Fantasy Semi-medieval fantasy quest with anthro animal people

Heyo. Not sure how much interest this will bring on this particular site, but I have this idea for an anthro animal fantasy RP.

It is set in a fictional setting similar somewhat to parts of medieval britain; however magical creatures exist. It is not fully medieval as some other more modern things will be included. For example, you may wear more modern clothes or encounter modern styles of cooking.

You won't be able to use magic as a character in this, other than through potions and other people etc. If you join you will be part of the adventuring group.

It will be inspired partly by Robin Hood but also Redwall and Merlin. All animal characters will be welcome so long as they are anthro and even some fantasy animals at my discretion.

The RP would be done via discord. If there is much interest I will post more details which I have, but i'm still planning a bit and I have to study for stuff atm lol
It would probably be quite casual and relaxed.

Fandom Infatuation , Ah.. just that during the Medieval period; Britain wasn't a term used since Scotland & Wales were still relatively independent during that time.

To sum it up;

Britain is what the main island is called; made up of England, Wales & Scotland.

UK - United Kingdom is England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland..

Honestly, it's fun to wind-up foreigners sometimes

Heh easier to refer to as Britain though because I think back to Roman Britain studies, but yes it's really just like England XP I forget through that scotland and wales exist sometimes.

As for a human character I will think about that lol but if I did they would still be treated as another species basically.

Character guidelines

Most animals are allowed except fish and certain insects. The type of animal will slightly affect what you can or can't do e.g. most canines are not good at climbing.

Regarding non-animals some will be allowed. Like orcs, elves, oni and tree people. No humans though sorry. I decided not to include this time.

With fantasy creatures I may also allow dragons, griffins and unicorns so long as they aren't OP. Also note that magic is limited to only through potions and other wizards.
You are welcome to use any premade characters so long as they are made to fit the setting.

You may choose to have a background story for your character or not leaving it out is fine. Your character is reccomended to carry at least one weapon to defend themselves even if that is not their main skill. Though no guns.

Also optionally to those who want you may like to think in terms of assigning 'a role or skill' to your character. Cooking, medicine, thief, strength, skill, strategist, thinker etc. This is only to better understand your character and is not necessary.

Clothes wise it doesn't need to be strictly medieval but must be practical to some extent.

A panther who is hired to keep the peace and maintain however usually just abuses his power.

King Takani - a Jaguar who oversees the whole Kingdom.

Places

The town- Here various events are held from fighting tournaments and public executions to markets, entertainment and even magical fairs.
The town has specific rules and that such as a curfew at night.

There are various peasant filled villages.
These are taxed and owned by those higher up.

Wizards, secret places and fantasy beasts populate the woods. Beasts may also encountered on paths. They are very rarely in the town or villages but may appear occasionaly. Though small pest like low level beasts may be found in villages.

Then beyond these parts it is unknown exactly what is out there.

It is open ended so you may suggest what to change and add.

I will make bestiary also so it is known what sorts of creatures are out there and this can be modified etc.

The character I am planning to play is a Male deer named Astor. He is sleek, fairly tall with smooth fur. Blue eyes.
He can be quite stubborn sometimes but he enjoys helping others. He sometimes gives of an air of perfection and superiority but it is more out of insecurity.
It is rumored that he was from noble decent originally (unconfirmed) however after a major event he lost everything and became an outlaw.
He wears a brownish goldish mask (only sometimes when it is allowed) and a green tunic with a black cape. He carries around a classic sword and a dagger.

How exactly the story will start I have not decided but feel free to suggest ideas. The names of places are not fully decided either.
