It was nice but there was still this feeling of emptiness inside of him, especially since they got a job that required for them to travel overseas most of the year. He got along with his cousin nonetheless but their personalities seemed to clash a lot which caused them to get in their bickering routines. Kento his parents used to be from the yakuza, therefore idiot gangs started to gang up on him for a fight. Therefore, he learned to defend himself and become one of the strongest people around. However he would never raise a fist to those who don’t deserve it, neither was he the one to start. His reputation went down the drain because of that, yet not all people actively avoided him. Some even said that he was cool which he completely didn’t understand. He did have a few girlfriends but after finding out they only stayed with him for appearance’s sake or for the gifts they sometimes got from him, he broke up with them. After the third, he gave up on love as people only thought about themselves.

Personality: Yurika is a quiet and reserved girl. Though she might look like it, she is not shy, she is just very cautious of people. Backstory: Little is known about her personal life, but Yurika's school life has always been filled by malice, fear, and loneliness. When she joined Sakura High she was picked on because of her quiet nature, but those kids soon moved away from the city. People blamed her for this and began to bully her even harsher, but again those kids either got hurt or moved away. During this none of the staff intervened, either to help her or confront her. Not even a word. Because of this, rumors went around about her being tied with the Yakuza, using them to get rid of anyone who messed with her and buying the staff's silence. Now students avoid her and bully her using indirect ways, and she spends her days by herself.

Mizaki is a cool-headed individual, she rarely gets worked up over things unless it’s something she’s passionate about. This doesn’t mean she won’t speak her mind when she feels the need to, though. Integrity is important to her, so when she sees hypocrisy it really turns her off. She’s very kind and generous, often offering a shoulder to cry on for her friends. Mizaki is very emotional, having been called a cry baby more than once. She usually blames this on her zodiac sign, the cancer, though.

Mizaki really hates being alone, often distracting herself with video games when she has to be. It is not uncommon for her to play otome games and she really enjoys those, though they're something of a guilty pleasure and she isn't likely to admit to it.

Her parents made a decent amount of money when her mother was still alive, though once she passed away it sent her father into depression, causing him to lose his job. They could no longer afford to keep living in the middle class neighborhood and had to get a place somewhere cheaper. It never bothered her, since all that was really important was the love she received from her father and brother.

These events were the topic of gossip in Mizaki's school and since her friend circle was small, not a lot of people knew what had actually happened, spinning a false story for the sake of entertainment. Of course, nobody would ever tell her to her face, but Mizaki was still aware of what was being said. She would often come home sad, but very rarely shared her troubles with her father. She felt he had suffered enough. Her brother Makoto got into fights every now and then, as it affected him too.

Despite her rough time in Elementary School, once she started High School the rumors and gossip had stopped. It was no longer of interest to most. Determined: "Make your Combat Stance Your Everyday Stance": determination is an important characteristic for a Minamoto, after all, a family that is dedicated to fight shadows needs it in order to continue with this mission and enforce it on others. For him, determination is not about to set rules for a goal, but to set rules for your life, in that way you will achieve your goals naturally.

Cunning: unlike his sister Kensuke had never been a genius and he realised that determination doesn't help much if it's not properly focused, that's why he appreciates the intelligence. Only through intelligence it is possible to focus the warrior's strengths (like determination or bravery), the conditions of the fight (ground, moment) and even the weakness of the enemy, and after that lying and hurting other people is all fair. Then he works hard to evolve from the mere warrior who might win fights to become the strategist who shall won the war.

Distant: well he is a child raised in a powerful family with an aristocratic past, for many people he is gentle but distant, the kind of guy who never used slang, and the straight A student type. He is very self-controlled, being polite but distant as is expected of a descendant of a noble family. But he is not a rich big-head, for the reduced number of people who know him well, specially his cousin, he is a good person who really cares -only- for those who are family or who have gained his sympathy, expressing it through actions rather than words. Background
Daisuke is the elder son of the Minamoto family, a rich elitist family whose main branch has practiced kenjutsu since the Sengoku Age, therefore he is the heir of a tradition that had been perfected during centuries, and is currently a high school student and part time as an instructor of the family dojo.

Currently the only family he had is his gradfather, who is also the head of the family, as his mother died due to complications after his birth, and his father and elder sister died in a car accident when they were returning from a kendo competition. For him those memories are particularly traumatic, for instance, he has never seen his mother except in pictures and the lost of his elder sister, who was his best friend too, had left a deep hole on him.

His sister, Kyoko, was considered a genius in kenjutsu and the pride of the family, and the clear heir of the family tradition, and although they never quarreled he was envious of her skills and felt guilty of having those thoughts after she died.

After her death , his grandfather pressed him with an intense training and harsh discipline as he had suddenly become the new heir of the family, but these intense training paid in the end, at the cost of sacrificing much of his social life or spare time, Daisuke, who had been a mediocre kenjutsuka, later won twice the kendo national championship during the middle school, gaining the nickname of "tiger of Hokkaido" (the region where his family comes and he spent his childhood).

Although he has convinced himself he's happy with the life he has, he sometimes wonders how is being a regular teenager, singing in karaokes, playing videogames a lot, flirting and falling in love, and not having so many responsabilities as he has. But he handles that frustration releasing it during kendo/kenjutsu combats. In the middle school he was a straight A student and a member of the discipline committee, along with her cousin Kagura, after beating the bullies and harass the students who refused to follow instructions they gained the nickname of "Gestapo".

Anyway, now he's in high school, he joined the kendo club and his cousin Kagura had asked him to join the discipline committee with her, as they did in middle school.

Relationships
In the school, his friends are mostly his cousins, especially Kagura, who are called sometimes "the daymios" (both fondly and despectively) because they are rich, traditional and -with other rich boys- basically the school elite.

On his personal relations, though he is relatively popular he doens't have much friends and he doesn't go to karaokes or parties due to his busy schedule. Some girls of his middle school confessed their feeling to him, but he had systematically rejected them, as he is already betrothed since he is a child with a girl of a respectable family he barely knows.

As a member of the traditional and rich Japanese society he knows arranged marriages are usually unhappy marriages that has no escape (not even divorce) and he wonders if he is condemned to that, or if there is something more awaiting for him...

Personality
Despite being the son of a billionaire father, Hachisuka is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. It is very hard to anger him. He listens to other people's pleas, their thoughts, and actually fulfills promises made. Even to quiet kids he is genuinely kind. He still throws parties at his luxurious penthouse as any rich kid would, but is not actively searching for a girlfriend. He cares for the well-being of his peers (except those who are exceptionally rude, making Hachisuka a bit of a hypocrite), and yet he is still a popular kid in the school, despite everything that has happened in the year before. Nobody knows what he is like when angry, except for one person... Students have learned to never bring up his ex girlfriend, or else he would become moody for the rest of the day and stay cooped up in his penthouse until tomorrow.

Background
Nobody in school knows this, and most likely never will. Hachisuka barely ever saw his billionaire CEO of a father, who was always busy with work and rarely came home. His mother passed when he was little, and so he had to live with constantly switching caretakers for the most of his life. He was taught basic life skills for school, but never by his dad. In school, people treated him with love after learning of his father. It used to be fake love, but Hachisuka's charisma and kindness and luxurious parties grew on them. He quickly became a popular kid during his first year, but as with all things, there will be some serious bumps in the road.

Hachisuka found himself a girlfriend named Himari Higashi. She was like a mirror to himself, in that she was kind, came from a wealthy family, and loved him for who he was. It was like a perfect utopia... for a short time. One night, it was only them at Hachisuka's penthouse, out on the balcony. Hachisuka had found something odd about her online, a picture of her with a male, wealthy model. He showed it to her, and it quickly spiraled into an argument. As his father was not there to help him cope with every one of his feelings, he did not know how to control himself. He did not take into consideration her job as a fashion model, or that the picture was part of her job. For the first time, Hachisuka was angry. Angry at his father who couldn't be there for most of his life, and angry at Himari, at who he had first experienced betrayal from.

Hachisuka's girlfriend fell from the penthouse, over the railing and to her death. Hachisuka was arrested by police, accused of murder. At school, this was the biggest topic among the students. Everyone was either on one side or another.

It was then that Takeda Hayamoto took notice, plotting a scheme to reach out to his estranged son. Using his power and influence, the girlfriend's family was silenced. Paid witnesses came to the stand, claiming to have been at a drunken party at the penthouse. False noise complaints were brought up, and fake evidence implanted. Hachisuka's girlfriend was labeled as a drunkard party animal, and he walked free. Her death was ruled an accident. Most in school were quick to accept that. After all, he was the nicest guy they had ever met! If he was truly guilty, he would've confessed to her murder as soon as he was arrested... right?

Relationships
Every other rich kid in school could be considered his friends, though some (Himari's close friends) don't exactly trust him.

After the incident where Himari Higashi fell to her death, Hachisuka has ignored every girl who voiced their feelings for him. Never again would he allow that to happen; he was ashamed, but still could never tell the truth.

Trivia
Hachisuka despises everyone who contributed to his current life, those being his father and a little bit on his deceased girlfriend. There's an audio recording of the incident, which Hachisuka has refused to destroy against his father's wishes. It's kept in a safe in his penthouse, and he's listened to it more than once, severely affecting him on a mental level.

Instead somewhere along the way he began to change into a person that wasn’t always seen as the good person. Loving to go to arcades with his friends to release some stress from school, hanging out with girls whenever they asked, etc. It was not particularly that bad until he entered high school. If you were were to ask a friend or family member to describe Pamela in one word, it would be angry. Pamela has a very short temper and a determined personality which made her well known in her town. She isn't one to back down from a fight and is always ready to get physical, ranging from chasing people out of the restaurant with her pan to hitting her friends on the head.

Despite her short temper and tsundere attitude, it is possible for Pamela to consider someone a friend. She can be nice in her own unique way, even if it means being mean and sarcastic at the same time.

Pamela hasn't gotten over her mother's death and has bonds with people that resemble her either physically, mentally and in personality.

Background
Pamela was born to chefs Ana Juana and Manuel in Mexico, the next year with twins Jose and Simon joining the family. While growing up, Pamela was introduced to the world of cooking and she loved it. She would make snacks for her her classmates and either be in charge of breakfast and dinner and sometimes, if the dish was unique or nice enough, it would be on the menu! Pamela loved her mom and wanted to keep the family legacy when she grew up.

On Pamela's 13th birthday, something happened; she was on a car ride with her mother on their way back from the restaurant when they had an argument. They were so distracted they made their way on a speeding truck's path and had an accident. Pamela had a large cut on her stomach while her mom had several wounds. They were taken to the emergency department and were treated. Pamela's mom didn't make it.

The death of his wife affected Manuel so much, a month later he was diagnosed with lung cancer. The restaurant was closed and the Delgados moved to Japan for Pamela's dad's treatment. Pamela started working part time jobs to get enough money for his treatment, saving until she had enough. She was so scared she was going to lose her father because of her, and dropped off school to work full time. One they, they got a phone call.. He did it! Her dad beat cancer! They were all overjoyed at the news. Pamela's dad told her a month later that he was going to open up the restaurant again and continue the Delgado legacy. When the Delgado restaurant 2 was officially in business, Pamela went back to school and became Sous chef of the restaurant, working along with her brothers and father.

Fumiko initially comes off as an introvert, quiet and calm whilst avoiding large groups, but she simply avoids people because they often dislike her way of speech; a robotic tone hidden of any emotion possible, except for the occasional excitement that creeps in upon the discovery of new things. When she is thrown into a conversation, or forced to initiate on by necessity, she easily speaks her mind and lets her opinions be known almost immediately. Though most of what she talks about is frank analysis. Her typical strategy to life is to sit back and observe while carefully judging and analyzing those in sight. If a struggle occurs she will likely use her vast intellect to solve the issue, but if that struggle is physical she will almost certainly turn and run in the other direction. She can be extremely pushy towards new people and will seek to befriend anyone and everyone as quickly as possible, before they even know each other properly. She can also be somewhat cocky because of being surrounded by what she considered "dullards" for a good portion of her life.

Growing up Fumiko was often alone due to her lack of friends and extremely busy mother whom worked multiple jobs just to keep the two of them from starving. Plus, she worked one of those jobs simply to afford a good high school for Fumiko, she wanted to be able to give her child the opportunities she threw away. Thus, she instilled a great deal of advice to Fumiko involving school and how she should always pay attention, do her work and try to gain more and more knowledge so she could pull herself up into the world with a powerful position. The lack of people to communicate with proved to be extremely detrimental to the girl's social skills as a whole, she does not understand sarcasm or even phrase's such as "It was easy as pie". And, while in the area she's from it is considered less than stellar to be intelligent she took her mother's advice to heart and focused on her studies and gaining any knowledge on anything that she could. As she aged her intellect did acquire unwanted attention in the form of bullying, which lead to a slight fear of large crowds of people to the point where she may freeze up as they draw near. However, she does try to annihilate fears and worries rather than dwell on such circumstances.

Up until her final year of junior high school Fumiko had her eyes set on one of the most prestigious high schools in the country that produced many of the most elite members of the country such as millionaires and politicians, she could have gotten in too, but alas there was certainly no way for her mother to pay for such a school and while her plan to take out an immense debt then pay it off once she was incredibly successful drove her towards the school but, her one friend, helped her realize that if she made even one misstep she would end up in a situation even worse than her mother's and then die alone and destitute that lead to a reevaluation of her life, which lasted for weeks on end as Fumiko balanced pros and cons gathering data from many sources, most of which being fellow students at her school which helped her decide the path she truly wanted to do and that was branch out. Fumiko wanted to branch out and have fun with friends for her highschool years, rather than waste away studying once more. Sure, she would still like to gain intelligence and wealth but she wants that on top of happiness through others.

Ryosuke, like many in his family, believes in working incredibly hard to get things done. He likes to work incredibly hard, and rarely takes the 'easy' route when going about his day-to-day activities, only breaking this trend when absolutely necessary. He is known to always finish what he starts, and often goes well out of his way to see things done, and will even cause this way of doing things to extend to others around them, picking up their slack and finishing whatever they were doing.

Unlike his father, however, he is prone to lying. In fact, he has a habit to lie about things that he otherwise would not need to, sometimes even hindering many people around him. While he's not exactly stuck on lying, regardless, the sheer volume of lies he does spout happen to make those who have heard of him consider him a hard person to believe about anything, even simple things like his own name. However, when he does choose to tell the truth, it is typically in situations that are important (as he sees it), and so he isn't completely impossible to believe or depend on...just very hard to.

Ryosuke is also fairly laid back, despite his normally hard-working demeanor, causing him to not take many actual jobs that are offered to him (or at least wishing he could avoid them) and spending a lot of his free time simply relaxing. This part of him simply means that he's calm and cool in most situations, and even allowing him to remain perfectly calm in ever the worst sort of situations; it allows him to think through circumstances easily enough, and even fight pat grief in order to see the real answer to what he should do.

Ryosuke is, naturally, incredibly obsessive; when he likes something, he obsesses over the thing continuously, never wavering from what he wants to do with it, but also to the point that he will put all of his effort into it, often leaving him drained and exhausted. Or often to the point where he finds himself unable to complete tasks that the had set out to do prior to obtaining a new obsession, often leading to him obsessing over the thing he had forgotten about in order to obsess over the thing he finished. This has a constant trend of making him fairly odd in relationship, and he often ends up coming off as slightly 'crazy' to those who don't know him all that well.


Background
Life was fairly average for young Ryosuke, he lived with just his father who ran a aikido dojo. On his fifth birthday, he began to be trained by his father in the art of the Aikido. It was hard going, as the art took incredible concentration, and required immense skill in order to actually pull off. It was well into his junior year when it happened. Some bully--who was known the 'bancho' of the school had decided it was good idea to pick on him mostly due to his feminine looks...and was rewarded with a broken arm, needless to say Ryosuke got himself expelled and was sent to another school.

Another school, another fight, another expulsion. It took him three schools to finish his junior year Whether it was his looks, his personality or just the vibe he gave off for whatever reason he was a prime target for bullies and that usually ended badly for the bullies usually ended with them face first into the floor with some sort of injury ending with them running to a teacher and Ryosuke getting scolded. This happened twice at this school before he was told one more strike and he was out, less than a week later that strike would have came but this time a teacher had caught the incident and instead Ryosuke got off scot free.

The bullying stopped at this point Ryosuke guessed he had got rid of the majority or at least scared them off but the damage was done, in school he was known as a delinquent and a fighter making most people want to avoid him leaving him with a huge sense of loneliness. He hated it, he's always been a people person so having people avoid him made life hard and those that did talk to him all had this look of suspicion in their eyes like they were expecting him to do something, in the end he had enough of it and asked his father if he could transfer, to which his father replied with he'll look into it.

The next year of junior high came and went, this year was more tame than the last and he got into no trouble with the school, he kept to himself and was certain that the bullies had been scared off. It took a year but his father kept his word however it came with a decision to make the school was in a different city however his uncle lived in Tokyo and had already agreed to take Ryosuke in so the choice he had to make was either stay at the school where everyone avoided him or move to Tokyo with his uncle, he picked the latter.

Tokyo was different to say the least a lot more built up, tons more people and everywhere was busy. His uncle had a simple two bedroom house and lived alone so Ryosuke moving in wasn't an issue. He got lucky with his new school he had no issues with bullies so his last year of junior high flew by, the school also had an Aikido club which made things 100% better and over all his last year of junior high was his favorite and then high school came about.

Background
Despite her Japanese heritage and her actually living in Japan, Himari was born in Portland, Maine. In her earlier years she lived with her older brother Koji, her mother, father, and two younger twin sisters, Chidori and Chiemi. Her brother moved to Tokyo, Japan when he turned 18, wanting to experience more of their heritage. Himari wanted to escape her household and experience the world like her brother. During her time under her parent's roof, she took up many different activities as she wanted to impress her parents and make them see how responsible she was with her activities and school. If she could convince them of that, she could convince them to let her move in with her brother. She never really enjoyed any of the things she tried until she got into volleyball. Too much of anything is usually bad, and in Kiku's case, it's empathy. He cares too much. Thanks to his mother he knows just how fortunate he is to exist in this world, let alone live in such pleasant conditions. He's usually easy to sway, often guided by his feelings and emotions. By putting himself in the shoes of others, and having an open heart, he passively goes through the motions; whenever he is sad, he uses those worst off than him as an excuse to suck it up and be grateful. He'll cry over people in situations that he's never met, or curl away in a corner to drown in evidently sad thoughts of how lucky things only got so bad. He believes life is precious, and makes it a point to deliver justice where possible. In one instance, he slapped someone for seriously hurting another's feelings in his presence.

Kiku shares a strong belief with his father; everything happens within reason. Combined with his “sixth sense”, he’ll judge things visibly on a whim. Whether someone fell, something died, or say a trip to somewhere got denied, he’ll conclude that an omnipresent force is behind it all, and eventually come to an understanding. There was a time he bumped into the side of his door during a shouting match between his mother, and step-dad. Thinking that unlikely occurrence was a sign, he decided to linger in his room a while longer. Turns out something crashed just outside the door moments after.

Totally crazy about moving around, Kiku untangles the rubber-band ball of feelings trapped inside through his running. He’s a very active individual, confidently stepping up to the plate to stretch his legs no matter the amount of eyes on him, or the conflictions. Obedient to a fault, there are certain parameters of which he’ll act in; when his mother sent his pseudo brother home and sent him to bed, he conveyed his true feelings to her with a glance, and happily carried out her will. He may be very emotional, but he’s not stupid, innately amoral, nor weak. In fact, one might say he’s driven, normally making in-the-moment decisions, and standing by whatever he feels strongly about. “Ideals like good and evil falter in the presence of true love.”

✴𝔹𝕒𝕔𝕜𝕘𝕣𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕕 .........
Kiku had been divided by his family since early Junior High, right after his parents got divorced. From what he heard it was an avalanche, ending with his father basically crushed, and left to see his son on weekends only. Nanami got to keep their home, their child, and everything else of considerable value, while Yasu would be screwed via child-support, monthly, and without mercy. He owed her thousands of yen, and she damn sure got her cut when the time came.

During these events, a young Kiku had made some friends, stayed above water in all his classes, and found his golden egg in athletics. He loved to walk, and running quickly followed. They were many occasions where teachers mentioned his skill; bringing up the sheer amount of goals, and opportunities he could take up for the future! Sad part was he lacked true interest in these things. It was so sad; he once told his homeroom teacher that his greatest ambition would be actually finding one. Fellow classmates confused, those who caught on took it as a joke, and being the kid he was, he smiled with them.

Days seemed to drag on knowing his father no longer hung overhead alongside his loving mother, but he stuck it out, getting a lot more involved with the community, and going along with her whims. Nanami took her boy to every party and get-together even mildly appropriate, showing off her “bright prince” as she called him. He was never alone; not at home, school, or his thoughts. He was just “crouched at the starting line”. In the second-half of eighth grade, a new student arrived, taking the seat on his right. Faux news chased this newcomer, and besides the overall vibe they put out, they obviously knew exactly what they wanted. Kikuzake was among the first to brave the ominous landscape that was the boy’s general area, confronting him just before a Physical Ed class.

…It would be fair to say that, Kiku came out a different boy.

Slow yet crystal clear to anyone with eyes, Kikuzake gained quite a few stat bonuses; his confidence as a whole increased, he got a bit reckless, outwardly displayed his maturity and innate sense of justice, and became pretty fierce in uncertain times. These changes would soon reach a paranoid mother in the form of bad news regarding school; her bright prince, hanging around a delinquent who “brutalized” several students during lunch time, and got suspended the same day. Throughout the remainder of his school life, Kiku’s bond with the now dubbed “Grim Reaper” had gone beyond the boundary of “friendship”. They were brothers, and this shined in every interaction Kiku partook in where he seemed out-of-character.

When Nanami discovered the light-haired kid wearing headphones always comfortably laying in her couch drawing happened to be the subject of every call she got from her boy’s school, she attempted to permanently eject them. Time sped up, as her little boy gave her an odd look of disappointment before quickly respecting her decision, and departing to solitude as ordered. His mother’s heart cracked at that. She never received that look before, and being she so close to her only child, it bothered her, deeply. Something occurred between a teacher and his friend, in defiance, little Kiku gave the woman the most disgusted glare ever, shutting her case down immediately, and cementing his place publicly beside his best pal.

Eventually their last year went out with a bang. The duo graduated, and temporarily went their ways. That is, until next time.

– a brother in all but blood. This young kamidere had the most influence on Kiku, standing by his side, constantly responding to his feelings and insecurities, and most of all, serving as a major distraction from the beast that was his shattered household. These two have gone on some insane adventures; stopping the robbery of an older woman being a personal favorite for them both.

Personality:
Rude, mean-spirited and brash are the three words that most people think of when they meet Jackson. He’s the type of person that seems to purposely go out of his way to anger people and get on their bad side which is truth be told what he does. He purposely tries to scare people away from him and has quite the reputation as a delinquent the tattoo’s not helping with that reputation.

The people that manage to put up with Jackson for some time end up seeing past the cracks of his facade. In reality, Jackson is a man with a heart of gold who's willing to do anything for those he classes as friends, he's a jokester, sarcastic but still rude but no longer to the point where he seems to be trying to scare you off but more so because he has no filter.

The final aspect of his personality is that when he’s on the volleyball court, to his team he is respectful with much more of his actual personality creeping through due to his love for the game. To his opponents, he is incredibly rude and off-putting to the point where he has been removed from matches due to this.

No matter the situation he is someone you can rely on if you can put up with him that is.


Background:
Jackson James was born to Jay James an American soldier who served as a radar man onboard a submarine and Miyuki James a Japanese woman who worked for a tech company. Jackson lived a normal happy childhood in Idaho his mother was loving and his father while he was often away whenever he was around he constantly gave his son attention, his father was Jackson’s greatest pride he was his light in any situation and the man who got Jackson into volleyball. Even from a young age Jackson was always abnormally tall towering over most overs his age and as such he often got “you should play basketball” and yeah he tried it but he hated it, it just wasn’t for him and so his father gave him another recommendation a sport that he in his childhood loved volleyball and whether it was because his father recommend it or because he just enjoyed it Jackson got into volleyball and became pretty good at it even at a young age.

At age 12 Jackson life changed it was a day like any other, he went to school, went to the volleyball club after school and went home but at home something was different at his door stood two fully dressed navy officers neither of which was his father at the door his mother was crying and it didn’t take young Jackson long to put two and two together and figure out what had happened. His father had died. Just like that Jackson’s life changed his light in the world was gone, he dropped out of the volleyball club as he couldn’t bring himself to play the sport his father recommend, his personality took a drastic change from a happy go lucky boy to a rude and mean-spirited bully.

The next two years flew by and Jackson didn’t change if anything he got worse what went from words turned physical and more than once he was sent home for fighting. During this time he barely even touched a volleyball and when he did he just served over and over during two years he played a single match at a local youth center and it actually seemed to do him some good until the second set, whether it was a break in between sets or something else many repressed memories began flooding back and he quickly became too rude and distracting to continue and was removed from the court.

A day before his fourteenth birthday his mother asked him what he would like for his birthday to which he came out with a rather unexpected answer ‘a tattoo to remember my old man’ while originally completely against it the way Jackson stayed calm after being told no and calmly explained in detail why he wanted it she finally agreed. So the next day she took him to a tattoo parlor and signed a written informed consent agreeing to let her son be tattooed. The tattoos took the whole day and hurt like hell but in the end it was worth it. As his mother returned to the parlor she was pissed the tattoo she noticed was of the dragon and it had nothing to do with his father and then she caught a glance of his other arm and instantly calmed down, the two traveled home in silence. His mother was still angry about the dragon but she hoped the black band filled with his father’s details would do him some good. Returning home before any words were exchanged he rushed upstairs and came back with a book showing it to his mother, the book was an old notebook of his fathers and inside were random drawings with one circled the same dragon now covering his right arm and just like that his mother broke down.

Jackson’s personality mellowed out after the events of his fourteenth birthday he was still a handful and purposely angered others but no longer was he getting in fights every week. It was at this point where his mother decided she needed help and turned to the best man she knew, her father and just like that Jackson and Miyuki moved to the Dachi Residents in Tokyo. He was lucky his mother had spent some of his younger years teaching him Japanese otherwise he would be in trouble. He was given a week to get used to Tokyo before he was sent to the Sakura High dorms his grandfather believing that the best way to sort him out would be to have him live alone and if he doesn’t make friends and change how he acts leave him in isolation along with no one. Well, it was time for him to start his first year of high school in Japan.

He would've liked to let the school years go by, but he bumped into Hachisuka in the First Year by slim chance. It was for the better, though, as they are now surprisingly close friends.

Background
Yuuto lived a simple, middle-class life, at least to his standards. He lived normally with his parents, stayed in the background throughout middle school, and kept to himself. In the First Year of high school, everything had changed. He made his first true friend, or rather Hachisuka made Yuuto one of his friends. At first Yuuto tried to ignore Hachi, thinking he was just wasting his time, but Yuuto soon gave in. When Hachi's rich friends asked why he hung out with Yuuto, he defended his actions. He didn't know why a popular kid like Hachi would stick up for him, but he was glad to accept it.

In Second Year, things had changed again. Hachisuka was arrested for murder, and for the first time in a long time, Yuuto was worried. Having one true friend wasn't such a bad thing, and he definitely didn't want that to disappear. In that opportune time, he received a phone call. It was from Takeda Hayamoto, Hachi's billionaire father. Yuuto listened to what he had to say, and hesitantly accepted the offer. Yuuto stood at court as a witness, taking Hachi by surprise. He claimed to have been at a party at Hachi's penthouse that day, where his girlfriend was drunkenly swinging near the balcony. After months of fighting and taking orders from Takeda, Hachi was declared innocent.

Yuuto started having second thoughts after the verdict, for he had just helped someone get away scot-free for his own selfish desires. He bought a few books on stoicism, anything to escape the guilt. He didn't get very far with the books, but Hachisuka sat down with him. They were both in low-spirits, and vented everything to each other. Yuuto told him all about Takeda hiring him as a false witness, and asked if Hachi really did kill her. Hachisuka answered, discrediting his father for everything that's happened and asking Yuuto to never speak to Takeda again. They both recovered from the incident some time later, and their life apparently returned to normal. Sure, some kids were now hassling Yuuto, but he was studying stoicism, and he didn't mind too much.

The day before the Third Year began, Yuuto received a call from Takeda Hayamoto, and he reluctantly accepted the call.

Relationships
He is one of Hachisuka's true friends, having been there since the First Year. You might not see them together in school, though, most likely due to Yuuto's self-awareness.

He also has Takeda Hayamoto's number in his contacts for some odd reason...

Yuuto's past crushes never led to anything because of him never acting or fighting for it. He just assumes that their eyes wll catch someone else prettier and move on. Then again, who's to say it would be impossible for him to find romance?

Yuuto is trying to practice Stoicism.
Hachisuka is ignoring his dad's calls, so Takeda called Yuuto and ordered him to report Hachi's actions to him; essentially a mole.

Personality

Kagura can be an incredibly intense person to be around. She believes that idleness is the worst crime a person can commit, even then she is very unwilling to take the role of a leader. This means that while very hard working and impressively skilled, she also has a tendency towards harshness barely hidden under her aristocratic manners, although a kenjutsuka it would be very rare that she recur to physical intimidation, instead she prefer words or sometimes only a glance. Despite this, she responds well to earnestness. She is always willing to help people who are putting in an effort, and she will typically do so with a great deal of compassion.

Background

Kagura was born in the Minamoto family, a family that has practiced kenjutsu since long time ago and is descendant of samurais, as such she received a strict education and her family set high expectations on her, and indeed she is now an excellent student, president of her classroom, president of the Ethics and Discipline Committee, member of student council, and even relatively popular and relatively hated/mocked (particularly by her female schoolmates).

However, although when it comes to kenjutsu she is far above the average, she only made it to the quarters of the middle school national kendo tournament, frustrated she felt she had reached her limits and even when she keeps training she is not in the competitive circuit anymore.

At the same time she left the kendo competitions she entered in the ethics and discipline committee, the EDC had been a joke until she took the presidency and started to add some extra discipline in Sakura High, her intense personality helped, after all many bullies simply didn't want to discuss or hit a girl, specially a girl like Kagura who could beat them in turn.

By that very same reason many boys and girls mock her in different ways, from calling her "gestapo" (like in middle school), "freak control", and also "elementary school grader" (because of her conservativeway to wear the uniform), but also many boys challenged each other to see who could warm her heart of ice. All have failed miserably.

She choose the theatre club after all, she liked theatrical plays in elementary school and provides her a release some stress, she helps in producing the school plays, particularly the costumes, and she rarely has acted but her friends says she looks like a totally different person when she's on stage.

For most of Aki's childhood she has spent moving to new locations thanks to her dad being on a constant chance for business. He deals with computers and programming for companies to keep their computers safe. Most people in this profession stay still but not her dad, constantly chasing higher paying jobs. Eventually her mother had enough and gave her father a choice, continue his greedy path or settle with what they had. It took until she was fourteen before he finally was able to settle down and find a home for them all to live in.
