Riko copied and memorized the techniques demonstrated by Tenshi, albeit executing them clumsily, not used to the unusual positions. Once she'd gotten the hang of them, she and Tenshi made their way back to the others. She rested her chin on her closed fist as the rest of their group threw out suggestions. While she wouldn't know the best tactics and plan to follow and was quite impressed by the ideas, she still wanted to give her input. Be one of them, or something. She doubted she'd know better than the trainees though.
"Um..." Riko paused when they turned around to look at her. A few expressions revealed skepticism. She paid them no mind. She was just doing her part in the strategizing.
"Well, I was thinking two groups would suffice. Eight near the flag, keeping a lookout and guarding, while the other eight could head out and scout. The ones who'll scout could still be divided into groups, doesn't have to be evenly, and meet up to discuss and pass on information. Maybe this way, we won't be too many groups that we'll be weakened and separated, and we're not so many that communicating would really be an issue. And uh, we could have decoys. It might not be easy to trick them but it could give us time. At some point, one of us could even pretend we got the samurai's flag. Could lead them away from it and actually take it? Some would stay behind though, but I think would could manage. Just some suggestions. Not by any means solid or proper ones," she added meekly.
Okay, maybe she shouldn't have said anything. She wasn't very good at planning, seeing as how she wasn't experienced in it. Save for the pranks. Though she couldn't take all the credit for those alone. Riko wouldn't mind if her ideas were refuted. If someone could even take one of them and improve it to put to good use, she'd be more than glad. Though she almost hoped her suggestions would be drowned out by more suitable strategies born of training and experience she didn't have. Knowing Tenshi, his knowledge and skill would prove handy in forming the perfect strategy, with or without the others' propositions.
"I'd like to hear your thoughts, Tenshi," Riko said as she attempted to redirect the attention.
