Aemond chuckled a bit and kissed the top of her head gently "He'll be here soon enough, just another month or so." He said sweetly to her "You want some breakfast?" He asked her gentlt as he heard her stomach grumble.

Max shook her head some and gave a small laugh "I promise, I won't play into any kind of games." She said before getting up and heading towards him. She placed his free hand on her stomacg right where the baby was lightly kicking "You excited to meet them?"

She nodded and giggled, getting down and taking his hand, dragging him to the kitchen.

Carmen made her way down a little while later, truly exhausted with this baby versus Rhaena. She stood in the doorway and watched her family though, smiling to herself. If she’d loved aemond before, it pales in comparison to once she saw him as a father. “Any chance of some scrambled eggs?” She asked him quietly, making her presence known.

He smiled and went down on his knees kissing all over her bump. “Mmm I think, we have a boy on our hands. I’m sure of it.” He smiled at her, eventually getting up to go take his shower.

Aemond smiled softly when he heard Carmen's voice giving a nod "But of course beautiful." He murmured before kissing her cheek gently "He behave last night for you?" He asked rubbing at her stomach gently. He was in awe of her even more now since he saw her give birth to Rhaena. Now that she was also giving him a son, he waited on her for everything and gave her everything.

Max giggled softly and smiled "We will know soon enough." She said happily before kissing him gently and letting him go to take a shower. She walked back over to the bed and went to lay down to rest for a little longer until Bill was out of the shower.

She smiled and nodded "He did, you were very late though, I would have come to collect you but I was comfy... Everything okay?" She asked him quietly, moving to their daughter and got her hair tied up and out of her face while she ate, kissing the top of her head, "You excited to see grandpa tonight?" She smiled. After everything had imploded in the family, her father had kept her even closer, having been previously unaware of her mother's betrayal and being his first granddaughter, Rhaena had quickly become his favorite.

He came back out of the bathroom with just a towel around his waist, hair still dripping while he looked for his clothes, glancing over to see her staring, "Oh... Love I've just got clean, can't you wait til tonight?" He grumbled a little, recognising that look from her. It was what had got them pregnant with the baby in the first place.

Max looked over at Bill as he came out of the bathroom licking her lips some "Mmm fine, but its not nice to tease me like that." She said giving him a pout "Always teasing me these days." She said in a fake whiny voice. Her hormones had spiked up recently and she was always ready to go, even if her bump made it a bit difficult.

Aemond nodded and gave a heavy sigh "Yes; just finalizing a few land deals. The owners took a lot of persuading." He explained before smiling at his daughter when she got excited to see her grandpa. When the family imploded after his outburst he felt awful for Carmen. She was in a hard space and he blamed himself entirely for her being there. Thankfully things were now settled and honestly better than they had been.

She nodded and sighed a little "Please don't overwork yourself." She reminded him, "So do I get any kind of hint on your secret mission with your kepa?" She asked Rhaena, smiling when she shook her head 'It's a surprise modir!' She told her seriously "Oh alright then, as long as it's a good surprise." She smiled. In all truth she knew they were off to get Aemond a snake but Rhaena seemed excited for it to be a surprise,

He smiled and shook his head "I don't care for the way you objectify me love, all I'm doing is coming out the shower to get dressed and you're ready to jump me.. Is that all I am to you?" He asked, feigning being offended before getting dressed "Come on you, why don't you come into the office with me this morning? Keep me company for a little bit then we can go get some stuff for the baby."

Aemond chuckled some as he finished up food for the two of them and sending her a wink "Promise its a great one." He said happily before kissing her gently as she came to get her plate "You need anything else? Some fruit maybe?"

Max laughed at him and smiled widely "I thought you would find it flattering that just the simple things you do turn me on." She said as she got up and went over to him. She gave a small nod at his proposal before pecking his lips gently "Yeah I like that idea."

She smiled and shook her head. “I’m good. Just want scrambled eggs…. I don’t really like eggs but he’s had me eating such weird stuff.” She murmured, sitting down with her breakfast and watched rhaena rush off to get dressed, just leaning against her husband sighing some. “She’s getting so big so quick.” She sighed, resting her head on his shoulder

Bill chuckled quietly to her. “Alright then love, go get dressed I’ll go feed the little panther.” He told her, taking the cat downstairs to get him breakfast while he waited, making sure to get the car turned on and pre heated for her now it was winter in Norway. It was the one thing he knew she still struggled with

Aemond rubbed her bump gently and gave a small nod "That he has." He murmured before sighing some "Yeah she is, I want her to stop aging and stay this way forever." He pouted

Max came out to the car are bundled up shivering as she got inside. Even though her body heat was higher due to the pregnancy, she was still freezing in this winter. "You are an angel." She said kissing Bill's cheek gently as she felt the heat hit her from the vents.

Carmen smiled and glanced up at him. “MYbe not forever. But if she could slow down it would be great.” She mumbled. “I’m going back to bed I think, I’ll see you when you get back.” She murmured, standing and kissing him gently before starting to head upstairs, making a pit stop to help Rhaena get dressed for the day and finally went to fall back to sleep again.

He chuckled quietly and shook his head. “At least you’ve learnt to dress properly for it by now. No more ski wear on a daily basis.” He teases her a little.

Aemond gave her a small nod and let her go off while he cleaned up the kitchen. Once he was done with that he went to get ready for the day and soon enough he was on the road with Rhaena to get their snake. "Are you excited? We're almost there." He said happily

Max stuck her tongue out at him but gave a small laugh "Listen I wasn't used to it! My body was gonna crinckle and die." She said over dramatically before laughing more while he started to drive

She giggled and nodded, leaning into her dad in the back seat then frowned. “Kepa how come only Muña drives and if.. if it just you we go in the back seat?” She asked him curiously.

He just nodded slowly with a raised eyebrow, smiling over at her. “Our son is going to be sleeping outside in the cold. Proper Scandinavian baby.” He told her seriously. “And you’re not allowed to freak out.”

Max went a bit wide eyed at him "What do you mean sleep out in the cold?" She asked seriously "You don't mean alone do you?"

Aemond gave a heavy sigh as he held his daughter close to her "Well darling....I only have one eye, my eyesight is good, but not for driving. You have to pay attention to everything around you and I cannot see this side unless I turn." He explained while pointing to his eye patch "Because of that, I cannot legally drive."

Aemond helped her lift his patch chuckling softly. He was so glad that she wasn't scared of it, even though she had been around it all her life, it still scared him to think he would scare her because of it. He gave a small nod to her and ruffled her hair some "Is that so? I'm surr you'll love them. Just remember, they don't come home with us." He said laughing some more at the memory or her trying to sneak a baby chicken once to the house.

Max frowned softly but gave a small nod "Okay, as long as it isn't overnight." She murmured before rubbing her bump gently. "You think....you think I'll be a good mother?" She asked quietly to him. She had been scared to death recently with the thought of being a mother and all the things that would be expected of her. While she was ready for the challenge, it still gave her a bit of worry.

She giggled and just cuddled into him until they arrived and held his hand to walk into the building, stopping at the doorway and getting a little nervous when she saw a lot of snakes in their terrariums near the entrance but she felt her dad squeeze her hand and walked in with him. “Where’s our one kepa?” She asked.

Bill sighed and watched her. “Love you will be just fine. You have people to help you, we are on good money now, if you want extra support I can get it for you. Do not worry about that.” He assured her as he parked at the office building for lothbrok and sons.

Aemond gave Rhaena a soft squeeze of the hand seeing her hesitation once they actually got to the store "Don't worry, they won't hurt you." He said softly before taking her inside. He walked around eying up the snakes in awe before he finally found the one they were to buy "This one right here." He said before picking her up so she could see the Baby Corn Snake better since it was on a higher shelf.

Max gave a small nod and smiled softly "Sorry, just my insecurities coming out." She said softly before kissing him gently right before she got out of the car.

She giggled and gently touched the glass, staring at it. “This one isn’t scary. It’s only little.” She told him, wriggling to get down while the breeder was coming over to talk to them and get things going. It took a long while and after almost an hour Rhaena was getting fidgety and bored, wanting to get home but eventually they finished up and she insisted on carrying the container in the car ride home. “Muña is going to like him I think. She won’t be scared.” She smiled up at her dad.

Bill just nodded and sighed a little, keeping her close while they made their way up to his office, “I may have to join Ivar in Russia next week. He is going to meet with an ally and would like protection as a precaution.” He told her

Aemond chuckled quietly and nodded "He will be very easy to care for too." He murmured before he started talking with the breeder. He sighed in relief as they got ready to go finally "Yeah I think she'll like him too, what do you want to name him?" He asked her sweetly as they got in the car.

Max pouted some and gave a heavy sigh "You know I hate when you go there, I do not trust Oleg." She murmured having met the man previously at a dinner once. He had given her the worst feeling and she never liked Bill around him.

She shrugged and just stared at the snake the whole way back, “I don’t want frokost to eat him.” She frowned, not paying attention until they arrived home and their driver took them to the front of the house, heading her father swear before jumping out the car, looking up to see their front door was wide open and the dog was asleep on the front lawn inside their fence. “Kepa is he sleepy?” She asked.

He shrugged a little and watched her. “I don’t have much choice love. Plus it’s only a few days then I’ll be home.” He promised. “What do you want for lunch?” He asked her.

Aemond smiled as he watched his daughter stare at the snake in awe. He was happy to see her this excited like him about something. As they pulled up to the house he immediately got out of the car seeing the door opened. He frowned deeply and turned back to Rhaena "Get back in the car Rhaena." He said seriously before ushering her back inside "Take her to the Grandfather's NOW." He instructed the driver before going back to check on the dog and the house.

Max nodded softly as she walked inside with him "I know, just be careful okay?" She murmured before smiling some "Mmmm baby says Cheese Pizza." She murmured giving a small frown as his phone started going off as soon as they got to the elevator.

There was no blood around the dog but instead a half eaten chunk of meat with a strange smell that had been drugged. Inside the house it was immediately clear that the place had been ransacked and Carmen was nowhere in sight. Even getting into their two separate secret rooms they were empty.

He smiled at her and nodded, “Italian it is.” He told her, pausing to get on and answered aemonds call. “Hey, you enjoying the new pet?” He asked but soon froze and just nodded. “On it. Give me twenty minutes.” He muttered, turning on his bell and jogged back down the halls to find ubbe and he itself to let them know what was happening, leaving max stood there dumbfounded

Aemond frowned deeply as he looked through every single room in the house. He got the dog inside and in his safe space before calling Bill needing his help more than anything right now. He explained the situation and sat down on the stairs waiting for their arrival while he tried to think things over and think about who could possibly want to do this to Carmen.

Max looked at Bill confused as he came back with Ubbe and Hvitserk "Bill? Whats going on?" She asked frowning deeper when he told her to go to his office and stay put for the time being.

Ubbe looked over at Bill as he came into the room and raised an eyebrow "What is it? You've got a troubled look on your face." He said before feeling his heart drop right as Bill said Carmen had been taken. He quickly grabbed his things and went down to Hvitserk's office to get his help as well since Bjorn was out of the country.

Bill got over there as soon as he could, stepping into the house and seeing aemond sat at the bottom of the stairs and headed over there frowning at the state he was in. He spent a couple hours there trying to gather as much information as possible before heading back to the offices and going up to find max asleep on the couch in his office, gently shaking her awake. “Hey… hey time to wake up love.” He murmured.

Ubbe was furious by the time bill left. “Contact your family. Immediately. Anyone else we have ever had problems with has decorum. Your Daimler on the other hand lacks all respect and boundaries. And I’d you don’t contact them then I will.” He snapped

Max woke up hours later and groaned some "Huh? Oh hey....I uh raided your snack drawer." She murmured before she sat up and stretched "Is everything okay? You left in an hurry."

Aemond frowned deeply as he spoke with the men helping as much as he could but he qas in a state of shock at the moment. He looked up at Ubbe and shook his head some "I shouldn't have left her here!"
