WAR!
Two years ago, the Pantheons started a program that was supposed to enforce the positive relations between them. They had their Scions join together into Bands that would fight side by side and share great adventures. Last year, this program was terminated.
An argument between Odin and Tazcatlipoca grew into a fight that destroyed London Bridge and much of its surroundings. This fight evolved into war between the Aesir and the Atzlánti, and other Pantheons are beginning to take sides. Although there have only been two minor skirmishes, both sides are building up for greater battles that appear to be just around the bend. Tension is building, and it is only a matter of time before it explodes into the first Divine World War.
But while the Gods bicker and fight, monsters are rising in the aftermath of the London Catastrophe. The British government believed the event to be an act of terrorism at first, but it all changed when impossible monsters began showing up within the disaster zone. People were dragged away, never to be heard from again, and weird occurrences became frequent.
And not just in London. All over the World, the evidence of divine intervention became impossible to ignore except by the most stubborn of people. Monsters, previously unseen even in religious context harrowed the mortal population, and people turned to religion for guidance, both old ones and new.
For most, life carries on as it used to. Cults of various integrity and morality are more frequent, but most people would still rather go to church on a Sunday. For most people, news of monster attacks are distant horrors, like war or famine; it is nothing that would happen in their neighbourhood.
You know better. While the Pantheons wage their war in the Overworld, they turn a blind eye to everything that is happening in the World. Cults worship forgotten deities, monsters hide within human flesh, and you are the only ones who seem to give a damn. Sure, the US government says its working on something, but what good will it do in the now? Action must be taken. It is time for big heroics, but on a smaller scale.

Last year, me and my group had to take a break from our Scion game. It was unavoidable but it ended up being a lot longer break than expected. Now, more than a year later, we are reviving it, but some changes had to be made. First of all, the group had to be split in two, and the two groups form the current sides of the war. The two groups will occupy the same space in time but their adventures and quests will never intersect, thus keeping them apart. Based on that idea, I propose this game here.
I am looking for a group of players to fight the good fight which Gods and Demi-Gods have outgrown. The little fights where one mortal life hangs in the balance rather than the fate of a nation or the World. Small big heroics, the ones that matter but won't influence the big picture (much anyway).
The story takes place in the same setting as the ones I'm running in real life, but your characters won't meet the players of my other two groups. You will have to deal with the aftermath of their actions, however, and you might meet the same people they have met (or they might meet the same people you've met).
The events in your stories will be heard of, but it is unlikely it will actually influence the Overworld War. But that is because you're not fighting in the war; you're protecting the World from events caused by it and the things the Gods ignore because of it.
Because you are not influenced by the War in the Overworld, you are also not limited by it. Your character can be from any Pantheon with no regard to which side the Pantheon has taken. It might influence how you see your other Bandmates, but that is entirely up to you.
So, in short, this game is Heroic level with a focus on fighting monsters and evil cults, possibly even uprooting vile conspiracies if there are any such PCs. I will modify slightly character-creation and I will include some house-rules (Gods know the game needs some). I require at least 3 willing participants but I won't set any upper limit of players. New players can even join later on if they want. If you have any questions, post them here and I'll give an answer as soon as I have one.
I will create the game's sub-forum as soon as I have 3 definite players.
