Fantasy St. Aymer's Academy for Young Adventurers

"You sure I haven't got anything powerful... I'm pretty sure some of my magic can be powerful" he said to her and left in thought.

Headmistress Malruthiia shot Justin a look. He sure did love to talk. Unfortunately, she didn't have the time for nonsensical blabbing at the moment. "Anyway," she sighed, "later in the year you shall forge your own personal staffs, once you have learned powerful enough spells to need one." She laughed.

"Exactly." Helartha said, stabbing Saida's chest with her pointer finger. "But whaddya owe me? That's right. Nothing. Don't let people trick ya into stuff. I didn't even have to threaten ya and you just handed over all your knives. No doubt you've got something other than a knife on ya, but still." The woman shook her head. "You gotta keep your game up."

[ I'm gonna go swimming; see y'all later! ;) ]
Saida merely nodded. She felt it a bad sign that she was only a few minutes into class and she was already thinking of how to kill her teacher. She apparently had much to learn on the art of proper paranoia. She was already internally kicking herself for thinking that a rogue class would work like any of the schools she'd went to earlier. There, the teacher would penalize her if she didn't hand over her knives.

Headmistress Malruthiia only laughed at the boy, though not in a condescending way. It was just a genuine, good-hearted laugh. "I'm sure you have, young one," she smiled, "but you are much to young to have seen a great, powerful spell preformed by someone of great magical wisdom." She would have smirked, if she was not with her students.

"Hey, don't look so down," Lady Helartha said, crouching down so she was at eye level with the girl. "I'm just messing with ya." The woman ruffled Saida's hair affectionately before standing up again. "It's good you did what I asked you to, 'cause a proper rogue's gotta learn respect. Now, who here's got a bow?"

[ @EmilyPower @AWarriorcat @Harbinger You guys, feel free to post! ;P ]

Neldor was late for his first class and tried to sneak in. He almost made it to his seat in the back without anyone noticing until the bow he took from a teqchers office fell off his back and made a loud clank on the floor. When it dropped he gave a loud sigh and stood straight to take his yealling at.

The doctor set up his tools on a sterile, silver table. He had restocked his medicine cabinet the day before. It was filled with pills of all kinds, and the only key to it hung around Sontar's neck on a leather cord. He didn't want troubled students trying to overdose. After all, suicide was a sin.

Sontar's desk had very few pictures. He had no children, no wife, no relatives, but that suited him fine. Instead of memories, both medical and religious books and manuscripts were stacked in neat, orderly piles, like everything else. Dr. Ascal liked everything organized, it drove him mad if his possession were in disarray. The cots where the sick and injured students were on the left side of the room, parallel to his supplies and medical table. The other side of the room held his desk, a small library of books, and and small, humble glass case where his bible lay open. The walls were white and the floor was dark gray, and the lights were dimmed down, as not to strain the eyes. Sontar hated bright light almost as much as he hated the first day of the student's schooling.

As always, he didn't go to the first lesson. Instead, he chose the quiet seclusion of his office to read and organize patiently before he was forced out of the comfort of his office for food or one of the students receives an injury. At least sometimes they were pleasant enough...or quick to get out of the sterile clinic they were dirtying up.

Justin sighed and nodded at her comment he didn't like to feel weak but he decided he didn't want to mention he has necromancy magic,
