Gyutaro will problebly monologue how the three of them might have better life then he has and that he will not forgive them despite working with them.
Ardyn will dismiss Gyutaro's rants as well as what DIO and Envy will try to say and will try to calm things down and be tne voice of reason( despite manipulating his new "allies")
Though DIO could use his mind control on Gyutaro to make him loyal to them. ( Chibistaryuu you can have DIO do thst if you want to.)Though demons in the Demon Slayer universe have many vampire like characteristics.

Maybe because it could be fun to have Tanjiro Nezuko and Zenitsu interact with her. And she is has the mystical powers of a fox spirit,she could help the Demon slayers.

It could be fun. I could see a small sense of familiarity given she has a partial traditional dress and combat style though I could see her fox spirit and healing capabilities coming off as extremely odd to demon slayers

Tanjiro and Zenitsu might be able to sense the spirit with their enhenced senses( of smell and hearing,respectfully) and might ask her questions about it. They will still trust her though.

I'm not sure if there would be anything of that sort to indicate she has a fox spirit. I know Tanjiro's smell let's him pick up on certain things about like intentions and feelings, so it may just be that she would have an odd scent, but not really something that would point towards the fox. Besides the spirit naturally can manifest and does when she uses Kitsune Rush so they'd be able to see it at times

How about the villain group try to pull a Hughes situation toward Tengen Uzui,the Sound hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. They capture two of Tengen's three kunoichi wives and Envy and Ardyn impersonate them in attempt to get close to Tengen and kill him...or weaken him enough for DIO and Gyutaro to make the finishing blow.

When Tengen finds our,he and his remaining wife faces the villains while to attempt to free his two remaining wives.
