Skyrim: Rise of the Dragons (UnfaithfulPuppet & Fangs9090)

Ra'zir scanned the ground for any additional survivors. "It's a dragon, so it's likely in the sky." He glanced upwards and looked around. He glanced back down as one of the guards mentioned something about the dragon coming back. He followed the guard's gaze and spotted the dragon flying over from the mountains. He grabbed his bow and an arrow. "Hm, that's a different dragon than the one at Helgen..."

Ra'zir was the first to fire an arrow. It hit its mark but the dragon didn't seemed to flinch. The dragon swooped past the tower and Ra'zir had to duck down to avoid being swept off. He turned and kept firing his arrows, aiming for the wings to try and bring the dragon to the ground.

Eventually, after countless arrows from Ra'zir and the guards, the dragon could no longer stay airborne. It swooped down and landed on the ground near the tower. Once on the ground, it continued to spew flames and fight back against the guards. Ra'zir started to make his way down the tower.

The dragon was slowly growing weaker as the guards and Savannah attacked it. Ra'zir reached the bottom of the tower and stood in the doorway. He drew an arrow and took aim. He waited until he saw the perfect opening and released the arrow. The arrow pierced a weak spot on the dragon's head and reared back with a defiant roar before collapsing to the ground. Ra'zir approached to get a closer look at the beast, keeping his how in hand.

She stepped back not wanting it to go on some rage before it dies or something. She then heard something. It sounded as if a fire was crackling.

Ra'zir walked up next to Savannah, eyeing the dragon suspiciously as he heard the sound too. The dragon suddenly burst into flames. Ra'zir quickly drew an arrow and aimed at it. A strange power flowed from the dragon to both Savannah and Ra'zir. Ra'zir looked around and lowered his bow, unsure of what was happening.

"This is so connected to the wall", her voice quiet. She looked at the power and the burning dragon untill it ended. A guard went up to them and asked if they were dragonborn.

(You're fine for now.)

Ra'zir put his arrow away as the guard approached. "Dragonborn? What do you mean?" The guard explained the stories of the Dragonborn, a warrior who would slay dragons and steal their power. The other guards started talking amongst themselves about it. One of them mentioned shouting like the dragons do and asked if they'd tried.

"Ha ha. Ery funny there is not way.", Savannah did. It want to 'shout' because if she wasnt Dragonborn she would feel awkward. Savannah gazed around in curiousity and the dragons bones trying to avoid the whole Dragonborn thing.

Ra'zir paused to think. "Hm...that wall, in the barrow. You heard it too right? That word that was glowing. It was...ah, fus." As soon as he said the word, a force of power shot out from him, pushing Savannah back a little.

Ra'zir stumbled back but quickly found his balance. He made note of the fact that both shouts were the same strength despite her speaking more quietly. One of the guards confirmed that that must be shouting and that they really were Dragonborn.

Ra'zir walked over to the dragon and looked closer at it. He collected some bones and scales that were still intact before starting off down the road towards Whiterun, leaving the guards and the housecarl to their dispute.

As he Ra'zir neared the wall of the city, everything suddenly started to shake and a booming voice was heard echoing that seemed to say "Dovahkiin." Ra'zir drew his dagger and looked around, instantly on guard.

Once Ra'zir was certain he wasn't being attacked, he sheathed his dagger, still looking around. He kept walking to Whiterun.
