"Hey..." He gently made her look at him. His eyes were comforting. "That's not what I asked. Do you want me to stay here tonight?""If you want to.." she said.
"Alright." He said sitting down on her bed. "Then I'll stay. As long as you need. As long as you want." He sat her down next to him. "I may not be as strong as you. But that doesn't matter. I will always be here for you."She nodded slightly.
He laid down holding her close. "Now get some sleep. I'm right here. I always will be." He rested his head against hers.She hugged him tightly. "Okay." she said.
He did too. They entered their shared dreamscape. This time a flower field.She smiled slightly and closed her eyes.
"I thought we could use some peace." Connor said. "No loud noises, no dying people or weird godlike powers... Just you, me, and the dream world at our fingertips."Lilly looked around. "This is nice.."
"So... Where do we go from here?" He asked. "We have these weird God powers. But we don't know how to use them."Lilly sat down and smiled.
"I'm sure it'll be great." He said."I don't even know mine.." she sighed.
