though he abandoned most of that for raw speed and power. The twins definitely get to learn some magic of varying degrees

I know I owe y'all a Pit post. Sorry I'm taking so long with that. I've been focused on classes, and I wanted to try setting some time for art for once.

Honestly, I see Pit as being far too dedicated to Palutena to ever really consider a relationship. If he had to choose between his duty and his own happiness, I think he'd pick his duty every time. It's still fun to think about these AUs though.

If they were kids, Milton goes overboard and covers Aumi with bandaids that have cute Souflees on them! I've been meaning to draw one of the Pit/Dark Pit kids as an infant in a Souflee onsie lol.

Sora appears beside Lana to gawk at the baby too. I absolutely love the idea of Sora just randomly popping up in overly sugary-sweet happy scenes!

Well Roxas uses powerful light magic in his offense, just not the variety he used to though I guess that's more because it was more of a Sora thing. He does occasionally use water spells and healing, but beyond that all offense using speed+physical capabilities+light magic. Onyx definitely would vibe with that combat style lol!
They need a rest after the kids go crazy!

Mainly just how she acts, her relationship with others, and the extent of what she's capable of with her abilities, along with how she'd fend for herself. Mainly just things like that, but either way, it's fun to piece things together.

I went ahead and took a look back at some of Minako’s (our old Peach rper’s) posts in the ooc/rp to refresh my memory and from what I’ve seen/remembered.

Dynamics/relationships:

Mario: The best way to describe how Minako wrote Peach’s dynamic with Mario is that he’s her “almost-boyfriend”. Peach is aware of her own romantic feelings and she knows Mario also may have feelings for her, but for various reasons they haven’t exactly made anything official yet. However, Peach seemed to be mostly written in a way so that say, if a Mario rper joined and wasn’t comfortable with a romance dynamic, that it could be quietly retconed and ignored so don’t feel pressured to continue this plot idea if you’re not interested.


Samus: There’d been a pretty big focus on the smash ladies dynamic (heck, the main reason I initially picked up Zelda as a character was to complete the group) so her and Zelda’s dynamics would probably be some of the more fleshed out ones. When it came to Samus and Peach, this post gives a pretty decent summary of how Peach viewed her but overall besides being very close friends, Peach seemed to be written as really admiring and respecting her for her skills, often comparing herself to the bounty hunter. Though since then the role player for Samus has been changed to Forevermore so that may also impact their dynamic


Zelda: Peach seemed to highly admire Zelda’s wisdom (I think there were a couple of jokes in the OOC about her asking zel for love advice lol) and Zelda likewise equally admires Peach for her kindness and prowess and a ruler. As well, they have that princess solidarity going for them lmao. And, this is mostly from my personal interpretation of the dynamic, I saw them having a mix of a sisterly dynamic, and with Zelda being the newest member of the trio, the youngest, and one of the more recent fighters added to the roster, I like to think she’d especially look up to her and Samus as people to aspire to become.


Bowser: Peach was written to hold a very strong distaste for Boswer and all his antics, but when she found out that he and all of his kids, alongside the rest of the fighters, were made wanted criminals, she also seemed to worry somewhat for him. So in general, while she does respect him as a father, that doesn’t excuse any of his antics in the slightest.

I can’t say too much about how Peach’s combative abilities were portrayed as (From what I’m looking at) Peach hadn’t been placed into a scenario where she was directly fighting someone yet. Granted the best person to go to would probably be GrumpySwallow since Pikachu was apart of the group during the events at the forest (Which seemed to be the most action packed stuff the group got into if I remember right) so they might be able to elaborate more.




Also since I feel Peach’s first post does a pretty good job at showcasing some more general aspects and vibes of her prior portrayal I’ll go ahead and repost it here:

Princess Peach​

"I do wish you would wait for Master Mario and Master Luigi to accompany you, your highness..." Toadsworth sighed as he fretfully walked beside Princess Peach as she was getting ready to depart for the Smash Realm.


"No," Peach refused, plain and simple, adding, "I... I just need to do this. On my own."

"But--"

"No buts!" The Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom protested, and while she didn't like interrupting Toadsworth, she knew she HAD to put her foot down or Toadsworth would just talk her down from it like he usually did if given the chance.


"I still don't see WHY it is so important to you to do this ALONE! And what if that blasted King Koopa is there already!? You will be in a totally new land alone and without Master Mario OR Master Luigi to save you!" Toadsworth kept beckoning.

Peach frowned when introduced to the very REAL possibility Bowser was already there, but this fact would (unfortunately for Toadsworth) only FUEL her ambitions, not deter them. The princess had plenty of pent-up rage and frustration (and a good portion of it stemming from said King of the Koopas) that Bowser was more than welcome to.

"Then... Then..." Peach began, suddenly finding herself reaching for and gripping her ever-trusty frying pan, suddenly begins to wield it like it was a sword, adding, "I'll just give him a smack with this! I've been training, you know!"

"Yes, but, Majesty, at least--"

"I won't be the damsel in distress anymore, Toadsworth... And even IF Mario and Luigi don't make their way to the Smash Realm, I still have friends there! I was the one who suggested we try to reunite last year, after all!"

"Yes, but you and Mario BOTH agreed that the two of you would go toge--"

"I know what I said! It's just---" Peach began, being very unladylike in losing her temper, and quickly remedied her tone, especially when reminding herself she was talking to her beloved Toadsworth, continuing, "Things... Just... Got complicated is all... I need to do this. Not for Mario. Not for Luigi. Not for Daisy... For ME."

"Princess... Mario cares for you... Very much..."

"I know that... It's just--" Peach began, then took a deep breath, "I know how I feel isn't exactly one-sided. I think that's the problem... Even if he WOULD choose me... Would he be happy... Being the KING of Mushroom Kingdom?"

"Oh, Of course the ol' boy would! Why, he'd--"

"He'd say he would. For me. To be with me. But I don't think he really would... Toadsworth, you've seen him galavanting on so many adventures... And that's where he's happiest: Being out there and exploring everything the world has to offer..." Peach sighed, more and more disheartened with every word she spoke, "Yes, he's happy to live near Mushroom Kingdom and be among us as the HERO of Mushroom Kingdom... But that story might change drastically being KING. He'll be stuck in meeting after meeting with me... Obligated to do everything I am... Mario isn't going to be happy cooped up in this castle signing this or that or meeting with some mucky muck nobles day in and day out... He's happiest with his friends and brother adventuring... And being with me... It... It will take that away..."

"You can still go on adventures with Master Mario, Princess..." Toadsworth consoled her and placed a comforting hand on her gloved arm, continuing, "It... Well, it won't be as often as he'd like, I'll admit, but... I believe Mario would be happy just being with you... Cooped up or not..."

"And... If he isn't...?" Peach dared to ask after she inhaled a moment.

"...Then maybe Master Mario... Isn't the one for you..." Toadsworth simply stated, matter-of-factly.

"...That's what I'm afraid of..." The blonde princess hung her head, "And that's why I have to do this. Without him."

"...There really is nothing I can say that will change your mind, is there, Princess?" Toadsworth finally mutters after an uncomfortable moment or two of awkward silence.

"...No. There isn't," Peach hesitantly answers as she knows her decision is hurting the only father figure she's ever had.

She couldn't let that stop her, however.

Not this time.


"...I'm sorry."


She looked down to offer Toadsworth a farewell hug, but gasped as she found tears beginning to stream from his eyes!

"Toadsworth! Oh, please, don't cry! I---!!"


"N-no... No... It isn't that, your highness... I was just thinking how proud your parents would be if they could see the brave and benevolent ruler... and woman... You've become. I wish you nothing but the best on your journey."


Getting misty-eyed herself, the Princess of the Mushroom embraced her father figure one last time before setting off into the distant land where many worlds collided...

"Mmmmm...Wha...?" The pink princess woozily slurred while waking up in the middle of the woods, wiping the embarrassing drool off her face as she shook her head to rush herself awake.

"Geez... I must have dozed off... I only wanted to take a break for a second..." Peach thought to herself while getting up, wiping off dirt from her dress, and walking forward.

She had actually gotten lost almost the moment she entered the realm, which didn't bode well for how the rest of this "trip" would go, Peach was certain, but there was nothing for it now: The best she could do was put one foot in front of the other and hope each step was closer to... Well, she'd settle for anything at this point!

She wasn't sure if her "luck" had run out or not when she heard blasting not too far off in the distance, but beggars weren't exactly choosers!


Lifting up her dress slightly, the Mushroom Princess ran toward the less-than-good-sounding blasts as fast as she could and hoped against hope it was an ally she was heading towards and not an enemy!

Peach's heart was racing as she got closer and closer, until finally---


Oh! There they were, like a sight for sore eyes: Samus and Pikachu! She didn't exactly know what they were fighting, but it was clear they were bad news.

The Mushroom Princess scanned the scene more clearly with her sapphire blue eyes and frowned as she saw those... Whatever they were... AND Samus' blast aimed toward them... It seemed kinda close but there was a chance it might miss if those things caught on soon enough. Funny enough, unless Peach was seeing the course of the blast wrong, they might all get hit with Samus' shot if they were on a path towards the Princess' position...!


"Ah!" Peach gasped as she got an idea of what to do.


"Yoo-hoo! Over here~!" The pink Princess cried as she suddenly jumped into a more clear view of those ogre-like creatures and began making silly faces to taunt them, hoping that in now targetting HER they'd run straight into the blast---!

I went ahead and took a look back at some of Minako’s (our old Peach rper’s) posts in the ooc/rp to refresh my memory and from what I’ve seen/remembered.

First of all, I wanna say thanks for taking your time and giving me all the info about how she was in RP, and her character relationships! Even if it doesn't seem like there's much information about how she actually was when the lady well known for being a damsel in distress actually finds herself in trouble here, it sounds like there's a lot that can be created in that regard.

Judging from her relationship with some of the other members, especially that of Samus and Zelda, it undoubtedly sounds like Peach hasn't been a ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom for that long of a time. She's young and slightly inexperienced, and even though her heart is undoubtedly in a good place, it sounds like she can be pretty stubborn, at least in regards to how others see her. People care and worry for Peach, but she's still trying to show that she's a strong ruler for those around her - she represents the Mushroom Kingdom, after all.

Truth is though, it's likely that she isn't. It's why she doesn't just find herself as an ally and a close friend to Samus and Zelda, but she idolizes them to an extent as well, regardless of the fact that Zelda is the youngest of the three as you've stated. She's a little hung over this idea that she needs to prove her own independence as the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, and likely as the result of events that occurred during the tournament a year back, it could be possible that it opened her eyes a bit. There's other kick-butt ladies out there who proved their worth in the tournament, and in comparison Peach feels like she can't compare. An intergalatic bounty hunter, a woman who with her own lineage is a representative of the power of one's wisdom, and then we have Peach rounding out the trio. And in spite of her own strengths, it's difficult for Peach to feel as if she's as reliable compared to her other friends.

This probably is something that isn't the best of ideas from me, but it's something that does come to mind - When it comes to the tournament itself, Peach wasn't exactly the strongest fighter out there, and it likely was possible that following the events of it all, she wanted to prove that perhaps she could do better to redeem her image. Perhaps it wasn't practical training, but at least now does she know her way around a few things, and she can certainly swing a frying pan if need be. She feels like she pales compared to her friends and wants to show that she can at least do something compared to crying for help and relying on others to save her.

As far as combat went, Peach's main tactic was to distract enemies by taunting them, leaving them open and vulnerable to attack from Samus and Pikachu. She did this toward the Plutons that were vandalizing Samus's ship and to the Putt that guarded the Great Deku Tree. That said, I don't expect you to RP Peach the same way her previous player did, just as I didn't have that expectation when Forevermore took over as Samus. It's more important to me that you are aware of what Peach has been involved with in the RP prior to you joining, and any awkwardness that may come from picking up where someone else left off is normal and I expect it, so no pressure on that. The most important thing regarding Peach is that the idea for a yearly reunion party was entirely her own: she was the planner and the hostess for it.

Here is the post where the Great Deku Tree explains the Pillars of Creation and Destruction to Samus, Peach, and Pikachu.

And here's a quick run-down of events that Peach was a part of:

-Peach saw the Plutons vandalizing Samus's ship and offered her aid.
-After a bit of rest in Samus's ship, the girls made the decision to head deeper into the Forest to find the source of its corruption. They eventually came upon an area blanketed in a toxic miasma.
-Samus went on ahead, protected by her suit, while Peach and Pikachu stayed behind.
-Thanks to the help of a Pumpkaboo's Trick-or-Treat ability, Peach and Pikachu were able to safely traverse through the miasma. They came upon Samus battling Underworld demons led by a Putt.
-After defeating the demons, they were able to remove the giant stake, made of dark magic, that had been stabbed into the Great Deku Tree. Unfortunately, the damage done to the tree was so great that he couldn't recover, and before he died he gave the Pillar of Life to the girls.
-Peach, Samus, and Pikachu met up with Zelda and Cream the Rabbit, who were waiting for them at Samus's ship. The dark priestess, Odessa, under the guise of a wandering healer, tried to get information out of them. After they shooed her away, they agreed to go to the Lake Shore.
-There, they met the Lake Scientist and a Nurse Joy who were tending to an injured Dark Pit. Dark Pit bailed, and the girls heard about how Rayquaza had fallen very ill and refuses to come out of the lake. Nurse Joy lamented that her Mega Stone had been stolen otherwise she'd use that to summon Rayquaza.
-Corrin, Marth, Link, Sheik, and Tetra arrived at the Lake soon after. Samus, Pikachu, and Cream the Rabbit went to seek out Dark Pit at the request of Zelda. Corrin had a Mouser in hand, captured by Dark Pit and entrusted to her for delivery to the Lake. The Mouser had stolen Nurse Joy's bracelet that had the Mega Stone in it, wearing it as a belt.

Question GrumpySwallow Kameron Esters- is there any plans for the swamp group? I can't say I have much more I can provide off a single Mog reply if I was expected to keep pushing it
