Another light laugh drifted from Stephanie. "He was a hassle to raise," she joked lightly. Harrison rolled his eyes, but a smile lingered onto his mouth. "I didn't do anything a single mother wouldn't do, you don't need to thank me," she said. "Do you need anything else, dear? I'm sure Harry will show you around the apartment sooner or later, and you're welcome to anything." Stephanie offered her another smile. Harrison looked between the two, happy his mother seemed to like Vixi.

Vixi shook her head."no I can get more water in a bit thank you." Vixi said. She smiled at the woman and sighed. She looked over at Harrison then back at his mother. "Oh Miss. There is one more thing.No mother should have to work so hard and see her children so little. I would like to offer out home to you. I know it is in the country, but we have plenty of Jobs for a woman of your stature. School for your daughter and our house.. my house is big enough for all of you."She said. She looked at Harrison then his mother.

"Alright," she nodded at her words of getting water later. She tilted her head a bit when Vixi started speaking again, her eyes widening slightly when the young woman offered her home out to them. "I... I don't know what to say," she uttered. Even Harrison looked taken back, blinking for a moment. That was something he didn't expect. "I mean, I would not want to trouble you, not after all you've been through," Stephanie let out a small breath, still shocked to the offer Vixi just handed to them. She always figured she'd be in this apartment for the rest of her days, and hopefully afford some form of college for Lindsey (who had left for school already).

Vixi nods."I swear, its not a big deal. I would feel better about everything and Well you deserve better then this. I have the room and you work hard enough. So why not. I am sorry it isn't in the city, but you dont have to pay rent the house is old has a few things to fix, but I mean it well if Harrison is okay with it."Vixi said and coughed

Stephanie had placed a hand on her chest, touched by her offer. When Vixi coughed, Harrison snapped out of his little shock and nodded, easily getting the hint. "It sounds like a great idea to me," he smiled to the two. "Are you sure?" She asked, giving a small glance to the two before eyeballing her son. Harrison shrugged, "it'd be easier on you, mom. Vixi wouldn't be alone in that big house with just me to bug her. Lindsey would love it," he pushed, havubg taken a playful stab at himself with mentioning Vixi being with him there, earning that sigh that meant she'd most likely give up from his mother. "I would have to talk to Lindsey about it..." She said gently, but turned to smile at Vixi. "You're so kind to offer," Stephanie said, moving to gently hug the younger woman. Harrison smiled ear to ear, oh so glad they liked one another.

Vixi hugged her back and smiles. She leaned back in the bed."yeah just let me know."She said. She started to cough again. This wasn't to tell Harrison to do anything, she was really coughing. Vixi groaned and sighed."sorry I am not trying to get you sick."She said. Vixi sighed and sniffed. She moved herself doen on the bed more.She sighed and gave a small smile, "I think I am just gonna go back to sleep if you dont mind."She said to his mom.

Stephanie smiled, "I will." The woman nodded, glancing to her son and raising a brow. Harrison wiped the grin off his face, offering his mother a sheepish smile before they both looked back to Vixi when she started coughing. "You rest all you need to, darling," his mother nodded, "as long as you keep this clown smiling like you do," she joked gently. Harrison felt his ears turn red, glancing between the two for a moment before rubbing the back of his neck. Stephanie laughed lightly before walking out to grab her things and head for work.


Harrison looked down to where Vixi was laying in his bed. He wasn't surprised his mother didn't even question the fact they were in his room at all; she trust him. "Want me to let you sleep alone?" He asked gently. "I wouldn't want to disturb you." He let his concern filled eyes look her over.

Vixi nods to his mother and thanked her."I will hopefully keep your son happy."She said and looked at him."no please don't go."She says and looked at him."I want you to stay."She said. She gave him big eye's and started coughing.

He gave her a small smile. Harrison purposely shuffled his feet against the soft shag carpet to take his time in getting back to the bed. "Hm, then I'll just be lazy with you aaall day," he said, trying to cheer her up with a playful atmosphere around him as he eventually made it back to the bed. His hair was still a mess from sleeping, with his hair flown out in every which direction. He either didn't know, or just didn't care. Then again, his hair usually was a bit spiked up. He flashed her a small grin, just standing by the bed for now.

Vixi smiles and nods. She sighed and looked at him."you okay? "She asks.vixi watched him. He had Messy hair and she didn't mind it."sorry if I over stepped with your mom." Vixi said. She sighed and coughed her head was starting to hurt again. She sighed and moved down in the bed.She sighed and curled onto her side. She felt super tired, yet didn't want to fall asleep on him.

He nodded when she asked of he was okay. Shouldn't he be the one asking that? Oh well... His brow arched when she apologized. "Nah," he mused, "it'd be nice to have her around more. It'd be good for her anyways... She's worked two jobs ever since..." He paused for a moment before shrugging softly. "Ever since my dad walked out on us," he found it easier to say the words this time, like the more time he spent around her, the more he felt at ease with just...telling her everything. As she curled onto her side, he walked around the bed to the other side and crawled into the bed, moving over to where he was behind her, using his hand to gently brush her hair from her eyes from behind. "You should sleep if you're tired," he said gently, taking his hand away and using it to pull the covers up over her more.

Vixi shivered slightly and turned over when he got into the bed. She pushed her head into his chest and wrapped around him.Vixi sighed and kissed his chest"I am sorry about your Father, but you know. You turned out better then him and are an amazing man."Alexandria says and kissed his cheek.She sighed and snuggled into him.She closed her eye's. "I just wish my dad was still around. He would like your family. He really liked you. We use to talk about you all in good taste." She reassured him.vixi yawned and relaxed into him. He was to good for her, how he turned out so good just amazed her.

As she pushed her head into his chest, he let his arms curl around her. Feeling her lips against his bare chest, he shifted his head to look at her, a smile growing on his mouth to her words. "Thank you," he murmured, returning the kiss to the cheek when she leaned up to kiss his. Harrison wasn't worried about getting sick--he had a strong immune system, and he wanted to stay by her as long as she needed him. He rubbed small circles on her back as she snuggled into him, listening to her words. "He was a good man," Harrison said gently. He might not have known the man for long, sadly, but he could tell her father had been a great man. Harrison let himself relax with her in his arms.

Vixi slept on and off during the day. When she would wake, she would always be wrapped in Harrison's arm's. Yeah he probably had to move to go eat or use the bathroom, but he was always there when she woke up. Vixi finally opened her eye's again and looked up. "Well Hi there Mr.sorry if I am Making you stay here in bed."She said

Harrison stayed with her in bed all day, dozing off himself at times, but mostly staying up. When she would wake up, he hardly even noticed as he was lost in thought. His mind wandered over what could happen next, what all this would lead up to. His teeth sunk into his lip slightly, almost jumping when he heard Vixi's voice reach his ears. Harry looked down to her, raising a brow, and letting a gentle smile slide onto his face. "Nah...I'll stay here as long as you need me to," he murmured gently, bending his head a bit to place a kiss on top of her head. His mind cleared for a bit now, unfogged with all his recent ponderings.

Vixi sighed and wrapped around him."you okay?" She asked and cleared her throat. Vixi clung to his side and then turned her head to cough."wow a cold, thats what I get for being me."She sighed and laughed slightly.vixi sighed sniffed she cleared her throat again and sighed. "Now I know how a beehives feels."She said jokingly. Vixi sat up and sighed. She crawled over him to get the glass of water and drinks it down.She sighed. "You don't have to stay, but I do want you to stay." She said

"I'm fine," he assured, gently curling his arms around her as she wrapped around him. He frowned at her cough, a worried sigh leaving him. "If your throat hurts, my mom keeps a jar of honey around, it'd help," he offered softly. As she sat up, He let his arms unravel from her, but kept a hand on the small of her back to make sure she was steady as she grabbed the water and drank it down. "Vixi...I'm here as long as you want me to be--and I want to be here, for you." He assured, pushing himself up to a sitting position as well. "How about...we go get you more water, and you can pick out a movie to watch? I don't even care if you sleep through it, it'll be something to help distract that beautiful mind of yours," he murmured, brushing the hair out of her face before smiling at her. He just...couldn't help but smile at her--he didn't know what it was about her, but she deserved a smile and nothing less.

Vixi smiled and kissed his cheek. She laughed and turned her head coughing."sounds good to me love, and no way in hell I am sending my super hero away." She said and sighed. Vixi really loved having him around. She got up slowly and sighed, they went to grab water. She leaned on the counter as she looked around, and sighed. She walked over to where Harrison was looking at movies."so what movie you love the best." She asked him and knelt next to him.

He chuckled at her words before leading her to the kitchen so she could get some more water. Harrison headed into the living room, looking over the rack of movies they had before Vixi had come over. He shrugged, "I love most of these, actually." He admitted, lifting a hand to slide his finger tips over the familiar plastic of the movie cases. "What kind of movie do you want to see? A comedy? A drama, all sad," he said dramatically, playfully clutching his chest as if it was oh so sad. "Or an action movie?" He offered, motioning towards all the films with his hand.

Vixi sighed and watched him."wow a lot if choices. I um don't want drama or sad."She said."how about comedy or Action. You pick your favorite and I will watch it."She says and smiles at him. She drank her water down and went to fill up the glass. Vixi walked back for his room and stopped at rhe pictures again m she frowned, she missed her family. She shook her head and went to his bed.Vixi almost wanted to break down, she sighed and leaned back on his head board. She waited for Harrison and sighed when she saw gim."So what are we watching. "She asked. She didn't want him to worry about her, she put back her sadness with a small smile.

He nodded, scanning through all the movies to find a good one. He hoped to find one to make her laugh, make her feel better. He snagged one off the shelf and stood up, heading back to his room. He also paused, glancing to all the pictures on the walls that his mother cherished (mostly because they were the only good pictures where his father wasn't in them). He shrugged it off and went into his room, heading to the TV that sat on a stand against the wall. Harrison opened the DVD player and slid the movie in, looking up at her question. "Ace Ventura. Lindsey and I watched it all the time--I probably still know all the lines in it." He mused as he turned on the movie, went and shut the lights off, and then returned to the bed. "I hope you like it," he murmured softly, planting a kiss to the side of her head before sliding into the bed to sit next to her.

Vixi laughed and kissed his cheek."sure why not. Never seen it never had the time." Vixi leaned on him as they watched the TV screen. Vixi sighed and went back to falling asleep. She fell fast asleep and closed her eye's. Vici woke again at the end of the movie."oh man sorry I missed the movie."She said. She yawned and looked up at him. She sighed "I was tired and not tired.I however guess I needed it. Okay so what do you want to do besides stay in bed all day."She said. Vixi wiped her nose gently with a Kleenex. "Gosh stupid cold, oh well."She says

He let her be when she had dropped back against the bed and fell asleep, just gently placing a hand on her back, thumb rubbing gentle circles on her. Harrison stayed awake, watching the movie, only looking down at the end when he heard Vixi. "It's fine, you need your rest," he assured her, patting her back softly. "What to do?" He murmured before shrugging. "There's not much to do in a city when your sick, it's best to rest up." He gave a small nod. "Maybe, if you're any better, I can take you out somewhere tomorrow," he offered, giving her a small smile. Right now, all he really wanted was to make her happy, get her healthy.

Vixi sighed and nuzzels into him." Thank you."She says and smiles. She sighed and nods."I guess your right I dont want to bore you, by keeping you in here."She says. She sighed and grabbed her glass she drank the water down quickly.She sighed and watched the screen. She looked around. "Shower, I feel gross being sick and all.I wouldn't mind a nice shower."She said and moved so she was sitting on his lap. She kissed him gently. "What made you turn out so amazing."She said. She looked at him and sighed.

He let his smile brighten a bit when she nuzzeled into his side. "You're not boring me," he chuckled. "I can show you were the towels are if you want," he said, raising a brow as she shifted into his lap, but he didn't stop her, only shifted an arm gently around her waist. He kissed her back, raising his brow again at her words. He gave her a soft shrug, "it's a long story, I guess," he chuckled.
