Short Biography: Stefan was born in one of the most prominent families in Los Angeles. His parents were well-known people within the political scene of Los Angeles. Stefan studied Law at the University of California, Los Angeles. During his time at the university he met Helena Johnson and within a year of meeting her they were engaged. Stefan knew that they would live together forever. In his last year at UCLA his first daughter was born. After a short time at home, he went into the city politics of Los Angeles. Thanks to his parents' influence, Stefan rose through the ranks of the City Hall. When he was forty years old he was elected into the City Council. Five years later he was appointed President of the Council. Next to the Mayor of Los Angeles, Stefan is the face of the city. His main focus is fighting crime within the city, to the likes of some, but the dislikes of others.

Description :
August is a man who's survived plenty. Standing at 5'10," with a lean muscled body, at first glance he would appear as any other old man. Grayed hair, glasses, and beady black eyes. But under it all, August is a hardened army vet, with scars and lashes over his back, calloused hands, and various army-related tattoos. Physically, in spite of his old age, he's still very strong for an old man. He almost always has a grisly glare, and speaks with a slight lisp due to being shot in the cheek, and having had the bullet impale his tongue. It never did completely recover, and even his tongue is slightly swollen.

August walks with a minor injury due to injuries sustained in combat. He always dresses in formal attire, and prefers to be seen as a gentleman.

Short Biography :
August was born in Los Angeles, to an immigrant father, and Caucasian mother. He was the first of three children, including his brother, Andy, and sister Andrea. August's parents weren't the most financially stable throughout August's childhood. His father was an Italian immigrant who'd left his past life to escape the horrors of WW1, as well as avoid being drafted. They only got lucky, that both his father, and mother had landed working jobs at the Mason estate. His father was Axel Mason's bodyguard due to his big frame, and mother a cook for their family. The Masons were kind to their workers for the most part, and because both Axel's parents worked on their property, they'd provided a small home for them a couple acres to the side of their own home.

Instilled at a young age to the Gallagher children was hard work. No matter how hard a task seemed, or difficult it truly was, Mama and Papa Gallagher always expected their children to think outside of the box. They saw their three children as ways out of working for the Masons (who were kind to them), and making a life of their own. They drilled into them the art of studying, and rehearsing material so each of the Gallagher children were capable in the classroom setting. During his early adulthood was when the Great Depression had hit. With no where to work due to everything basically going to shit, August enlisted into the U.S. Army to shelter himself, get some work in, and plausibly retire with some army discounts. He was trained as a Navy Seal, and rose swiftly in the ranks. In spite of his initial youth, August was a strong member of the force, but still out hardened and changed from the experience in war, specifically the second world war. He finally retired at the age of 44 in 1957, having served over 24 years in the service, with various honorary medallions and acknowledgements.

He returned to his home town of Los Angeles to settle down, but there was little employment for the army vet. The occasional, "We will never forget your service," here and there, and so August turned to work odd jobs a bouncer for a night club, security guard at the bank, before he'd been contacted by the Masons for his riskiest mission yet, the chauffeur of Harold Mason. Alas his title was only chauffeur, Axel Mason had made it clear that his son was wild and untamed, and August was being employed to keep him in check, protect him, and of course, drive him wherever he needed. Not that he needed to say so, August was already sold at the moment he laid eyes on the fat cheque.
