Fantasy Son's and Daughters of Olympus

Freya looked down and smiled genuinely. She climbed down carefully from the roof and wiped her hands off on her jeans. "Hey," she said softly. "How are you doing?" she asked, scanning her face for any sign of anything wrong.

Ira smiled and shook her head she look a bit tiered. "I think my baby can read minds or poses them she had been dreaming of my father and keeping me up a bit." She smiled and lets out a sigh. "Where is Hunter?" She said looking around.

"I wouldn't know," Freya said, stiffening as Ira mentioned Hunter. She turned and began to walk slowly around the cabin. She'd ordered the materials weeks ago but this was the first time she'd be putting everything together. She stood in front of the door and walked inside, her feet going from grass to concrete. Carefully she began to line the walls with insulation, covering them with thin sheet wood.

Romeo chewed his lip as he worked, the final perfect stitches being secured in his final outfit. He sighed with relief as he out it onto it's hanger, a clear waterproof zip-locked bag now containing it; hanging beautifully and securely on the wall. He wiped his forehead in relief, his hands trailing down to his neck, holding it. He turned his attention to the still-nervous Idris, to whom he smiled softly. "You're coming to the party tonight, with me, as if it would be any other way my dear." He let it a deep breath, clearly exhausted of all his efforts towards the show, never failing to drink himself unconscious every night at an attempt to cure the overwhelming stress and nervousness.

"Could you pass me that empty box please from the corner?"

He ran a hand back through his messy hair, his sweatpants clinging low onto his v lines.

"I'm coming with you?" She asked, alarm flashing through her eyes for a moment, though her tone stayed cautiously neutral, as she passed him the box. She hadn't heard about Demetri and others from the camp coming, as it had never been relevant for Romeo to tell her. "Would I have to wear a dress?" Somehow despite the fact that her voice didn't change, it was clear that the prospect was... uncomfortable for her.

He thanked her for the box, gently placing the clothes inside of them. He looked up at Idris as he was crouching down to neaten up the clothes in perfect condition. "I have the perfect outfit for you, I had spare time so... I sat down and created you a pair of authentic skinny jeans, perfect for Body shape and a low cut top to match.

Idris didn't let the surprise show, though one of her small smiles lit her face. "I see you anticipated me. But where did you get my clothing size?" She asked in quiet mock suspicion. Still, she thanked him and offered to help him with more preparations. "How many people are you anticipating coming?"

Romeo shrugged his shoulder and grinned. "You think as a fashion designer, that I wouldn't know your clothing size?" He laughed softly, standing back up with the sealed box in his hands; one of 10. "Hopefully my Cousin Demi should be there, I haven't seen them for all year, so it'll be such a good feeling to tie old knots and reconnect."

Idris didn't connect Demetri to Romeo at all. "Them? You have more than one "Cousin Demi"?" She asked with one of her smirks.

"Happy enough. I make you happy enough. But how long before that wears off and you get rid of me," Aurora said. Her words were more of a matter-of-fact statement than a question. She looked down as the tears kept coming.

He laughed. "There'll only be one Demetri to me." He carried the box to the door, stacking it against the wall next to it; ready to be packed up in a few hours.

"Demetri?" Any semblance of joking disappeared in a flash. "What is this cousin's last name?" The name Demetri wasn't that common, and she could easily imagine that the two of them were related.

Abby turned to face him and looked up into his eyes, pressing her hands against his chest. She kissed his jaw sweetly and smiled. "At least take a shower first," she teased him. "You smell like sweat and sex. How long will you be gone for?"

---

Demetri chuckled, '' I'm not planning on leaving you behind or anyone.'' he trailed off with a smile, '' There is that party after at my summer house and ,well, my father asked me to invite whoever I wanted so yall invited, especially you.'' Demetri said looking at Abby and then at Freya, '' You too zombie!'' Demetri said as a joke in a very friendly way.

--

Meanwhile, Hunter was finalising the Apollo house since he finished fixing the bathroom. He was a man who multi tasked a lot and learned very fast with just the manuals. He was able to fix all of the small electrical and even plumbing that didn't necessarily require a specialist like placing a new Shower or bath. Anything manual, he was good at. He opened one of the window of Demetri and shouted, '' Shower is done!'' he said happily propping his elbow looking at everyone on the other side near the Aphrodite Household.

Abby's eyes widened. "Your father...." she said surprised. "You want me to meet your father?" she asked as her heart began to pound. She stared up at Demetri, not having expected that to come out of his mouth.

Demetri looked up at Hunter and gave a thumb up signaling him that he heard. '' Thanks Hunter! Now get your ass here and let's go to a party.'' he said cheerfully since pretty much all of the camp was done. Or almost. There was just the Arena to fix up and the administration to work on but that was about it. They could have a break at some point. Demetri then looked back at Abby, '' Well I guess since we are attending his party. I'll present you to my family. I'm sure they will love you.'' he said reassuringly.

---

At the same time, Hunter was storming down the stairs of Demetri's house and walked in the Aphrodite passing between Demetri and Abby to get in. He saw Ira and Freya. '' Hey guys! What's up?'' he asked smiling genuinely. He absolutely did not hate Freya and never showed any sign of hating her. Tho, he stopped joking around and pretty much stop being how he was with her before for the simple reason that she wasn't responding the same way. Plus, he could feel her kind of awkward around him sometimes but he didn't question it. He didn't want to bother her but he wanted to talk about it. Obviously, the kiss changed something in there relationship and he wanted to fix it.

"Demetri Vasiliadis." His voice was distant as he focused on the final stacking of the box's. He turned round to face her, his eyes looking stressed. "No time for a chat. We have a party to attend." His accent was still extremely, yet smoothly, strong, as he gently pushed Idris into her room, closing the door to give her some privacy, before walking into his own, shutting the door.

Abby stiffened slightly. "I've never met anyone's family before. Not like this," she whispered shyly, blushing. "What if they don't like me?" she asked as Alissa came over.

---------------------------------------

Freya looked over at Hunter before turning back and nailing the wood in place. "The ceiling," she said in a bored voice. She wasn't in the mood for chatting, especially not with the one person she was determined to avoid.

Demetri laughed, '' Yeah of course. They will love you! I'm sure of it. I mean, you can dislike such a pretty face and sweet personality?'' he said with a wink as he bent down to kiss her softly on the lips. '' Ok now. Just convince your sister. She looks terrible and needs to get over what happened a month ago.'' he whispered in Abby's ear as he glanced at Hunter and the girls interaction.

---

Hunter looked at Alissa, '' It's some really fancy party but with tons of booze and a huge buffet! There's a pool too!'' he said excitedly snce Demetri told him about it a few hours ago and how his father usually thrown a party,

Hunter chewed his cheek nervously, '' And... Do you need help?'' he asked unsure looking at her ladder that was pretty much shaky. He walked towards it and stopped it from shaking for her not to fall. '' Are you going to Demetri's party?'' he asked knowing of all of this

Abby kissed him gently before nodding. "I'll do what I can," she said quietly before turning to look at Freya inside the cabin.

"I don't know," Freya said, using her hammer to bang the nails into the wall quickly. Stepping down the ladder slowly, she picked up more materials and moved to the next section.

"You should come," Abby said looked up at her as she secured part of the wall in place. "I need you with me.... I'm terrified," she said simply as her hands shook with nerves. "Demetri's family is going to be there."

"Wai-" Idris's voice was cut off as he pushed her into her room. He was Demetri's cousin. There was no way that was a coincidence. If Romeo had lingered outside her door for even a moment, he would have heard one of her rare, full-on laughs. Go figure. She changed quickly and came or moments later, still actively grinning.

Demetri smiled and kissed her back. He then left to shower for a few minutes in his cabin. He had his suit back home so didn't have his stuff here to wear. He wondered if Abby had something to wear,

Meanwhile, Hunter shrugged and mentally noted to get a dance with Freya. He was sure Abby would convince her. He took Ira's hand and led her to his Cabin. He had went shopping just a few days ago and bought her a beautiful dress. Now, he could offer it to her.

He got himself changed into his designer and fitted suit, curtesy of his Uncle; who had supported him throughout. He looked at his reflection in the wall mirror, his face etched with stress and worry; hiding it behind his classic smile. He sighed, his insides feeling as if they were on fire; he hasn't even met the models that he was supposed to "rely on completely.' If they screw up, it would have been his head on the plate. His uncle promised only the best of the best, but he could only pray and hope. <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2014_09/ImageUploadedByTapatalk1409682670.894143.jpg.e28e34f5fb65885d5cc9084f024732ab.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="28902" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2014_09/ImageUploadedByTapatalk1409682670.894143.jpg.e28e34f5fb65885d5cc9084f024732ab.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

He stepped out of his room, looking at Idris; smiling softly. "Told you they would suit you perfectly."

Idris smiled at him politely, practically sensing the nervous tension rolling off of him in waves. Grabbing his arm from underneath, she pressed her thumb into the underbelly of his arm, as if trying to steady him. "With all the work you put into this, I'm sure it will be fine." She let a grin split out onto her face. "You're ready for this. Now. Escort me?"

His face broke out into a genuine smile, so grateful to have a friend like her. "What would I do without you?" He watched as men, hired by his dad, picked up the boxes carrying them to the limo for transportation. He took a deep breath, biting his lip. "Time to go m'lady; it seems our carriage awaits." He softly escorted Idris down to the Limo, helping her into it.
