I'm guess it's: At full PP debuffs dont effect you but you still have them, so you can spend PP to remove them so you can use skills without them triggering again.

I believe so. Depowered/Shut up prevent activation, not passive effects.

Which in turn lends itself to the question of whether's the OS Phantom's [Fealty: Devotion] skill can get depowered White Masquerade

Quirk is right with how Concentrate works.

Good questions. With OS Phantoms, you are right. The fusion would just be undone earlier (not earlier in your case since you have RMA: Full Coding).

Subway is where I'm guessing the kidnapped humans were taken, given Valkyrie found some peeps there. And a bunch of Harvesters.

Highway probably has something to do with the cause of the monster attacks because we see Wootie there. Possibly PKfire as well, given outside the city is pvp area (blacklands?)

Industrial complex...I have no idea. They haven't even open the door yet, lol.

Bingo. I'm looking at it and it's pretty bad@ss Azure. Loadings and Edge Lords are rivals by the way . Those two are some cool classes. I can't wait to get into more experienced battles.

Fealty: Devotion is passive, so yes it still works. It's in effect before depowered puts a freeze on everything. There are a lot of cool skills I've completely forgotten about, lol. I'm really liking this. Each class has a unique skillset. I'm already ready to finish the intro xD

Assuming I ever want to have any of her pets attack another player/npc individually, should I develop the stats and pm you for approval beforehand or are you okay with freedom so long as they are lvl 15 or below?

What happens when she catches more pets than her pet inventory allows? (I imagine she tried)

If I didn't have a bias towards Trojans, and Fashionista wasn't relevant to Prince's background, I think I would've gone for Deviant Artist or Satellizer. I like rolling and there's just something about big numbers.

Though, that counter of PwnStars is tempting, and I do have a preference for rogue/archer classes in most mmorpgs...

I forgot about it, but yeah, Sonata would have
