Dark smiled. "Ah, I see..... Well yes, it is nice to be with someone all the time. But at the same time, it's painful" he told her gently, lightly touching her cheek.
 
Dark kissed her back, smiling back at her. "You'd really do something like that for a monster like me?" he asked her with a fond shake of his head.
 
" Yes I would....I wouldn't mind being with you forever....Yes I'll miss my friends....but it would be worth it to not let you be alone. Eternity is a long time to be alone like this....Finding someone else is less likely to happen..." Kanta rested her forehead on his and smiled sadly. She knew what consequences laid ahead if she were to be turned into a vampire. Her brother lived it for a while so could she.
 
Dark shook his head. "And your brother? Having my mark on you is enough to make you mad, but turning you into one of us? Well.... Hey, I like having a fight every once in a while. It'll be fun" he said with a laugh, stroking the side of her cheek with the tips of his fingers.
 
" My brother will....have to get over it. " She smirked at him and leaned into his hand, answering again," But I'll do it.....I want you to...to turn me...Please Master Dark.."
 
Dark rolled over and placed his hands on her shoulders, pinning her to the ground. "If I were to change you, it would mean that you would be entering a world of darkness. You'd have to drink the blood of humans" he explained to her, looking deep into her eyes.
 
" I understand.....That means probably people I know...But I'll do it if it means being with you. I don't want to be without you...And I know you don't want to be alone..." She looked at him sadly but the seriousness of her eyes showed, looking into his.
 
"Dark nodded slowly and leaned forward, softly kissing her neck over his mark. "That also means..... That I'll have to kill you" he whispered in her ear, his lips lightly brushing against the skin.
 
She took his hand tightly and glanced away blushing, a little worried," I know.......I know that once I do this...there's no going back. So I'm ready...." Kanta closed her eyes and held his hand tighter.
 
Dark closed his eyes and sighed before using his nail to create a deep gash in his wrist. He held the wound over Kanta's lips. "You're going to have to drink this" he told her softly.
 
Once he was sure she had had enough blood, Dark kissed her, taking the few remaining drops of blood on her lips away. "Now.... I'm afraid I have to kill oyu....." he whispered
 
"You'll wake up in twenty four hours....." he whispered, placing a hand on either side of her head and closing his eyes, and in one swift motion, broke her neck. He picked up her limp body and carried her inside, placing her gently onto the couch.
 
Dark looked up, his eyes grazing over her body. "You might still be in pain from the change..... I'd suggest you rest for a while before getting up" he told her softly when he heard her sharp intake of breath.
 
Her eyes stared at him intensely and then back to looking around the room. Kanta laid herself back against the pillow on the couch softly, staring at the ceiling. " So....That's how you have to do it..."
 
Dark walked over to her and sat on the edge of the bed, touching her cheek. "That was the most painless way to do it...." he told her softly, almost sadly.
 
Dark looked at her sadly. "I could have chosen any method of killing you. Shooting you in the heart, slitting your throat, draining you...... But breaking your neck is the fastest, least painful way..... Which is why I chose it...."
 
" I know...." Everything felt so weird to her. Kanta didn't know what to do or where to go from there. Her hand grasped his gently, kissing the top of it slowly. " I'm glad you didn't.."
 
Dark wrapped his arms around her, kissing her neck lightly over his mark. "You know.... Now that you're a vampire, you'll need to find your mark....." he whispered
 
Dark kissed her back and smiled. "It's different for all vampires. Mine is music, therefore my mark is a music note. It has to do with your best skill" he explained to her
