Depends on if they're all at peak or not. At base power levels, probably DIO or Diavolo. At peak, Kars or Valentine. Probably the latter because love train is busted and none of these losers have the Spin.

Made in Heaven and Killer Queen autowin if they can get their ability off even once, though.

Killer Queen is just an Alt+F4 style of damage if it touches you. I don't think that even the ultimate lifeform could tank it. Valentine could also just yeet him into another universe.
