[Starriesky, Timv9] The new Genin

A new team of genin has been formed. What will the future have in store for them?

The day had finally arrived. All students who had passed the academy would be placed into teams and meet their sensei. All new genin gathered in their old classroom, eager to hear how things would turn out. Aiko was among them. She listened as her old sensei listed the teams. Finally, she heard her own name. "Hyuuga Aiko, Mey Rin and Uchiha Neji." Aiko was glad to be on the same team as , and also to be with Neji and Mey Rin. They hadn't really interacted together while at the Academy, but he seemed like a nice guy. Their old sensei finished the list, then directed all teams to their waiting places for their sensei. Aiko's team was to wait here in the classroom. Once everyone left, Aiko jumped up and walked over to her new teammates. She smiled at them. "Hi! Looks like we'll be on the same team! I'm Aiko. Pleased to be working with you!"

Neji sat listening to what the teams were for the shinobi who graduated the academy. Neji had finished number one in his class just like his father sasuke did. As nice of a kid as he was, he hoped that he didn't get stuck with 2 losers of shinobi. Neji wants to become the best shinobi ever. He also wants to become the first uchiha to become hokage. So he didn't have time to be paired up with shinobi that would not push him to be better. When he heard his team he was happy. He was paired the the hokages daughter who had finished very high in the class. Neji smiled as Aiko walked over to introduce herself. "Nice to meet you I'm Neji looks like we are going to be a team."


Kiba walked in the class with his ninja hound akamaru. He smiled at them and was pleasant with who he got as his genin. "Well hello you guys I will be your Sensai Kiba Inuzuka. From what I have heard about you three from your teacher, you all have exceptional skill for your age and I can't wait to see you guys progress and get better. First let's do introductions say your name and something about yourself like a future goal." He turned and looked at Neji. "Let's start with you."


Neji looked up and smiled. "My name is Neji Uchiha from the great Uchiha clan. My future goal is to become the best shinobi in the world and become the hokage!"

Mey Rin smiled pleasantly as she saw who her team was. No, she had never interacted with either ninja, but she was more or less eager to do so. Suddenly, Kiba entered with that scrappy little dog that always followed him around. What was it with that thing anyway? When they were asked to introduce themselves, Mey Rin's heart sank to her chest. What would she say to them? Would they think her weird, like the majority of their village? "My name is Mey Rin. I don't know where I come from, exactly, but I do know that my goal is to get all my assignments done as quickly and safely as possible, with everyone coming home at the end of the day." She chuckled a little. "I'll do my best to make sure I accomplish that."

Aiko smiled when she saw who her sensei was. She had heard stories about him from her father, from all his old classmates, and he sometimes visited. Aiko never really interacted with him, as he mostly came on business. She was thrilled to finally be able to interact with him though, he seemed nice to her. And she loved his dog. "I'm Hyuuga Aiko! My future goal is to be just like my father, to protect the village." She bounced over to Akamaru. "Hello boy! Can I pet you?"

(If you haven't watched naruto shippuden then I guess you wouldn't know that akamaru got huge like really really big lol as in kiba can ride him lol.)


Kiba smiled as he listened to his team. "Alright then let's head out and do some training then okay. Meet me at training field 4 in 10 minutes." And with that kiba and akamaru vanished into thin air. They were already at the training field waiting.


Neji stool up as he looked at Aiko bad mey Rin. "Well come on we better head over to the training field now." Neji blushed a little as his eyes and aikos eyes met for a second, but he quickly glanced away. He had always thought Aiko was cute, but he didn't want that to get in the way of their team. "Come on girls let's go."

 

[Saiyan Princess]

Mey Rin noticed Neji's blush in Aiko's direction. "Give me a break, would you?" She mumbled under her breath. Emotions weren't something that she liked showing and seeing them in other people just made her skin crawl. Then, she spoke louder. "You're right. Let's go." She left the building ahead of them so that they could be alone. "Now, training field four, right? That's...this way." She took off down a path to her right, running at full speed.

Aiko didn't notice Neji's blush. She was too busy pouting that Kiba and Akamaru left before she could pet the dog. She perked up at the words spoken. "Yes! Let's go!" She noticed Mey Rin start running, and followed her. They soon arrived at the training field, where their sensei was already waiting there. Aiko stopped running and lightly jogged over to him, bouncing on her feet. She was excited to get started and start going on missions to help people.

Kiba and akamaru waited until the saw his three genin arrive. "Okay you guys we start our training now! I need to know your different skill levels, what your good at and what you need to work on. So I think the best way for that is if the three of you fight akamaru and I. No holding back fight me as if you were going to kill me okay."


Neji activated his sharnigan. "okay in ready for this let's do this. Aiko mey rin come on we need to come up with a strategy to fight kiba Sensai."

 

[Saiyan Princess]

Mey Rin nodded, determined. "I've heard about him and Akamaru. These two are insane. They're fast, strong, and extremely smart together. We have to separate them." The dark haired genin spoke softly, so only Neji and Aiko could hear. "Maybe that could give us an advantage." Her eyes darted nervously toward the pair that looked ready to kill. "That's all I got. I can't think in tight spots." She giggled a bit. "What do you guys think?"

Aiko nodded at Mey Rin. "I was thinking the same thing!" She thought for a bit, hand at her chin in typical thinking pose. "Hmmmm....." She turned to Neji. "Could you try and use your sharingan on Akamaru to distract him? Then Mey Rin and I will go after Kiba-sensei while you distract Akamaru!" Aiko grinned, happy with her plan.

Neji turned and looked at both of them. "I was hoping to go after kinda Sensai but yea sure I can put Akamaru under a genjutsu." Neji turned and faced kiba Sensai and Akamaru. "Okay girls get ready."


Kiba smiled. "Beast mimicry!" Kiba got down on fours and his finger nails became fangs. He became a beast in human form. "Okay Akamaru let's do this. Fang over fang." Kiba grabbed on to Akamaru and they began spinning and high speeds as they started destroying everything in their path.

Well, so much for separating them. Mey growls, eyes narrowing in frustration. With a kunai in one hand, but in her robes at the same time, she used a great amount of chakra to create shadow clones all around, but the real kunoichi was behind them, in a tree close to the top, nearly obstructed from view of the others if they were able to discern which was the real Mey. Her knuckles became white as she aimed the kunai at her enemy's back, but she was hesitating, believing that she could kill her sensei and Akamaru like this.

Thrilled they accepted her plan, Meiko jumped out of the way of Kiba-sensei's attack. Her hands formed a seal, a grinning Aiko looking over it. "Let me show you what my dad taught me! Kage bunshin no jutsu!" Two clones appeared behind her, looking exactly like her. Aiko grinned at them, and they grinned back. "Let's do this!" they said in unison. They waited until Kiba's attack stopped, then they rushed towards him in one united attack aimed at his midriff.

Kiba and akamaru continued their attack. He smirked as he could smell mey Rin behind them in the tree. They together attacked the tree forcing it to come crashing tiny he ground.


Neji with his sharnigan activated formed hand signs. "Giant fireball jutsu!" Neji shot off a giant fire ball hitting Akamaru forcing him to the ground.


Jibs looked and saw Akamaru on the ground. He then had to turn his attention to aiko who was staring her attack as kiba dodged.

 

[Saiyan Princess]

Damn. I hesitated! Mey cursed herself, jumping away from her falling perch. Her clones disappeared. "Fine, you found me. Score one for you." He wasn't going to get away with that. She jumped away just in time for the fire to reach Kiba. "But, it won't happen again. You're not going to win this by any means!" She threw another kunai, aiming at Kiba's left arm. Come on, guys, we have to get them apart!

Aiko had the same thought as Mey Rin. She and her clones ran at Kiba, Akamaru occupied with Neji behind them. One clone pulled out a kunai and slashed at Kiba's midriff. Another aimed a fist at his face, while Aiko herself went down and attempted to sweet Neji off his feet with her leg.
