I really need this core, we take way to much toll on this human designed 'and poorly' at that core. This core is quite literally a minature sun incase in a field powered by its own self. Meaning that it couldant vaporize this whole ship, do my species this tech is dangerous because we asorb solar rays but for humans its... Perfect

I run the calculations, I see the admiral walk in. I solute the admiral "sir, there's a planet with my people on it one warp away. We can improve our ship and get away from these rival pirates at the same time" I say after lowering my solute remembering were pirates.
