Both Pearls gasped, and looked from the diamonds to the intruders. Blue Diamond growled, and raised her foot again. She slammed it down where Tak was standing, with so much force the ground cracked. But Tak was in the space in between where her heel and foot was, so she was unharmed.

”Blue, don’t humor her. Listen, you puny creature.....” She was about to speak again, but Blue lifted her foot, and Yellow saw the pack on her back. It had been disguised as a gem, so does that mean she needed it?? Blue looked slightly frustrated. ”Do you think White needs to be involved?” She asked. Yellow shook her head, and started to think.

Tak screeched in fear, thinking that Blue Diamond will legitimately crush her this time, and braced for impact again. However, when she saw that she is simply in the gap between her heel and foot, she makes a sigh of relief. When Blue mentioned White Diamond, Tak's eyes bulged a little; though she had heard only rumors about her, this White Diamond is rather bad news; as in, she would rather disappoint her Tallest rather than to deal with her. After a moment of silence, Tak speaks up. "Very well, my DIamond! I'll call my Tallest for you." Tak says to the Diamonds, gritting her teeth on 'Diamond'. Then, the same device that she used to make a recording for her Tallest comes out of her PAK. "Alright. Make a call to my Tallest. They have a rather... special call for them." Tak said to the device. The device beeped two times, then it went back to her PAK, where it summoned two long needles that extend to three times Tak's height, effectively creating a holographic television. However, it's currently creating static.

Yellow and Blue narrowed their eyes as they saw the static, and gave Tak an annoyed look.
”Is this a joke? Maybe I was wrong, perhaps we do need to involve White.” The threat was clear in her tone, and she watched Tak with precise vision. Blue only nodded, and gesture to her pearl for a stand bye message. They hadn’t sent it yet, but they weren’t scared too.

Meanwhile, shmillions and shmillions of lightyears away from the Gem Homeworld...



We see the legendary space fleet of the Irken Empire known as the Irken Armada. Surrounded by Spittle Runners, Shuvvers, and Shovk Cannons, it is led by the Armada's most well-known, the most feared, the most appropriately-named flagship ever constructed in the known Universe:

The Massive

As it continues to float in a straight line, obliterating any and all celestial bodies that stand in their way, we begin to zoom in to see the interior of the Massive, to know what happens in the Bridge...



We see the leaders of the glorious Irken Empire, the Almighty Tallest, just... loitering there. As Mozak music plays in the background of the Bridge, the Tallest are munching on some snacks as they watch in boredom as they observe their expansion and conquest of the Universe. At one point, the purple Tallest remembers something and turns to the red Tallest. "Hey! Remember Invader Tak?" Tallest Purple asked his joint leader as he eats another donut. "When have I not remember her? She always constantly sent recordings about one of our enemies the second she got the time." Tallest Red responds before he takes a sip of his Irken slushie. "Don't get me wrong. Information about the enemy is very valuable for Operation Impending Doom II, but come on! A live transmission will be welcoming change rather than a recording and an attached file." Tallest Red continues on. "Also, she's really short! Like, the 'size of a cabinet' short." Tallest Purple points out before proceeding to eat yet another donut. "Heh, well, at least she's no Zim, right?" Tallest Purple then laughs, spitting out bits of munched up donut to the floor in the process. "Haha! Good one there!" Tallest Purple responds before stuffing his face again with donuts.

In one of the stations in the bridge, a Communications Officer sees a beeping noise from his computer, which is followed by a tab of Tak's face with the words 'Transmission from: Tak (Invader Class)'. The Comm. Officer waves his hand to alert his leaders. "MY TALLEST!! There's an incoming transmission from Invader Tak" The Comm. Officer informs to his Tallest, which they stood up in surprise. "Well-ell-ell, speak of the Grizzlebhorg! I knew she'll make one sooner or later! Send that transmission through!" Tallest Red ordered to the Comm. Officer, who quickly complies and prepares the screen in front of them for the transmission. "Tak doesn't usually send transmissions. I wonder what's so special that she'll make one...?" Tallest Purple asked to himself, with him and Tallest Red thinking that they'll see Invader Tak live, when in reality...​

Yellow glared as the screen came on, and her voice boomed throughout the room, shaking Blue and the Pearls.

”How DARE you infiltrate the Diamond Authority! You fools..... what are you doing.” She asked, raising and eyebrow at them. They didn’t look like leaders. They looked like they were having a snack.

“Yes.... what are they doing? Are they... eating?” She seemed extremely confused. “These are your leaders? They don’t seem very mature. Even less so than pink was....” She got quieter at the last part, and her eyes looked sad.

When Yellow Diamond's voice boomed in the Massive' Bridge, both the Tallest reacted appropriately; while Tallest Red nearly spilled his drink, Tallest Purple lost balance and fell to the ground, dropping his bag of donuts. "MY DOOOOONUTS!" Tallest Purple screamed as he hastily grabs the donuts from the ground and stuffs his face with them. After taking a moment to look at his partner, Tallest Red turns his attention to the Diamonds, looking rather unpleased. "I don't know who you are or why you made my partner lose his snacks, but I got two questions! One: how'd you get this number and Two: why are you calling this number?!" Tallest Red demanded to the leaders... before casually taking a sip from his slushie.

Yellow Diamonds eye twitched, and her head turned to Blue.

”I’m so glad that we didn’t call White for this......” Blue nodded, and Yellow sat down, her throne appearing before she fell. Yellow than gestured to Tak. She wasn’t sure if the ‘leaders’ could see her, but regardless. “We have captured your invader, and now have her hostage. I am Yellow Diamond, one of the leaders of the Diamond Authority.” Blue then sat as well and raised a hand to her Pearl.

“I am Blue Diamond, another leader of the Diamond Authority. Now, are you the leaders of apparent, ‘Irkan Empire’?” She pronounced it completely wrong; she clearly didn’t care.

"It's 'IRKEN', you uncultured swine!" Tallest Purple yelled at Blue Diamond as he quickly gets back up, his cheeks puffed up due to them being filled with donuts. "It's not nom mom like we pronounce nom your name wrong, Blue Diymond!" Tallest Purple retorts to Blue, despite mispronouncing "Diamond" completely. Meanwhile, Tallest Red just stares confusingly at his partner, completely ignoring the fact that Yellow Diamond had told them that they captured their Invader.

Yellow and Blue looked at each other for a moment, their eyes blank and expressions confused. What was going on? They expected a massive leader with an angry standpoint and a thought through plan. Not these.... these... children!

“I’m sorry, but do you not care that we have one of your soldiers? I thought....” She trailed off, confused, and looked to Yellow. Her sister was muttering under her breath.

”But you literally just pronounced it wrong.” She said under her breath angrily. “Enough! If these fools don’t care we’ve captured their Tic”

“Its Tak.” Blue Diamond quickly corrected.

”Whatever! If they don’t care, then they’re wasting my time.” She finished angrily, leaning back and rubbing her thumb and forefinger between her temple.

When Blue Diamond mentioned that they captured one of their soldiers, Tallest Red immediately spits out his drink, knowing exactly what she meant by that. "You captured INVADER TAK?!" Tallest Red yelled at the Diamonds, catching their attention. "Now, you listen here, Diymond Authority. I'm not sure what you're going to do to her, but I demand that you RELEASE HER from your custody! Follow my demand and MAYBE we'll be 'diplomatic' about the situation..." Tallest Red told the Diamonds in a serious tone, while Tallest Purple, after swallowing the donuts, proceeds to grab Tallest Red's Slurpee from his hand and drink out of it to wash the donuts down.

Yellow’s eye was twitching so much Blue thought it would fly right out of its socket if they weren’t made of light. Blue turned to the Tallests, and narrowed her eyes, sitting up in her seat.

“You act like children, and you dare threaten us?” Blue was not having it. She stood and took a threatening look. “I could squash you both with my pinkie and a minimal amount of force.” She said casually, as if it wasn’t a big deal. Of course, she had no idea how massive the armada was, but these basic beings couldn’t possibly command a dangerous army, right?

”No. You listen to us. Unless you tell us what your plan was when putting Tak here, we will kill her, and leave her bones and dust to fertilize the bloodlust of our ruby soldiers.” Yellow said, watching them carefully to gauge their reaction. She was fully willing to let Blue handle this if necessary. Yellow was already furious.

"Oh, no, you won't! If you don't do what we say, we might just have to declare war on you!" Tallest Red warns to the Diamonds, now officially in full serious mode, as Tallest Purple finishes the Slurpee he took from him. "And, personally, I don't care how advanced your species is! You cannot fathom the sheer size and might of the-"

"Hey, you know where you last saw the donut cart?" Tallest Purple politely asks his partner. "Oh, yeah, they're right outside of the hall, to your left." Tallest Red responds, pointing to the exit of the Bridge, where Tallest Purple quickly leaves to grab some more snacks.

"Now, where was I? Oh, yeah. You cannot fathom the sheer size and might of the Irken Armada!!" Tallest Red boasted to the Diamonds, pointing threateningly at them.

Blue Diamond looked exasperated as Yellow raised an eyebrow. They were threatening them with war? Seriously? To Yellow, this Red creature looked the most competent, but even he seemed like an idiot.

“That did not answer our demands. If you threaten us with war, you threaten a force that’s actually collected and set. You, meanwhile, ask your partner for snacks. Your physical body’s hinder you.” She finished, sitting straight as if she might finally be taking them seriously. Or at least, the Red one.

”Blue, I’m bored. These fools aren’t worth our time. GUARDS!” She boomed, and three more gems entered; all of them Quartzes. “Take her to a cell. I don’t want to even hear of her race again unless they actually do work up the courage to declare war on us.” Yellow said, pointing at Tak.

"What?! I don't want to be in a cell! I'd-" Tak flatly yelled at the Diamonds before being cut off by Tallest Red. "Alright, that's it! If its war you want, then its war you'll get!" He yelled while Tallest Purple comes back in the Bridge, now holding a bag of glazed donuts. "As the Almighty Tallest of the glorious Irken Empire...!" Tallest Red says as he dramatically points his finger up to the ceiling before pointing at the Diamonds again, all the while Tallest Purple was eating the glazed donuts. "WE DECLARE WAR ON YOUR DIYMOND AUTHORITY!!" Tallest Red declared in front of their faces. After a minute, Tallest Purple's eyes bulged and turned to his partner, apparently having a delayed reaction. "Wait, we are??" Tallest Purple asked confusingly. After their declaration, Tak then gives the Diamonds a 'you've done it now' grin.

Blue Diamond just blinked slowly, and sighed.

“Fine. At this point, I don’t care. War it is. We might want to warn White, but she won’t care.” Blue said simply. Before facepalming at the Tallest Purples reaction. Blue Pearl looked equally as confused, but immediately sent out a message to all gems declaring war on the ‘Irkan’ Empire. She even spelled it wrong.

”Great. I still don’t care. Guards, take her away. And turn off that blasted transmission, they’re rotting my brain.” She spoke fluidly to the Ruby’s, and they grabbed Tak’s arms before dragging her to a cell. Blue took a moment, however to look at Yellow and then back to Tak.

“Actually..... are we sure that were not underestimating them? That Alien was able to infiltrate our facility.....” Blue said, a thoughtful look crossing her face. Yellow waved it off, and shrugged without responding.

When the Rubies grabbed her arms so they can bring her to her cell, Tak begins to struggle in resistance. However, before they can leave the courtroom, everyone suddenly heard a loud thud on the door. After a brief moment, where the Diamonds wondered what made that noise, there was an explosion, creating a large gaping hole in the door...

Coming out of the hole is a short, seemingly modified robot that has one of the insignias of the Irken Empire. All in rapid succession, the robot flies out of the door, summons a net the size of the Diamonds themselves to distract them, flies towards the Rubies and Quartzes, and quickly knocked them out of their grasp on Tak. "Good work, MiMi. I knew that codeword would come in handy." Tak says to her SIR unit, pleased by this. "Listen, we need to get out of this filthy planet! I will explain later!" Tak's PAK then suddenly sprouts spider legs, which she used to make her escape with MiMi. By the time the Diamonds managed to remove the net MiMi threw at them, they witness the Robot and Tak jump through the hole on the door to make their escape

The Ruby’s were having some trouble getting Tak to her cell, but when they were about to use more forceful measures when there was an explosion, and all of them were blown backwards. The Diamonds stormed to them, absolutely furious, but when the robot shot the net, Blue fell down in surprise, dragging Yellow down with her. Screaming in anger and frustration, they basically threw fits until they were out of the net.

When they finally got out, the robot and Tak were long gone, and the Ruby’s had lost their physical form, turning into their plain gems.

Tak and MiMi begin to make their escape from the Diamond fortress, as they quickly dodge or kill any Gem guards that stood in their way. Tak's PAK then pulls out a communication device for her. "Computer! Send the Spittle Runner to my current coordinates and prepare to self-destruct the base!" Tak yelled at the device before it pulls back to the Irken backpack device. After she and MiMi got to the outside of the fortress, they begin to climb onto the walls of it to reach the roof.

As MiMi and Tak ran, several gems tried to block their way or make them stop, but all ended up falling. A few Saphires moved out of the way before even seeing them (or, technically they already had) not wanting to get nocked over. Blue and Yellow hadn’t been able to follow, but their screams could still be heard.

The gems who noticed the fugitives started to try and climb as well, but most fell down. They couldn’t reach the two, but that would change soon. Six Ruby guards started to fuse, and grew so they could almost reach Tak.

When Tak saw the Rubies fusing and growing larger so they can reach her, her eyes bulged and tried to climb faster. Before the fused Rubies can stop Tak, they were suddenly shot down by Tak's modified Spittle Runner, whose cockpit opens up for Tak and MiMi to enter to. "Make sure the Diamonds hear this, you filthy gems! I will return to this planet one day and when I do, I WILL BRING YOUR SHATTERED GEMSTONES TO MY TALLEST!!!" Tak screams to the Gems before the ship's windshield closes, as Tak pilots the Spittle Runner out of the Gem Homeworld's atmosphere and leaves the Gem's territory.

Several gems gasped at this, and all were surprised. The Ruby’s were thrown back, unfusing in the process.

”NO!!” Yellow screeched, basically throwing a tantrum. ”FIND HER! I don’t want her out of this atmosphere.” Yellow said, stomping her foot furiously.

“It’s too late, my Diamonds.....” Blue Pearl said, quietly. “She’s already gone. My Diamond was correct. Perhaps we did..... underestimate these aliens.” And with that, the Diamonds we’re left to wonder what on their planet was going to happen.

And what was White going to say??

Meanwhile, shmillions and shmillions of lightyears away from the Gem Homeworld...



We see the nighttime sky of the town of Beach City, Delmarva, with it's street lights buzzing and glowing just as much as the fireflies that float in the air. Near a vacant house in the neighborhood, we see a moving truck and a car on the side of the road, with a man wearing a lab coat named Professor Membrane moving stuff into the house. Two other children are also at the side of the road; one child is wearing a blue shirt, black jacket and pants, glasses, and red shoes (who will be referred to as Dib Membrane); the other is wearing a cyan shirt, grey skirt, black thigh-high socks, and dark blue boots (who will be referred to as Gazlene Membrane).

As Gaz sits by the sidewalk, playing a Game Slave console, Dib looks at the stars of the sky, a slight grin on his face. "Y'know, Gaz, I've been wondering... You know that I always talked about aliens eventually visiting Earth, right?" Dib said to his sister, who only responds by grumbling and turning her body away from Dib a little. "Well... what... what if space HAD looked back before and we... just never knew about it...?" Dib asks as he continues to stargaze with hope and wonder in his eyes. "Dib, we've been traveling to our new home, from Ohio to Delmarva, for several hours now. All I want right now is some peace and quiet." Gaz demanded as she turns her back on her brother so she can try and focus on her game.

Eventually, the father of Dib and Gaz waves goodbye to the moving truck driver as the drives away from Beach Town. "Well, that's all of the furniture moving over with..." Prof. Membrane said to himself before quickly turning to his children. "Dib! Gaz!" Dib and Gaz quickly turn to attention and approach him. "Yes, dad?" Both asked Prof. Membrane. "While I finish moving the rest of the furniture in our new home, why don't you two go and explore the neighborhood of this beach town?" "But we just got here! We don't know where-" Prof. Membrane then gives Dib a map of the town. "Here you go, son. A lil' map I managed to print from Beach City's online website. Now, you two go have fun now." Prof. Membrane said to his children before going to the furniture and begins to effortlessly bring them in the house on his own. Meanwhile, Dib and Gaz begin to explore the neighborhood, with Dib using the map to know where he is going.​

Steven and Connie were wandering the streets of Beach City, laughing going into every shop to steal one napkin and then leave. Why? Well, Pearl said they were out of napkins and Amethyst hadn’t bothered to go to the store to get some, so the kids took it upon themselves.

​

Of course, Pearl would probably make them return ALL of them later, but it was fun for now. Connie and Steven kept running around, laughing like crazy, until they decided to go to the neighborhood. They had heard that there were some new kids, but they weren’t sure who they were.

“-I can’t wait to meet these people! Omigosh, Connie, what if they’re excited to meet ME!!” Steven seemed so excited, that Connie just smiled and laughed.

”Steven, they don’t know you! But whoever it is will be glad once they do.” Connie said, and they continued their conversation. That is, until Steven saw a girl with BRIGHT pink hair, and a boy who he had never seen before.

“There! There! Is that them!” he was so loud, that they were sure to have heard him.

Dib quickly turns his attention to the source of the noise, where he saw both Steven and Connie. "Oh. Hello there!" Dib politely greets to the duo, waving at them while Gaz continues to play on her Game Slave. "I'm Dib Membrane. This is my sister Gaz. We both just moved in here recently and-" Dib notices the boy holding on a bunch of napkins. "Why are you holding those napkins?" Dib asked, confused.

Steven ran up, Connie following closely, and both were grinning like idiots. They waved and smiled at Dibs introduction, and his sisters forced one.

“Oh, the napkins! Well, Pearl said we were out of napkins, and Amethyst wouldn’t go to the store, Dow e went around every restaurant and grabbed a bunch of napkins since we didn’t have any!” Steven exclaimed, as if it was the common thing in the world. “I’m Steven. Nice to meet you, Dib and Gaz!”

Connie looked thoughtful for a moment. Dib. It sounded so familiar, but she couldn’t quite place it. ”What Steven said.” She smiled, referring to the napkins. “Well, I’m Connie, and it’s so nice to meet you guys!”
