Lol I read Dark Pit's introductory post to my friends and when I got to the part where Kip picks up the Goomba, they shouted, "Oh no! OH NO! OH NOOOO!!" XD

I've been thinking about how cool it would be to have Summons in the RP. Maybe the PCs find Red Materia. They'd have to be a rare occurrence and taxing to use so PCs can't just solve all their problems by unleashing Bahamut Zero on it! Maybe much later on in the RP. Dunno!
Really, it's more an excuse to have PCs shout cool summoning lines lol

"Trample my foes to dust! I summon you, Choco-Mog!"
I generally am too, but these are folks I've done RP with in MMORPGs such as World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy 14, so they got to see my writing in real time.

Alternatively, you could have some of the Bounty Hunters or Ally npcs have summons as it could give provide an even more dynamic combat experience aswell. Just food for thought

I'm talking about actually finding Red Materia which allows folks who possess them to summon Eidolons, since FF7 is in the game. Any Smash Bro. who finds a Red Materia can summon the Eidolon tied to it. That's the stage hazard in the Midgar stage in SSB.
If I bring Summons/Eidolons into the game, I think I'll keep it restricted to the ones that show up in FF7.
