Things have been going fine in regards to myself, thanks for asking. Anything new in regards to the plot or other exciting trouble?

Pyra/Mythra, Pit, Toon Link, and Jeff are about to confront the Pillar of Fear in the Ghost Ship

Roxas and Snake have made it to the Military Base after finding trouble underground

Samus, Peach, Zelda, and Cream have arrived at the Lake Shore and met up with Dark Pit. A Nurse Joy and the Lake Scientist (Ocarina of Time NPC) were trying to help him with his injuries, but he chose chaos instead.

On the floating island where the Subspace factory is, Sora, Pichu, and Pokey have rallied the local wildlife to fight back against the remnants of the Subspace Army

Captain Falcon's group has been taken to a Kokiri village hidden in the swamp.

At the Battlefield Fortress, Byleth and Professor Layton just fought back against a small horde of Lizalfos led by a Dinolfos.

Wow, sounds like things really have gone nuts. Absolutely cool to see that everyone is going about and getting business done though.

The confusion spreads when Byleth starts doing the same to the other shorter characters. He gets asked why and he just says “I was told keeping eye contact while speaking is a good thing, but it’s difficult to do so with shorter people, so I thought this would help.”

Then some of the Little Brothers, and fighters such as Pichu and Kirby, start going to Byleth because being picked up is fun! Uppies!

I've shared my Pit and T'ink headcanons, so I'll share some Dark Pit headcanons I have.

In the Japanese version of Uprising, Palutena states that Dark Pit is never truly at peace unless he is in battle. There is some truth to this. If Dark Pit goes too long without fighting, he becomes more aggressive and destructive. Thankfully, activities such as training, sparring, and hunting help keep those tendencies under control. Viridi and Palutena are unsure if this is part of the mirror's magic as a means to keep its creations under some form of control, or if it's because Dark Pit is a manifestation of Pit's negative traits, such as an apparent bloodthirst. It could be both!

I forgot to share that had I gone with my original plan and waited for an opportunity for Dark Pit to meet up with Snake's group, I'd have had him attack Roxas on sight as he was feeling "the itch" and Roxas looked like a strong opponent. Poor Roxas! XD

The angst-loving part of me imagines a scenario where Dark Pit is determined to prove he is NOT a devil, so he abstains from fighting, which goes against his very nature. Things seem alright at first, then Dark Pit accidentally breaks a glass in his hand by squeezing too hard. Then he develops behavioral problems such as having an overwhelming urge to knock things off countertops, extreme irritability, or playing way too roughly with the Little Brothers. Following that, he starts blanking out, and when he snaps to he finds that the room he's in is completely wrecked. In between all that, he suffers migraines and body pains. And Roxas and Zelda get front row seats to his mental deterioration!

While most of the other fighters do not want to deal with him at all, I saw Sora being one of the few fighters empathetic enough to realize that Dark Pit is acting out of suffering than malice. Maybe he's reminded of his friend Stitch, and tries to help!

When I RP the Pits, I’m thinking, “Okay, Pit but a dog,” or “Pit but a cat!” XD

The solution would be very simple: Dark Pit needed to have his senses beaten into him, literally! Of course Pit would be very willing to help with that and would be grateful for Sora and Roxas's assistance. It's a good thing angels are very durable!

Needless to say, a situation like that would never happen again!

Lol Sora convinces the younger fighters to have a Disney movie binge night, and he notices the one movie Pittoo shows some significant amount of emotion towards is Lilo & Stitch! XD

Shifting his focus from cleaning himself up to the hand that was extended to him, the professor looked up to meet Layton's gaze.

I actually giggled at this just because of the simple mental image of Byleth gazing into Layton's beady black dot eyes! XD

I'm always impressed how the game developers can make a guy with dot eyes look intense and badass, even when standing next to a more "realistically" designed character.
