You would have to go in order. So you can get World Search, but have to start at the first level of it.

Mm, I admire the ambition of obtaining codebreaking mastery, but is it not presumptuous to assume your character alone will clinch the top spot? I think you have some competition for that title.

L-O-L. I actually decided on being a Social Media now. I stewed over it and that's what I picked. CDR + AGI just seems such a weird combination of stats. I like it. I like the flow it brings to a class. Mind-bending + agile. I lose out on PROW but I think I can make it work. You're still in my sights. I'll probably be scrapping 75% of Killajoule.

Yep, just discovered it whilst browsing YouTube- I agree the video was nicely done and suited the music well. Is that a new song from the artist? I peeked around their SoundCloud a bit, but can’t recall if I heard that one.
