Yasuo often displays himself as a cool-headed, though lazy and bored individual. He is described as being rather depressing, showing dislike of many things with little interest in activities that he does enjoy, or even his own future. Furthermore, Yasuo has shown that he is a pessimist, believing that "heroes" do not exist; rather, he believes that surviving in the world would only come from an individual's own power.
He is quite intelligent, being able to solve complex mathematical problems within moments, simply by knowing the equation. He appears to enjoy playing video games and shows a prominent distaste for vegetables or other compliments to his food's side dishes. Yasu ocan often be far more twisted then he leads others to believe. He can be cruel, bloodthirsty, and occasionally sadistic. During battle, Yasuo often sports a wide grin and a tendency to laugh giddily about dangerous events. He also displays more evident signs of arrogance and superiority towards his opponents. Yasuo often boasts about his strength and speaks to his opponents in a mocking tone.
Yasuo dislikes most of his work's duties and a handful of the people that he is forced to work with, preferring not to spend time socializing with coworkers. Yasuo is willing to use some fairly ruthless methods to make his work go more quickly and smoothly, such as drugging an innocent civilian to use her biological computer access. He will even attack former allies without hesitation in order to accomplish his goals.

Yasuo was born the first son of two rather evil people, both his parents were members of the crime syndicate known as the Yakuza and from when he was old enough to walk and talk as was he. From a young age he was delivering packages filled with who knows what to various people, however most the delivers went badly ending with him being beat up and robbed or worse shot, still he always survived.
At the age of fourteen he started to get more and more important jobs from simply delivery to watching out and sometimes even trashing a store with help of cause. During the same year Yasuo meet a man from Thailand who helped him when he was getting attacked the man used some sort of martial arts which he soon learned was Muay Tai and after a lot of persuading and money the man decided to teach Yasuo. He trained with him for the next three years until he returned home.
From the age of seventeen he was began to enter into underground fighting rings owned by the Yakuza, they were originally made in order to create a more civil way to settle disagreements but now it was just a large betting ring most of the time and for the longest time he was unbeaten in the ring and still is. Slowly his jobs got bigger and bigger from theft to blackmail to even 'taking someone out'. Lately the Yakuza have been thinking of making him go pro so they have another legal business they can use and another celebrity to help them.
