Duster Energy
A stoned man stood before a throng of students. Taking a rip from a fat joint, he yelled "NO WAR ON CAMPUS. NO WAR ON CAMPUS." A few of the students lazily joined in the protest. According to this guy, a new company in town pushed filthy products on the masses. They hired death squads in faraway lands to stifle competition. And now, those armies were at the doorstep of the University. "DO WE WANT TO DRINK BLOOD? TO HAVE SOLDIERS TAKE THIS PLACE OVER." This time, the student body responded much more positively.
After a couple of hours of doing this, the group was broken up by campus police as the protest was getting too heated. The man leading the protest snuck off to the fieldhouse, where he met none other than Sashi Salike. She smiled at him. "You've done well today my honey. Here's your cut." She tossed the man a solid bag of crystals, and then another bag that jangled with coins. "I don't care what you do with it. Does anyone know it was us?"
The man greedily fingered through the crystals and looked at Sashi. "Uh no man. In fact, most of the people in the audience weren't wearing Duster merch.
"Good."
==========================
Mr. Tonne was getting antsy. All this talk of armies, expansion and more business did not bode well for the group. Audrix of Wicked Brew wanted an alliance...but it was clearly an alliance of convenience. He would stab them in the back as soon it was useful. Hell, he was probably using Duster as a meat shield for the conflict while he tromped around in other markets...not good at all.
Suddenly Sashi walked in. Tonne turned to her and sighed. "Why did you agree to work with Audrix without my permission?"
"Because it's MY fucking company, pig. I'm not in a good mood right now. And I'm hungry. You're made of pork too" she said with a greedy smile.
Tonne knew this was an empty threat, she was dependent on him to get back to the badlands. "Yea, yea. Whatever. Why don't you use your feminine charms to get with that dragon?"
She rolled her eyes. "He's a fucking spirit in armor or some shit. Can't."
"Oh really? A dragon is a dragon. They're proud, I've done business with a lot of them. I doubt he's in that armor by choice. Why don't you play with his heart a bit? Solidify your alliance, if you know what I mean. Plus who knows? If stuff works out well, you get the ear of a dragon."
Sashi began to do one of her famous yells, but then stopped herself. Tonne had a point. He seemed lonely. The other girls laughed at him. Plus it had been a while since she had a date.
