Alex gave her a nod before rushing out to the car. He sped off to the hospital "You think it could some kind of bug?" He asked worriedly

Max frowned as she listened to him before giving a heavy sigh "Alright, give me five minutes." She muttered before hanging up and speeding off. She made sure she wasn't followed before showing up to Jon's house knocking on the door quickly

Carmen frowned and shook her head. “I don’t know… why the fuck didn’t she call last night?!” She muttered, fuming with his mother. She’d begged to have him for a night and now this. She got out with Leo when they arrived and took him straight in, explaining what was going on at the front desk before they took him away and she was left to wait in the lobby.

Jon opened the door and just took her straight to the living room where he’d put the carrier on the coffee table. “There’s a baby in my house.” He muttered. “What the fuck do I do with it?”

Alex frowned qs he kept driving shaking his head "I don't know. Maybe she thought it wasn't serious and she could help him out." He murmured before helping her inside. He held her as they sat down and sighed heavily "Its gonna be okay alright?"

Max walked inside frowning when she heard the baby crying. She went over immediately and picked up the child "Oh sweetheart shh shh." She cooed bouncing the baby gently to calm them down. She looked over at Jon and sighed heavily "Well Jon...first we need to find out if this baby is yours. Then you can either take care of her or find her a home."

“Well sorry for not trusting her good intentions after how she treated you as a kid.” She muttered, leaning on him and caught his eyes for a minute, her anger giving way to upset as she burst into tears holding onto him tightly.

Jon stared at her still in shock. “I don’t… how do I do that? I mean… I’m already pretty sure she must be. She looks like me…. And her mother is my ex. From the right time.” He told her sheepishly, frowning. “She never told me she got pregnant.”

Alex frowned more as he held her giving a heavy sigh. His mother was no saint, but he knew she would never purposefully put their son in danger. He held her close as she burst into tears and kissed the top of her head repeatedly "He's gonna be okay I promise."

Max frowned more as she picked up the letter and read through it "Ana huh? Thats a pretty name." She cooed as the baby looked at her with Jon's eyes "You can get a blood test done, it'll cost some money though. But if you're on her birth certificate the courts will still say you have responsibility unless you waive your rights and give her up for adoption." She explained

She frowned some and just nodded, holding on tightly and burying her face into his shoulder for twenty minutes until his name was called and they got up heading in there, trying to ignore the way the doctor was looking Alex up and down because of the biker ink. “What’s wrong with him?” She asked worriedly going to sit with Leo and cuddle him close.

Jon sat down, lighting a cigarette, frowning when Max slapped him round the back of the head. “What? This is better than running down to a dealer.” He muttered, shaking a little. “I need to… I need to call Tyler.” He muttered, trying to find his phone again.

Max went wide eyed when he lit up a cigarette and quickly smacked him in the back of the head "Then you take it outside Jonathan." She said seriously before she went to sit down and get the baby to sleep "Not sure how much help your president will be. If he is anything like I remember he'll tell you to get rid of her." She muttered

Alex got up and followed her into the room not even paying attention to the doctor 'We're currently running some tests on common viruses and infections. Do you know if he has been exposed to anything recently at school?'

She shook her head. “Nothing sent home about it… he was a little quiet yesterday evening but I just figured he’d had a long day… he’s not ever been a poorly kid except the occasional cold or something but never like this.” She frowned more but thanked the doctor and watched him leave before turning to Leo. “Oh baby mommy and daddy are right here.”

“I know that but I can’t leave her here by herself. He needs to know that I’m gonna be gone for a few days while I sort shut out.” He sighed staring at the little girl in Max’s arms debating what he was going to do.

Alex moved to sit next to him taking his son's hand in his "I'm right here buddy. We aren't going anywhere I promise." He said softly frowning as he watched his son start to cough uncontrollably.

Max gave a small nod as she held the baby "I'm here to help you as much as I can Jon. Whatever decision you decide." She murmured softly

He frowned and ran a hand through his hair before stepping out back to have his cigarette, calling up the club lawyer to speak to him about what he should do “But the most important thing is that nothing gets said to anyone. At all.” He told him seriously.

Carmen frowned and rubbed his back until he settled and he just curled up and went to sleep snuggled up close to her. “He was fine yesterday morning.” She frowned some.

Their lawyer sighed heavily as he listened to Jon and nodded a bit "Your best bet Jon is to get a paternity test. I'll keep under wraps but you'll need to tell them eventually." He muttered before hanging up.

Alex nodded some and wiped his eyes quickly "I know...he'll be okay. They'll figure it out." He said softly before he stood up "I'm gonna make a quick call to Jackson, let him know I won't be available until this is settled."

She just nodded and gave his hand a squeeze, laying down with Leo to tuck him in and keep an eye on him as he slept.

He thanked him and hung up, going back in and seeing max sat on the couch with the baby “What do I feed it?” He asked frowning.

Max rolled her eyes a bit giving a small laugh "Formula Jon, she is too young to eat real food. From the letter she is around 4 months. You won't have to have her on formula for too much longer. You can get her some baby food too." She explained "You'll need to get her some diapers, I can ask Carmen if she may have a play pen from when her son was little. Save some money there."

Alex sighed heavily as he dialed running a hand over his face "Hey Jackson....Leo is sick, we're at the hospital. I won't be available until I know he is alright." He explained

Jackson frowned and sighed heavily. “Shit. Is there no way you can make it? Can’t carmen watch him? Kind just called out as well. Tyler is gonna kill you both.” He muttered.

Jon just nodded and sighed a little. “Alright. I’ll ask her tonight.” He muttered, rubbing his face. “Can you take us? Cause … you know you got my car.” He pointed out.

Alex frowned more as he listened to him "You tell Tyler to kiss my ass. He wants to kill me he can try." He spat down the line before hanging up and going back to Carmen. He sighed heavily as he sat by her side kissing her cheek "There might be some trouble, but I'll handle it if it happens."

Max rolled her eyes again giving a small laugh "Well duh, I wasn't going to leave you by yourself." She said before gently placing Ana back in her carrier "She wasn't even left with clothes? If only you were a woman, you could apply for WIC, it could help with some of the baby food."

He frowned some and just shrugged, calling up the hospital to organise a paternity test, a little worried there would be too many questions. He was so used to having to be sneaky with everything and now he hadn’t actually done anything wrong.

Carmen frowned shaking her head. “Let Tyler try and get in here. I’ll sort him out myself.” She muttered, resting her head on his shoulder. “I don’t like seeing him so poorly. He’s always been a healthy baby.” She mumbled frowning more and held onto Alex a little tighter.

Max gave a small smiled as she got Ana situated before turning to Jon and noticing the worried look on his face. She went over to him and cupped his face like she used to whenever he got this way "Hey, its gonna be alright. You haven't done anything wrong. The one who has done wrong is her mother." She explained softly to him

Alex nodded some and gave a heavy sigh "I know babe, I know. He'll get better though, they'll figure this out." He said trying to stay positive for her

She frowned and shook her head. “He used to be up all night though. He wouldn’t cry too much but he was awake for pretty much the whole night til he was five months…. I used to lay there staring at him, hoping he’d fall asleep, hoping you’d walk through the front door and I could get some sleep.” She smiled tiredly at the memory.

Jon just nodded and headed out to the car with her to go get stuff from Walmart for this kid, not sure what to do from here on out. He was pretty sure it was his kid. The timeline matched plus she looked just like him buf he hadn’t decided what he was going to do if she was his

Alex frowned as he listened to her and gave a heavy sigh "I'm so sorry Carmen....for everything." he said quietly letting a few tears fall as he thought about all of it. He hated how much he missed. Hated that she had gone through all of it. He squeezed her hand again before standing up "You hungry? I'm gonna grab a bite to eat."

Max drove them to Walmart and gave Jon's hand a squeeze "When are you able to have the test done?" she asked softly before pulling into a parking space "We'll get enough for a few weeks. I've got some money saved up. Should be enough to cover anything." she said starting to ramble off as she thought about everything while getting the baby carrier out.

She nodded and sighed heavily. “I should probably eat.. just get me a sandwich or something.” She mumbled, giving his hand a squeeze before he left, moving to cuddle Leo again and ended up falling asleep.

Jon frowned. “Tomorrow morning…. Don’t be silly I got money. She’s my kid apparently.” He told her quietly, taking the car seat and just stood staring at the baby for a minute.

Alex came back about thirty minutes later frowning when he noticed how shallow Leo's breathing had gotten. He pressed the call button before gently waking up Carmen "Babe. Babe wake up. Something's not right."

Max laughed lightly when she noticed Ana was awake giving Jon that same grumpy look he would give if woken up by someone "If she isn't yours I'd be surprised." She said before grabbing two carts "Here put the carrier in this one, we can put the groceries in the other."

Carmen grumbled some, but soon woke up and got off the bed, staring at her son and feeling helpless when his nurse came in and quickly moved them to the side so they could help Leo, trying to stay close as possible until they were moved out of the room and before she knew it they were giving them news that Leo had become comatose and she just managed to stare straight ahead of her while the rest of their words went right over her head, gently pushing past Alex to walk back into the room to see her son again, right around the same time that Tyler and Jackson had shown up to try and get Alex to work.

Jon just nodded and followed her, biting his tongue on a couple questions he had burning for Max right now. She seemed to know a suspicious amount about all of this right now and he knew that his curiosity would soon get the better of him if he didn't distract himself with other things.

Alex moved out of the way when asked and kept Carmen close to him. He felt the world slip away when they said Leo had gone comatose and took a deep breath to keep calm. He looked over when he heard his name called "Get the fuck out." he spat quietly to not make a scene.

Max pushed the cart with Ana in it and smiled wide at her making funny faces to try and entertain her. She pointed at things Jon needed to grab frowning a bit when she noticed his concentrated face "What are you thinking about? Don't keep it in Jon." she said softly

Jackson frowned some and stepped over. “Shit. He’s not doing good is he?” He asked him. “Alright. Give them both love from us.” He told him and clapped him on the shoulder, dragging Tyler out of there and having him call Jon instead.

Jon was about to ask her when his phone started going and he tried to keep hanging up but they continued and finally he gave in. “What do you want?!” He snapped a little, sighing heavily hearing that they needed him to come in.

Alex frowned shaking his head "No and I suggest you don't come back for a while." He muttered before going into the room to be with Carmen and Leo.

Max frowned seeing the anger in his face start to come through "Whats wrong?" She asked hesitantly hoping he wouldn't blow up in the store.
