Here are my characters


Name: Kaine Whitewill

Class: Rune Fencer


Class Description: A warrior skilled in might and magic. Excels at the usage of sword and spear-play and the ability to enhance allies and boost their defenses.


Abilities (2):


*Runic Arts: consists of fire magic and various elemental boosting spells.


*Invocation: able to summon magical beings to aid in battle.


Biography: A mercenary born in Eigros who trained in the arts of magic- but failed to completely understand its full potential, he turned to the arts of war, grasping the techniques of a sword and naginata. He eventually returned to magic, satisfied in his excellence with weaponry and learned the magical arts of elemental control. With these powers he learned to enchant his weapon with various elements like fire and ice. Eventually he practiced more into fire magics, learning about it and controlling it better than the other elements. One day, while looking through a library, he found a scholar who taught him the way to summon magical spirits and taught him how to call upon these beings for help. After many weeks of practice he could successfully call on a wyvern that could control ice magic. When Kaine finished his magical training he enrolled in a warband called the "Blade Oath" and became a soldier. However, it was here he learned that he suffered from a blood-lust syndrome and went on a rampage, dispatching both his enemy and a few of his allies. Resulting from this event he left the Blade Oath and became an expendable mercenary.


Appearance: (Working on the art for him) A man about 5'11, with brown hair and sky blue eyes. A tanned-peach colored skin, he wore an emerald breastplate with emerald pauldrons, laced with mithril finish, emerald plated mithril legs and emerald greaves with a dark white cape. Attached to the back of his legs is a sword and sheath for his silver and green blade.

Class Description: A knight with the ability to equip any weapon and armor and the power to learn the skills of others.

*Mastery: Able to equip everything and use it skillfully


*Iaido: Katana arts and the ability to channel a spiritual energy through the katana.


Biography: Hilda was a girl who was raised on a farm outside of the main Eigros kingdom, living near the port city of Shear. She was taught to raise various barnyard animals and developed a friendship with a cow named Rosie. Eventually her younger brother, Hayn, was born and Rosie had to be sold to pay for the farm they lived in. Hilda was devastated and learned not to befriend anyone too closely as they might leave suddenly. As Hilda grew older she had a knack for being able to learn various weapon arts at a remarkable pace. Her favorite weapons being a rapier and katana. Eventually Hilda asked her father to craft her a set of red armor with a helmet full of feathers. The wish was granted and soon enough, Hilda wore this armor frequently. Upon reaching her 20th birthday, she decided it was time to explore the world and see what was beyond the farm and city of Shear. She had much to learn but was ready and was given her father's katana as well as he own rapier.

Class Description: A knight who swore an oath to the dark forces in exchange for remarkable power.


Abilities (2): Cursed Sword, savage sword techniques. Dark Magic, control the power of darkness to harm all before him.


Biography: Guillaume was a former commander for a group of soldiers in the vanguard of Alrehawke, a knight of formidable power. His thirst for battle lead him to recklessly charge into combat, which eventually caught up to him. In a battle with a dragon, he second-guessed himself and was nearly dead from the assault. In his final words, he called upon the dark forces of Purgatorio to aid in- giving him the life and power to defeat this dragon. His pleas were answered, tainting his blood, he was granted powers nearly super-human, but at the cost of his own life force. This did not matter to him, the power was his to control. Afterwards, he decided it was best not to command his vanguard and left to best champions everywhere to prove his strength. He now searches for the world's strongest fighters and monsters.

Class Description: A physically weak class which is primarily focused on healing others and providing boosts to their abilities while still able to defend themselves with dangerous magic.


Abilities (2):


Words of Prayer- There are two levels to this, Planar and Angelic. The Planar level of healing and buffing spells are usable by all races and are able to heal most wounds and diseases on Humans, Elves, and Drakenchildren. The Angelic level is only usable by those of the Angelic race. This type is significantly stronger than that of the Planar spells, meaning it can heal any wound, disease, or affliction upon all life. Buffs also increase in power on the Angelic level, allowing weapons, armor, and lifeforms to be imbued with the power of the sun to increase their strength, damage, durability, etc.


Wrath of Eden- This is the offensive side of a cleric's power and is only usable by the Angelic race. Calling upon Eden's power, they are able to harness the power of the sun and banish undead, shoot bolts of holy lightning, crack the sky (causes a beam of light to come down and strike the earth, obliterating anything withing a certain range), or use a force to shove someone or something away, allowing some breathing room if close combat is needed.


Depending on the level and strength of any spell, a certain amount of energy is used up. If an energy source is completely depleted, it's owner will fall unconscious. It will take 12 hours for an energy source to recharge fully if depleted.


Biography: Much is hidden about Raphael's life, the fact that he's an Angelic is one of them. When he was just a small child, he was placed onto the world by those above. The church had found him and decided to raise the young child before them. He grew up in a smaller city with a church in its center. The two that raised him were the ones who ran the church and taught him the basics of his magic. When he turned 18, he learned of his true heritage and was granted the powers of the Angels, but only under the circumstance that he must keep it a secret. So, not trusting himself with keeping this secret, he left the small city to begin travelling, healing those in need with his planar magic along the way.

• Soul Reaver: Signaturely, this unit can see and absorb the souls of defeated enemies to her inventory storage.
  

Weaponry: This unit is classed in the use of Chainblades: A long, lightweight and slender chain fitted at both ends with Cierra's default blades, Eliminators (exchangeable, cannot drop/sell, ? ). Both blades are sheathed at Cierra's sides, much like daggers, and the lengthy, thin chain is coiled on two zippy pulleys on a small mechanism on her lower back. Cierra's main set is the "Eliminator", the name of her weapon when equipped with the signature Eliminator blades; Using other blades give different names. Cierra's Chains and Eliminators = ? DUR. Though each unique blade deals different damage and purpose, Cierra's razor chains deal a constant, relatively low to average amount of damage. As the story progresses, new blades for Cierra's chains shall become available by varying means.





Abilities:

• Angelic Formation: This unit can shift into a singular +Type formation, allowing angelic tech to be implemented. In the duration, this unit's movement type becomes 'Flying', and its speed is increased by 50%.
  
• Break Drive: At 20% or lower health, Cierra may engage her U.Tactic, "Finale" and choose between two paths: (1.) A Break Drive into the 4th and overworking level of her Angelic Formation (2.) Cierra pays for the dismissal of the seal of fate through the sacrifice of all gained souls. This unit's health = MAX after the transaction.
  

Biography: (This unit is buffed with Introversion, information is marked as scarce and may be uncovered along the storyline.)

Cruor, thank you for the character, it's good to go. Curious to see that character's storyline.


Cierra, on the other hand I have some issues with yours. The first being the character sheet in general. If you could just follow the sheet outline I posted that would he great, it is given in blank form for a reason.


The second issue is the race being an oxymoron. The races seen were Human, Sylvan Elf, Drakenchild, and Angelic. There was no mention of demon. Angelic is simply a name put to an Eden-born human.


The third issue is the class. It should have seemed obvious that you can only have 1 class and I never mentioned anything of subclass.


If you change up your character sheet and fix the issues I'd be happy to have you along.

Class Description: Cheerful songsters and attention seekers with roguish tendencies and weak to magic.


Abilities (2):


[Edited because her abillity was already what a drakenchild should have but with weakness xD ]


Music notes: A very subtle form of bard magic Liana can play certain tunes to cast different spells (create balls of light, sooth angry animals/crowds, heal very minor injuries) though these powers do not work on much stronger enemies.


Fire proof: In both human form and dragon Liana is immune to fire damage (though her personally effects are not )


Biography: Liana was raised in a travelling band of bards, learning to play many happy songs and how to charm unwitting customers while her family robs them blind. Surrounded by so many wooden instruments she had to learn quickly how to control her dragon blood but often skipped these lessons to explore the near by towns, leading to her inability to hold a large, powerful dragon form for any period of time. She now travels from town to town, singing and stealing to keep herself alive.


Trivia:


She keeps a small knife in her shoe just in case.


She often is seen running from a battle before coming back in dragon form (She doesn't want to ruin her clothes transforming)


She can play the lute, pan flute and the leaf flute.


Weakness:


Dragon form: Liana is able to turn into a horse sized grey fire-breathing dragon, making her less easily harmed by melee attacks but more susceptible to water magic, though only for a small amount of time and has to sleep/eat soon after.

Class Description:

A rare kind of Drakenchild that use the power in their blood to retain a human appearance, but there are a few similar characteristics of a Dragon. Most special attacks involve some kind of sacrifice from the user.

Abilities (2):

The counterpart of transforming into a Dragon. Harnesses the power in his blood to achieve more power. Generally becomes more stronger, faster, and more defensive. After turning back the user is severely weakened, even more than transforming into a dragon.

~Blood Manipulation~

A technique where the user is able to free control the flow of their own blood. they can turn it into a solid which is as hard as steel. This technique is dangerous though, if used wrongly the user can end up drained of all their own blood. Plus for it to be effective the user needs to be injured.

Biography:

Laurence was born into a small traveling tribe of Drakechildren. They usually travel around isolated parts of the world, and they would rarely mingle with other tribes or races. The tribe wasn't liked by other Drakechildren, due to their different ideals with their blood. Instead of transforming into a Dragon Laurence's tribe used their blood in different ways. They were quickly branded with the name Blood Drake, and other Drakechildren refuse to call themselves the same race as them. Even though they are. Like every other member of his tribe Laurence was trained in the ways of the Blood Drake, even if it was dangerous and painful. Laurence quickly rose in becoming the strongest fighter in his clan, but he grew tired of his tribes nomadic ways, and left to discover the world for himself.

Great additions, Star and SirArk. I am so excited to see Drakenchildren, (I kind of want to make my own). I think Guardian Core said that dragon form is possible but the negative effects are that it puts a lot of strain on the person and they can only stay in dragon form for short amounts of time and reverting back causes a lot of physical strain or something. He created it so he would be able to explain better.

Class Description: A magician specializing in arcane arts and magics, ranging from hexes to sorcerery.


Abilities (2): Arcane Magic: Elemental spells such as fire, earth, ice etc... with no real focus on a particular element (i.e. jack of all trades). Glyphs: Magic symbols with effects ranging from boosting allies, damaging enemies and other effects.


Biography: A girl who was sent to a magic academy at a young age for showing signs of being an adept magician. Spending ten years at the academy, she learned how to control various elements and manipulate nature for her own good. Eventually she graduated the academy with pristine honors in the fields of magic. She left the academy to pursue more training and stumbled upon a library full of books about magic. The one interesting her the most being the magic symbols known as glyphs. She would practice these magics for nearly two years before finally being able to cast with excellence. In three years of reading the library's lore, she finished every book there, but no new information was there, so her journey began to find more magical knowledge and to become the best magician in the world.

Class Description: A weak form of magic focused on the art of performance. In Blair's case this magic is linked to her fiddle, which she uses to focus her magic via song. Blair's style of bard magic is influenced by her apprenticeship to a Magician, meaning it focuses mainly on the art of deception.

Abilities (2):


Mind Tricks: Blair has the power of persuasion and can influence another person's decisions very slightly by fogging up their mind and commanding them to do something. This ability is quite weak, and will only work if it is something that the influenced person could reasonably decide to do. Ex: She could tell someone to walk with her or forget about something minor, but she couldn't tell someone to kill them self. This ability works better if the person isn't aware she is performing a mind trick. People with particularly strong wills/minds have an easier time resisting her. The one exception is if she uses her fiddle with this ability, in that case she can cause everyone to start dancing against their will as long as she plays.


Glamour: Blair can appear to make things seem to disappear reappear, or change the appearances of things or living creatures. This is not actually altering the state of the object, merely the viewer's perception. To break the spell the viewer just has to realize they're being deceived, perhaps by seeing a shadow of a seemingly nonexistent object, or realizing the object has properties different than what it should have, ex: it's weight is off. The glamours wear off naturally in a day if they aren't reapplied or discovered. Blair needs her fiddle to perform a glamour, but in a pinch she can do it silently using the bow as a wand.

Biography: Life has been cruel to Blair but she can be cruel right back. Blair was born sickly and was bedridden until 10 when she finally got better, for the most part. She was still quite frail and to her dismay learned that her magical abilities were almost non-existent. She was refused from every magic academy even with her family name, her family was known to be strong magic users. Disappointed and bitter, she left her home and city and renounced her last name as well. By luck or maybe fate, she met a travelling magician nicknamed Cricket who taught her the art of deception magic as well as performance. Her fiddle, which she had learned as a past time while ill, became her weapon. Even with her new knowledge, Blair was still discontent with her measly magic power. She and Cricket had a fallout for reasons unknown (for now) and she left. She is living, or rather fending for herself on the streets of Archaedea currently.

@SirArk the Dragon-form ability varies with the user, but for the most part it is usually about an hour or two at maximum, two being a very focused drakenchild, but the toll it takes on their human form can be quite dangerous. That is the drawback of being able to shapeshift.


@Glass Jellyfish, your character is good to go! A lot of Bards lately, I am curious to see the glamour skills in effect soon. The skills sort of reminded me of a Mesmer from Guild Wars 2 (favorite class too!) I look forward to seeing all these characters show up.


Also, Cierra, your character is now good to go as well.

Class Description: A magician specializing in debilitating magic that affects the mind and body.


Abilities (2):


-Domination Magic: Magic that focuses on debilitating the enemy or damaging their mind and thoughts. (Skills in this school are things like aneurysms or causing painful thoughts to torment the person.)


-Illusion Magic: Magic that projects illusions onto the enemy, simple glamours that could be shattered. Can also conjure an illusion of the caster.


Biography: A man who is surrounded by mystery. Flavius was born deep in the Skypeaks, though later on moved to Shear, where he works as a private investigator. During his childhood he would pull pranks on the children in his school by conjuring an illusion of himself and scaring the children when he appeared next to it. Eventually he was picked on and was the victim in many fights, though he would usually cause painful images inside the bully's mind, severely damaging their mental state. As he grew older, Flavius decided to use his magic as a form of enforcement to protect the town. To find out about criminals, he would use his magic to torture the thugs to give information about other thugs or criminal acts they might do or be doing. Though it wasn't the most ethical way of interrogation, it got the job done. A few years after he set up his investigative services, crime in Shear has not been as high. Flavius's current goal is to find himself someone to settle down with as he grows older.
