Joker’s head is either screaming or Arsene talking to him. Maybe the occasional thought of Ann when he gets too distracted lmao. Ann probably gets distracted by Joker but also she’s got sweets in the mind too much otherwise her head is empty

I got an idea for a pair of NPCs while at work today: a Chozo and an Angel. They travel the Smash Realm together as mercs though they specialize in Metroids and Komaytos. They're besties!
If I create them for the RP, they would just make occasional appearances.

Random, but I figure I should at least share since I was thinking about it, so yesterday I was listening to a Pokemon fan song that somehow made me think of my characters here so I decided to make them full Pokemon teams out of sheer boredom. I still gotta finish Roxas and Ann then maybe I’ll share them cuz it was fun and no I did not draw these. I would die drawing this many Pokemon lmao
But my point of bringing it up is I thought maybe others would find it a fun idea to explore too

I've thought about PKMN teams for my PCs too!
My first thought was Pit training with a Bagon, and Toon Link feeding Hyoi pears to Wingulls.
Bagon finally becomes Salamence, and Pit watches with bittersweetness as the Pokemon flies away.

I'll offer the lil cards I made for each of my characters. They were quickly done compared to how long I spent thinking of the mons lmao, but heyo gave me something to do stuck with 5 normal mons and 1 mythical/legendary for all of them

Here's my PKMN Team list. I tried to keep the types varied. It was a bit of a challenge as I can see a lot of Dark-type Pokemon fitting Dark Pit, and Water-types with T'ink. I wanted to avoid any jokes or memes; a lot of folks like to give Pit Vanilluxe because of the floor ice-cream comment in the game, for example. I also avoided any Pokemon that are playable SSB fighters.
Pit: Salamence, Falinks, Decidueye, Arcanine, Togekiss, Pawmot
Dark Pit: Salamence, Falinks, Corviknight, Scovillain, Silvally, Grafaiai
Toon Link: Samurott, Clodsire, Chandelure, Dragonite, Kilowattrel, Grumpig
Pit: Salamence, Falinks, Decidueye, Arcanine, Togekiss, Pawmot
Dark Pit: Salamence, Falinks, Corviknight, Scovillain, Silvally, Grafaiai

Zelda: Uxie, Gardevoir, Absol, Gothitelle, Delphox, Hatterene
Explanation: Zelda would be a psychic type specialist, with Uxie being her ace and the representation of the triforce of wisdom, (Absol is there to foretell any oncoming disasters)
Isabelle: Snubbull, Oricorio Pom-pom style, Fidough, Indeedee, Applin, Minccino
Explanation: A team that’s cute as a button and that can help her with office work

I just realized that, even though I spent a lot of time debating on what Dark-type to put into Dark Pit's team, I didn't actually put a Dark-type into Dark Pit's team lol Welp, that's what boxes are for! XD Maybe replace Scovillain with Houndoom?

I've pondered PKMN Teams with my chosen characters before, but had not put too much thought into it until now.
Pit's team was the hardest to figure out. Salamence for both Pits was pretty easy as Bagon's thing is that it dreams of flying. The Pits are loosely based off ancient Greece, they're commanders of their respective armies, and the Falinks have a hoplite/phalanx theme going on. Decidueye is an archer, and for an added bonus owls are associated with Athena, of whom Palutena is believed to be based off of. Arcanine are Fire-types that are very loyal and are described as "legendary"; Pit is loyal and hot-blooded, and he's an angel. In one of the two KI:U manga, humans refer to Pit as the "Great Angel," so he has a legendary status himself! I chose Togekiss because it's the closest thing to an angel and I thought Pit should have a Pokemon that evolves through Friendship as a reflection of his kind nature. Finally, Pawmot is a Fighting-type that is cute, upbeat, and has spiky anime hair.
As I said, I wanted Dark Pit's team to be sort of a dark reflection of Pit's team. I chose Scovillain because it evolved by Fire Stone like Arcanine, and it's a fierce, aggressive Pokemon. Houndoom can also work instead of Scovillain. Houndoom is a Dark/Fire-type, so it could be the dark reflection of the more noble Arcanine. I thought about putting Honchkrow into Dark Pit's team, but I thought Corviknight fit better. I felt it important to give Dark Pit a Pokemon that evolved through Friendship, and with Type: Null/Silvally being an artificially made Pokemon created to be a weapon, that just makes for a wholesome team! I have no doubt that Dark Pit would love his Pokemon very much even if he doesn't always express it. I can picture Grafaiai perched on his shoulder and giving the finger to people it doesn't like.
I can see Toon Link specializing in Water and Ghost-types, but I wanted to keep the team varied. Most of his Pokemon have some tie to water even if they're not Water-types. I chose Samurott as the teams Water-type as I think he'd pick Oshawott as his starter, and it has a swordsman-thing going on. Clodsire and Dragonite have cute cartoony looks to them. The Ghost Ship in Phantom Hourglass lured people aboard to take them to another world so its creator, Bellum, would consume their life force. That's pretty similar to the lore behind the Litwick line. Dhelmise could also work as T'ink's Ghost-type due to being a haunted ship's anchor; I just liked Chandelure better. Grumpig is a pig. Toon Link has to have at least ONE piggy on his team! I went with Grumpig instead of Oinkologne because of the pearls on its body, and pearls are associated with the sea. I like imagining T'ink with a cute Spoink too.

Sheep, Pig, Creeper. I'm guessing Marowak is supposed to be a Skeleton. I think either Mismagius and Gengar are supposed to be Enderman, but I do not know which one and what that would leave the other Ghost as. I've only played a little bit of Minecraft.

Just imagine the combo attacks between Trainer and Pokemon. Or imagine actually throwing hands with an enemy Pokemon. Or just having your Pokemon attack your enemy midst combat. I'm already seeing someone summoning their Pokemon to help them beat a bounty hunter lol
