I’d like to get Pittoo over to Snake’s group but he’s in the Plains. Being a veteran and built for war, he’d be much more resilient to such sights.
Roxas and Pittoo possibly having a conflict over Pittoo’s supposed indifference would be interesting to play out!

Here's an interesting bit about Dark Pit: the whole, "No you, no me, two sides of the same coin" thing? The English dub completely made that up. In the Japanese version, Dark Pit never states such, and his reason for helping Pit was because he genuinely cared about Palutena, even referring to her as Palutena-sama. Japanese Dark Pit never explains where he was or what happened to him during the three years Pit's spirit was sealed in a ring. I personally don't mind this because most of the game's story takes place from Pit's PoV, so we wouldn't know what he wouldn't know.
I've honestly found the whole, "You die, I die" thing stupid for multiple reasons: 1. The mirror that created Dark Pit makes a copy of a person based off their darker instincts and repressed feelings. It doesn't split a soul in half, it doesn't extract the darkness from a person's heart and make it into a new being, all it does is make a copy BASED upon those darker feelings. It creates a reflection. That's it. There's no reason for the two Pits to be so tightly connected in that sense. 2. It means Dark Pit will never truly be his own person as his existence is fully dependent on Pit's, and that's terrible. 3. Pittoo being perfectly fine after Pit burns his wings off becomes a plot hole when it wasn't in the original script. 4. If the death of the original kills the copy, and the Underworld Army has been using the mirror to spawn more monsters, then that means should Pit hit, say, the original Monoeye, he just killed a bunch more Monoeyes from that one creature's death. The Underworld could easily lose fighters as soon as they gain them. 5. Most importantly, this addition to the game means that, should Pit never have made it to the Rewind Spring, his sacrifice to save Dark Pit would have been completely and utterly pointless!
So, I'm pretty much taking that whole "No you, no me" thing, crumpling it up, and tossing it in the trash for this RP.

pretty Like sure, the art itself is maybe a lil bit derpy but I see the vision behind and holy heck I’d love to see a modern interpretation of it (I’m sure someone on the internet has done so already so I guess I’ll get to googling lmao)

I have never been a fan of using Google Docs for writing my posts. Drives me crazy having extra tabs open for post making and I need the rp open for referencing posts anyways, so I'm that crazy mf that just writes on whatever site it is I'm posting on lmao
Only time I used docs is when I have to write on mobile since it's way easier in that situation, but I hardly write on mobile as is
I usually don't have problems, this is the first time, because for whatever reason it decided I didn't save and my dumbass clicked off the page cuz my brain could not handle having a notification lmao. All is good though. I had about a 900 word chunk saved in a second tab cuz I was tracking word count on it. Only ended up losing like 200ish words which isn't bad in the grand scheme of it all. I'll gladly take 200 over 1.1k
All that matters is it I didn't have to completely suffer for my own dumbassery and the post exists lmao
