So. This is where it begins. I don't have to say anything, and if I do, your staff needs better communication between one another or someone needs to be removed from the staff immediately. Besides, it's better to start with your reasons (whoever, multiple or one) why and then I will proceed to state my case, and, or, dismantle yours. Regardless of who did it, or how many people are behind the decision (because this sites pretty biased) I deserve to know why (whether your actions were irrational or not, do not be afraid to state your reasoning for your actions or try to make a bigger deal than you already have).
