Alrighty! I'm back from vacation! I see we got a new scene started! All those enemies would make Afureru salivate. However I doubt we want to bring the army this close lest we get discovered. But I also don't think we want to bring Embrace this close either should she be tempted to betray us.

To that end, Maybe Afureru should hang back and keep an eye on the prisoner and not be tempted into waging massive warfare unprepared.

Esbilon Esbilon forgive me, it was late when I was typing that post. The WHOLE reason Zoya saw it as an occult thing is that she knows based on what those things are built from and their shape the will be use for some type of sorcery.

Just a quick heads up for everyone. I am going to be leaving town for the weekend to go camping for my birthday, so I'll be off line from Friday afternoon to sometime on Sunday. Just so long as a bear doesn't eat me, I should be back and posting by Monday.

Had an internet outage...what was that? Last Tuesday? My internet has been intermittent since. Comcast—oh so sorry, excuse me, I mean Xfinity—came out today to fix it. Guess what? Still an issue.

Ordered Metronet right after the shitty appointment. 1Gbps up and down, here I come. For less, too.

That's what you get for trying to tell a networking person what is and isn't a modem issue. :)

I doubt you'll regret it too. We have a local power company that got into the fiber optic broadband business nearly 10 years ago. The 1gbs is affordable and life's been better ever since. So glad to be done with Comcast.
 
I’m so sorry I’ve been super insanely busy with some stuff that’s come up IRL. I’m still around and reading when I can I just don’t have it in me to write anything I’m happy with at the moment. I’ll have something as soon as I can

Alrighty! I've gotten pretty behind on a couple rps. Got to start catching up.

Afureru has been off screen managing Embrace. And I figure she probably has the lady stripped down, tied up, and is rooting through her stuff. Doesn't trust her so much as to just let her do as she pleases.

Yeah, that sounds great. I'm going to have things happen to her with you.
 
I assumed you guys stripped Embrace of her weapons before, which is to say she didn't really have any. She doesn't really have anything on her.

Random Word Random Word and Rykon Rykon , what weapon(s), if any, did Áleifr, and now does Embrace, prefer/use? I guess it's more pointed toward Random.
 
Well, classic icewalker weapons are spears, bows, and fists, but she's welcome to use something more exotic if you like. Every icewalker knows how to use a knife, but usually as a tool, not a weapon. Her Deathlord could have trained her in the use of anything, and her exaltation could have carried memories of all sorts of exotic weapons.

Edit: To save you some trouble coming up with Abyssal Charms, I recommend making her a martial artist of some kind. Tiger Style works well for Abyssals, Black Claw works well for Lover Abyssals, etc. Evocations for soulsteel weapons like that infinite chakram with blood echoes work great, too.
