Here is all of the default information required for each and every character sheet regardless of their positions within the roleplay. You are more than free to expand upon it as you desire.

-Please keep in mind that some of the information will by assigned after you have submitted your character sheet. You will be notified when said information has been applied.
-You are more than welcome to expand on your abilities as much as you desire. If you would like some suggestions or may ideas, I highly encourage going to the
Super Power Wiki for ideas.
-Your ability will be reviewed and if you are asked to tweek it or maybe reconsider something else, it is mostly for keeping things fair in comparison to your level.
-Weaknesses specify more along the lines of "known weaknesses". If you feel there are weaknesses that you haven't experienced yet for your ability, you will be able to expand upon that later.
-Face claims must be Anime only. Apologies if this causes an inconvenience.
-Your character's level may range from 1-30 (30 being the highest recorded level in game and have only been obtained by GMS). You are free to pick your characters level between 1-15. However, if you would like to take a chance at a higher level, you will be given a random number via dice roll between 1-29 (unless you are attempting to be an undercover GM antagonist.)

Numbers, percentages, boundaries of space, affect effects etc. Also, express your choices importance to your character; if any at all. Why is this song meaningful? Why did the game give you this power named that song? How is it important to you? Here is an example of what NOT to do.

-General Personality: Quiet with a touch of cowardice is the best way to describe Eko. Considering the fact that he's a reasonably-sheltered twelve-year-old child, this shouldn't come as surprising. Even so, the boy appears to be more withdrawn than most, and likely has at least some amount of social anxiety. When happy and alone, or with those he greatly trusts, however, Eko reveals himself as a surprisingly free spirit, with a great deal of color hidden within his constantly-present shell. Much like a frightened rabbit, he exudes an outward desire to run away from just about every pore, yet just behind that is a large amount of latent curiosity and childish intelligence. It's difficult to open him up--at least partly, it seems, because he does not like being opened--but his loyalty, once gained, is remarkably steadfast, as exemplified by his unwavering commitment to searching for his lost friend, even if his methods are generally too passive to be successful.

-History: Eko Ray Williams was born to a happily-married middle-class couple in upstate New York. He spent his early life the way that any child his age would, never needing or asking for more than he was given, and sustaining himself happily on the many gifts his doting parents gave him in a bid to foster his budding creativity.

Yet, despite his loving family, Eko struggled to make friends in school, developing an isolated personality due to social anxiety from a young age, eventually turning to a music player to try and alleviate his loneliness. Some of the more boisterous students made fun of Eko, berating him for everything from his long hair to his quiet nature. The boy withdrew further, preferring to be alone, yet hurting from said loneliness all the same. Even still, his creativity flourished, childish drawings and daydreaming forming a welcomed escape from his daily life.

The end to his solitary existence came about in one of the worst ways possible.

In the midst of a drive back home, Eko and his mother ended up in a terrible car accident. Though both he and his mother survived, the driver of the other car, Evangeline Wells, died on impact. In the back seat was her younger sister, Maddie. Both were traumatized by the event; Eko found himself unable to handle loud noises, and Maddie found herself unable to reconcile with the death of her older sister.

The two families formed something of a bond in an attempt to mend their respective wounds, and in doing so, Eko found his first and only friend. Maddie, being four years older, in turn found herself in the position of an older sister of sorts, shepherding the younger Eko through life for several years. Maddie, long having entertained thoughts of becoming a DJ, began introducing Eko to music he could listen to without having to worry about loud noises.

When Audio Slave was announced several years into their friendship, Maddie was immediately excited, and all but forced Eko to promise to play the game with her. Upon the game's launch, the two happily played together, yet Eko was far from good at the game, despite Maddie's guidance (even his in-game name was suggested by her). Maddie, on the other hand, was downright amazing at Audio Slave, even going so far as to create some community content in the form of custom songs. She didn't mind carrying Eko through most of the content that they played, and Eko, in turn, didn't mind not being very good at the game anyway. The fact that the two were spending time together was good enough.

Eventually, Maddie and her family moved away, yet the two friends played together through Audio Slave as if nothing had happened at all. Then, the game changed.

The two ended up separated in the middle of a large world boss event. Nearly half of the players attempting to tackle the boss died in the midst of the raid and never respawned. As reports came in that players were disappearing from not only the game, but real life, Eko feared the worst, and now constantly searches the game's hub worlds in search of his friend. With no party or groups to speak of, the boy has been unable--or perhaps somewhat unwilling--to mount a proper search for her. Yet, he makes the rounds as best he can, asking new and old faces alike if they've seen his friend Flip.

There's only so much a kid can do, isn't there?



-The Veldt: Eko's Audio Power interacts with both music and his hyperactive imagination, allowing him to draw forth and physicalize mental images and sensations induced by whatever he's listening to at the time, all of which rises, falls, evolves, and dissipates in relation to the ups and downs of his music choice; in short, a mixture of simulated reality and audio visualization.

The Veldt--both a name for his power, as well as a name of sorts for the effected "area"--is entirely based on audio information; in other words, Eko needs to be hearing sound and music in order for the Veldt to activate. Even if music is present or playing, if Eko can't hear it, then the Veldt will not respond. As soon as a song ends or otherwise becomes inaudible, the Veldt immediately disappears; Eko has yet to figure out whether or not it's possible to make changes "stick," and everything instead reverts to the way it was beforehand. Additionally, the Veldt only extends within audible range of the music it interacts with, and "declines" in tandem with losses in volume, whether this is due to the source adjusting its volume, or increased distance from the source; the very edges of the Veldt are sparsely edited and nearly normal, for instance. If the audio source is personal--for example, using the Veldt while wearing headphones--the audio involved becomes audible anyway, as if Eko himself were a loudspeaker.

At present, his maximum, unaided range is roughly equal to that of a loud house party; even for "calm" songs, Eko has issues maintaining this level of volume due to his inability to handle loud noises.

Theoretically, it is possible to attack others with the Veldt; however, Eko has yet to do this in any meaningful way, as songs that feel aggressive enough to harm others are loud, and require decent volume to cause meaningful damage. As a result, such songs drive Eko into a deep state of panic; at more severe levels, his VR headset will recognize his heightened anxiety patterns and immediately disconnect him from the game for his own safety. If Eko does not "feel" the music, the Veldt will not respond properly (or at all), which makes his anxiety and naturally fearful disposition significant barriers when it comes to using the Veldt in any sort of crisis situation, even for non-violent means. Those that he trusts can sometimes deaden the effect with their presence, especially if he believes that they'll protect him, but so far Maddie (known in-game as Flip) is the only person that has been able to constantly create that effect.

In practice, the Veldt is mostly used as a "support" ability, as it allows Eko to change his immediate surroundings to whatever his teammates find most comfortable. Though Eko cannot create specific objects unless they have a strong audio tie--such as a theme or a jingle (and even then, they only last as long as that cue)--he is slowly building playlists of songs that make him feel specific ways in order to make his ability a little more reproducible (and therefore useful).

The Veldt was the first song Maddie introduced to Eko after the car accident.

-The Deck: Though Eko does not listen exclusively to electronica, his instrument is nonetheless comprised of turntables, audio mixers, and speakers that float near his person.

-Eko doesn't show up on any leaderboards in the game (unless you don't mind scrolling for an hour or more). His player record doesn't seem to show many achievements either.

-Depending on who you ask, Eko is either to be greatly pitied, or is the most annoying thing in the game since patch 1.2's attempt at rebalancing.

-Ironically, Eko's involuntary, panic-induced disconnects were how he first found out he was an "audi-hunter," as players have started calling them. Even so, he keeps this special status close to his chest.

-Before her disappearance, Flip nearly cracked into the Top 500 on the overall leaderboards.

-General Personality: Arielle puts on the airs of being happy go lucky, and eternally cheerful. In practice, this tends to be true, a perpetual and almost infectious optimism, surrounds her in day to day life, as most of her colleagues will attest. While she doesn’t go out of her way to cheer others up, others know that spending a while with her is a surefire recipe for brightening your day. Her sense of humor is more than a little dark at times, but she is quick to deflect questions about her sense of humor, and smooth things over. She’s considered a dependable friend, and someone you can turn to for help by most who know her semi-well, and for those people she likes, she just that.

Beneath the chipper nature, lingers substantially darker and more violent personality. Arielle finds no small amount of enjoyment in fighting and watching her enemies suffer, whether by her hand or otherwise. Although she does her best to avoid letting this slip in public, in the heat of the moment, Arielle can sometimes slip up. Until Audio Slave came along, she had to satisfy herself with petty revenge on coworkers or ensuring that her obnoxious neighbors learned their lesson, but within the game, she’s quite willing to take urges out on the unfortunate monsters (or player) who cross her path. Needless to say, the power trip went to her head more than a little bit, to the misfortune of more than a few.

Outside of her sunny disposition and penchant for psychopathy, Arielle is a dedicated worker, perhaps a little too stubborn for her own good, but when she puts her mind to something, she will figure it out, or do her level best to do so. While she doesn’t show it, this often creates more stress in her life than is strictly needed, leading to some of her more interesting moments, as despite her cheery disposition and obvious, if unpleasant methods of chilling out, Arielle does not deal with stress well, tending to bottle things up before exploding.

-History: Arielle was alternately blessed and cursed with an unremarkable early life. Her parents worked dead end corporate jobs at companies that were failing to adapt to the shifting market, leaving them in a slow downwards spiral. While her parents were not expressly inattentive they didn’t exactly lavish attention upon their daughter either. Often they worked opposing hours, barely even home at the same time to see each other, never mind Arielle herself. They trudged on, however, without this affecting their marriage, at least at first.

About the time Arielle entered the third grade, her parents began a long and painful split. Even later in her light Both did their best to spare Arielle, who ended up living with her Mother, and as a consequence, moving a substantial distance, and losing all of her friends. However, at her new school, her charismatic nature started to really show itself. Her group of friends, as she grew older, also turned into a weapon, a subtle way to get back at those she felt wronged her, and in general exercise both her power and influence over others, a trend that she would continue to embody for years to come.

In college, Arielle dove headlong into computer science and programming, and while not exactly excelling on ability, hard work made up the difference, along with the occasional bit of sabotage, if she could get away with it. By her senior year, she secured an internship with Dream Co as a programmer, and upon graduation was offered a job working various projects, eventually placed on the Audio Slave MMO project as a programmer, where she has remained since.

-Audio Power: Jet Black Dress: In keeping with her outwardly helpful and cheery façade hiding a darker side, Arielle’s power serves a dual purpose. Contrary to what one might believe given her resume, Arielle did not program the game to give her anything specific for her power, although she's the first to admit that it's pretty spot on and super fun. The choice of song caught her more than a little off guard though, she'd never even heard it before! Once she hunted down the song, and got done snickering, she decided it fit perfectly, reflecting both her own duality and that the truth of her was darker than most would have assumed.

When active, a literal dress of armor plate appears over Arielle's usual clothing, jet black as the name of her power would imply. Regardless of how she use's her power, this provides some protection from attacks, absorbing 2-3 heavy hits (with a heavy hit defined as more than half of her stamina+defense?), or about half a dozen more normal ones (less than half of stamina+defense) with some variance based on the severity of the hit. When it's threshold of tolerance is exceeded, the dress shatters, ending Arielle's ability to use her power for a short time (30 seconds- several minutes), and any excess damage is dealt to her.

With her ‘headphones’ down, and her power active, Arielle uses her instrument for its intended purpose, ie. playing it, and while doing, projects an aura with a radius of about 13-18 feet centered on herself. Anyone within this distance who can see Arielle and hear the music gains an effect based upon the exact song, after being in the aura for a second or two. These effects range from increased speed/reaction time, greater than normal strength, or even resilience to damage. For instance, the titular song would provide a boost to strength and speed. These boosts are percentages based on the recipient's stats, thus for the titular song, it would 15% boost to strength, and 25% to speed, (or something to this effect). However, she cannot move quickly while doing this and needs to keep the song going, otherwise, the aura fades, and with it the effects on her allies. Should her power be forcibly deactivated, these effects also fade. Also, if she changes songs, there is a lagtime where the aura drops completely, before reappearing.

Should she put the headphones up instead, Arielle can play a portion of a song, and give herself the same effects that she might have given others with her aura. When applied to herself, the boosts take the form of a straight-up statistical boost to all stats, with the heaviest boosts being the same as the bonuses her allies would get, while larger because of their concentrated nature, instead of being spread over an area. For instance, Jet Black Dress might give a flat 10% boost to her other stats while increasing her Strength by 20% and speed by 30% While this takes her from a near stationary helper for her allies to a legitimate force to be reckoned with on the battlefield, she cannot maintain this state for longer than a few minutes without refreshing it, either with the same, or a new song.

Transitioning between states isn't difficult but does take several seconds, both to shift the physical position of her 'headphones', and to change from either hacking something to bits, or providing an environmental boost.

Being that she’s worked on the game, Arielle will occasionally get things mixed up as to what’s been fixed, and what hasn’t.

She doesn’t advertise her Dev status, going so far as to ensure that nothing about her character, name or anything reveal it. (Although she’s completely willing to exploit any insider knowledge she might have). That dev status is also why she's somewhat low leveled despite being around since the game launched. Fixing stuff eats all her time, so she doesn't have much time for a personal character to get a lot of love.

-General Personality: Jason is, at best, laid back, at worst, outright lazy. He’s far more interested in lying about all day than doing anything actually worthwhile with himself. Or, at least, what anyone else would consider worthwhile. Unfortunately, his parents have other ideas, pushing him far harder than he cares to be pushed, into things he couldn’t care less about, which coupled with a school career he just doesn’t care about turned him into a bitter, cranky teenager, with the added benefit of no actual direction in his life, just a lot of bitterness, and an inflated sense of self importance.

As a rule, Jason puts very little stock in anyone’s opinion but his own, and tends to make sure everybody knows it. Quick to snap and snark, he isn’t exactly good at taking it in return, even less at being proven wrong. To the fortune, and misfortune of those in the immediate area, he also makes no bones about either of these things, which can give him the appearance of being anti-social, and generally a misanthrope, which can be true, although as a rule he just doesn’t care, and is equally willing to be helpful, or set something on fire, just to watch it burn. He is a passable actor, should he chose to be, and by association can lie through his teeth.


-History: Jason’s parents had high hopes for their son, that he would be wildly successful in life, as they were. Independently wealthy before marrying at middle age, they believed their son would follow in their footsteps. To this end, from an early age, he attended expensive schools, received private tutoring, and generally got whatever he pleased. While Jason certainly excelled in school he quickly became disillusioned with the entire affair. While his parents pushed him towards a variety of actives, sports, music or even acting, Jason took to none of them. Of course, his parents often being out deal with their work meant that not only did they foist things upon him, but when they weren’t didn’t see them.

Instead, he started hunting for anything he could do to get under his parent’s skin, and needle them in any way he could, as some petty form of revenge for trying to force their ridiculous expectations on him. However, because of their generally absentee status, this never worked all that well, although letting his grades tank did get some level of rise out of them, but he didn’t want it to be obvious, so he could just flub the tests when they knew he understood the material. Until, however, Audio Slave came along. Jason’s parents openly derided the game, and those who played it, so, out of sheer spite along, Jason hunted down a copy of the game and the VR equipment and made it very very obvious that he was doing so. Not being much of a gamer, he didn’t do much in the game, besides loiter around, and generally be a jerk, but it had the desired effect of winding his family up. Things were almost coming to a head on a day that Jason spent almost entirely in-game, just making a nuisance of himself, but when he turned to log out, found himself trapped.

-Audio Power: Victorious Eagle Warfare: From Jason's perspective the game couldn't pick a more hilarious ability for him or something to base it upon. Both his parents lived in the mental 1970s, when rock and metal were the gateways to the devil, so the idea that his ability is based on that very thing, and from a parody band/album only made it better. His only disappointment is that the name isn't nearly as awesome as the ability and that the name makes zero sense in relation to what he actually gets to do.

While playing, Jason can create spectral figures to fight on his behalf. Semi-translucent, wielding random medieval weapon-come instruments, these figures divide Jason’s abilities between themselves and grow weaker the father from him they move. Within ten feet, a single specter is twice as strong as Jason is, 2 are equal to him statistically, 4 are half as strong, etc. From 10-20 feet away, the specters are weakened by 10%, 20-30 feet is a 20% reduction in strength, and so on. However, beyond 70 feet from Jason’s position, the specters simply fade away.

While controlling his spectres, Jason cannot move, at all, and if he stops playing, they cease to move or act. They are controlled by his thoughts, so if he is otherwise distracted they become equally so. When destroyed, he cannot immediately create a new one, having to wait 10 seconds before he can create more cannon fodder, however, the power of the destroyed specter is spread between the still existing ones.

-General Personality: Gabriel isn't quite the brightest in the bunch. He loves just going with the flow. Worrying was something it seemed he never was really capable of. All he wants to do is make others smile and feel happy; even at the cost of his own happiness. He can be very naive at times and will often rush into things without properly thinking. He can let his excitement get the best of him which often results in something bad happening. However, he has a big heart and is willing to help those in need regardless of if they have intentions of returning the favor.

-History: As a child, Gabriel was often sheltered by his parents. They feared for his safety and only wanted him to be safe. However, Gabriel was always an adventurous spirit. He would often wander off and find new faces and friends. His older brother had passed away because of the recklessness of a drunken driver. So, his parents natural progression was to ensure that Gabriel would be brought up safely and under supreme care. He was home schooled for the majority of his life and only really gained his first few friends around the age of 10. During that time Gabriel was introduced to something that definitely was not allowed in his house; video games.

Gabriel found his love for gaming through his friends and adored all he had to learn. Before he knew it, he had found himself sneaking out at night just to spend more time with his friends and their games. Everytime he attempted to ask his parents for a game, they immediately declined and said "video games will do nothing but root your brain." So, he kept his connection with games secret. He studied guides, learned terms, and even went to small events without his parents knowing. When Audio Slave finally released, he knew he had no chance in the world to get it. He had heard good things from his friends dying to experience it for himself. One night, after asking permission to spend the night at one of his friends, he had come into contact with the game for the first time. The beta had been going on for quite some time, so he was eager to get started. He didn't quite expect the events to fall into place. The game was so real and he found himself struggling just to get the hang of it. However, he couldn't leave. Literally. What felt like days passed before he finally was able to break through. However, things didn't seem to be the way they were. He could see things from the game even outside of it.

Audio Power:
Lift Yourself - Gabriel is able to freely manipulate and alter air currents and motion. Being the natural born free spirit he is, it's only fitting he receives a song that represents such. Through this, he is able to weaponize air as well as use it to fly about. His area of manipulation occurs somewhere around 25 meters. This allows him to properly utilize his abilities at a safe distance. When air is under his control, it becomes visible giving off a soft vibrant silver tint. Gabriel prefers to utilize his ability more offensive than anything.

His ability is able to cut through various materials ranging from the softest cloth to the hardest metal. However, they are known to fade once making contact with a target or passing through with a clean cut. Gabriel is also able to fly and levitate with his ability; either by using his instrument as a form of "hover board" or holding onto them as they elevate. He is able to reach as high of an altitude as he desires, however, he can only move up to 20 mph.

General Personality: His father always joked that he was the 'left brain' of his sister and himself. In hindsight, that was probably more true. Percy was is more analytical than the rest of his family, and even his sister. He is almost never seen smiling unless something grand happens, or something greatly goes his way. At times, Percy can seem cold and emotionless, but this is really a facade to keep down the feelings he does have. He really does love his family, and even more his sister, but he just isn't very good a showing it. He's the type of guy who'd think about the most logical plan of action before charging into an attack or going into a fight, and usually relies on his brains. Part of the reason he even started playing Audio-Slave was because he wanted to learn to rely on his body more, though he didn't tell anyone that.
History: Percy had much of a normal childhood. His parents lived in a small stone house with their pal from college, and had him and Patience, his sister. They eventually moved into the home where Percy spent most of his childhood. At this point, both him and his twin started to develop what they would want to be when they grow up. The town is much nicer than their old one, though they do miss their last house and friends and such from time to time. When Audio-Slave came out, Percy was surprisingly the one to suggest getting it. They bought it, and both played it for a while, having fun in a way the siblings hadn't been able to for a long time. When people started saying their were stuck in-game, the siblings released they had to exit. Using the most of his will as he could, he tore the head-set off, and ran to check on Patience. She was trapped in the world, without him.

Audio Power: Panic! at the Disco (Panic! for short) - Also know as Linikinesis, the Panic! is the ability to manipulate threads, ropes, or other material in the same shape. When the Panic! is used/played, any number of threads/thread-like materials in a thirteen-foot radius can be manipulated by the feeling of the song being played. If there's a repeating pattern, the threads will move in a pattern-like motion. If there's a sudden increase, and it moves in that higher range, the trads will move more erratically; If the song is low-pitched and slower or sadder, the threads will act more smoothly and slowly as well, etc. The abilities of the threads themselves, not their movements, can be used in as many ways as the owner of them wants. Though their are a few limitations: The threads are not invincible. Their durability is slightly increased if they are being manipulated, but their main strength comes from the tone of the song being played. They cannot last longer than the song, as soon as it ends, they will recoil back to where they sprung from. Finally, if the threads reach pas that 13-foot radius, they have about a minute or two before they fall lifelessly to the ground.

If one had to describe him in one word, it would be ‘unpredictable’. A rapidly rising and infamously psychotic player, his affable smile never fails even as he decapitates and destroys. Despite a serene and delicate front, jade.1 snaps into action with little to no provocation and attacks without care for any other party. Only close observers would realize his calculating nature in picking his opponents.

Ming Yu is the version of him known to most of society, a composed and reserved character who navigates life like it’s a chess game and he knows all the following moves. A true born businessman, his poker-face game is so strong even marble statues have a hard time matching up and half-truths fall from his lips like rain from clouds. Never one to flinch away from underhanded methods if it gets his job done, Ming Yu operates on a single-minded rationality that places profit over all else.

Andel is a mixture of both, what you could arguably call his true personality. Intelligent, elegant and charismatic, he is a great example of how outwardly perfect things are usually fake. Ruthless and detached yet silver-tongued, Andel is the type of guy who would hire men to burn down your house then sell you real estate. While capable of having genuine emotion and humanity, he often chooses to not. Search all you want, there is no secret heart of gold to be found here.

He is the biological nephew of his current adoptive father, the unfortunate illegitimate child of an eloping couple. Being part of a prestigious family, his biological mother’s scandalous affair with a foreign man was something unacceptable. They tore apart the tragic duo and hid everything away under a rug, claiming Andel as the product of a different marriage altogether. Andel saw very little of his biological mother in his early years and later never again after he was brought over to live with his adoptive parents in USA...not that he really minded.

Delilah was a doting parent who would give him all he wanted as long as he asked, treating him more like an adorable puppy than human child. Clarence didn’t care what he did as long as he behaved himself and smiled pretty for everyone who cooed over him in parties. As he grew up, the single rule of his life became quickly obvious: “Do whatever you want, just keep the important people happy.”

With that motto, it comes as no great surprise that he became a businessman. After skipping two grades Andel graduated as valedictorian of Prissy Elite Private Boys School and went on to study in Darvrah University. He got a job at Dream Co. straight out of school and has been working there for 4 years now, with a reputation for doing marketing and negotiations more accurately than the accountants do accounting. His promotion speed could be considered suspiciously fast but well, bribes aren’t bribes if nobody calls it that, you know?

Andel only recently started playing Audio Slave and has gotten more into it then he would like to admit. Jade.1 is what you could call a release of the “wild” in Andel after too many years of showing only the “proper” side. [/div][/div] [div class="container page5"][div class="leftside img5"]

[/div][div class="rightside content5"][div class=title]Audio Power: [/div] Hellstep - Hellstep is a time-altering ability and is named as such because it allows its user to manipulate their surroundings in a way akin to how sounds are manipulated in music.

Bass: At the power’s most simple usage, Andel is able to slow down movements of an opponent and/or speed himself up physically. The limit of this ability expands accordingly with the Speed stat. At his current level, Andel is able to slow opponents as far as 10 metres away and gain upper hands in battle even against fighters with higher Strength and Defense.

Beats: On a higher level of the power, Andel is able to isolate another thing, living or otherwise, in what is essentially a separate timezone. Think of that thing, let’s say an empty crate, in his grasp as a “beat”. If he were to slow it down, the air around it will stale and the wood will start to rot. If he were to speed it up, the air particles in it will begin to speed up, the molecules in the wood will vibrate faster and one of two things will happen to the crate: it catches on fire or it explodes. The effects of this power on a living thing would be much tamer on impact, of course, and take a lot more time to reach the same intensity. Still, even if it is comparatively better to decaying, feeling compressed and blood vessels bursting doesn't make for a very pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, while this sounds like a great ability, Andel needs to concentrate and be still when using this ability, making it unsuitable for frequent use in fights when considering the rest of his Stats.

Drop: At the highest level usage of Hellstep, Andel no longer just controls one but multiple “beats” at a time and layers them to design what is basically a doom room where he stands. The floor underneath his opponent starts to vibrate, cracks appear. Every random thing in the room that was once harmless become bouncing balls of fire ready to be flung. All the opponent can do is crawl, slowly as if in slow motion, but there would be no time. Only death awaits.

This ability lasts for as long as Andel's Stamina lasts and eats up 5 points for every second, giving him a grand total of 7 seconds before he's done for, at the moment. He nearly went over his limit, once. Nearly combusted himself. He practically never uses this in battle.


[div class=title]Instrument: [/div] A shotgun in the shape of a metal violin that has multiple blades at its tail end which allows it to also be used as an axe of sorts. When it comes down to the gritty dirty version of fighting, there are detachable iron knuckles at the bottom of the weapon. The bow is a dagger but is more left as a last-ditch effort than anything.

General Personality: Patience, though seeming to be the opposite of her brother, still loves him as he is her twin. Patience has a lot of what her namesake is, allowing her more time to pacify her friends and get the greater outcome. Unlike her brother, Patience is a much more social person, and is very likeable. Throughout pre-school to high school, she amassed a large group of friends who got along when around a lot more than without her. She's an optimist, if a little impulsive, and is better at using her kindness and physical body then strategizing like her brother. Even though some people think that the friendship and optimism may be her covering up something, but truly she is just that nice.
History: Patience had much of a normal childhood. Her parents lived in a small stone house with their pal from college, and had her and Percy, her brother. Audio Power: Imagine Dragons - (Also called Dragon Wings) This ability is very commonly know as 'Teleportation', though it does have its limits. When using the Dragons Wings, the ability lasts for only as long as the song is sung, which makes it a bit hard as the instrument is a microphone. The distance she can teleport is exactly 24 feet in any direction, meaning she'd have to appear a few times to get any further. Any "battling" would have to be hand to hand, which she knows from a karate class she took in 8th Grade. Other than that, there's really no other advantages to her ability except for moving quickly and being agile. If she stops singing rom an attack or losing air, she will lose the ability.

Addilyn is a individual with a serene disposition not often marred with distress, seemingly going with the flow of life as if she didn't have a worry in the world. When she speaks her voice is dreamy and distant, rarely if ever rising, further emphasizing a certain fragility about her that needs on some level protecting. In other words, she almost seems innocent and breakable as glass at first. Furthermore, she's so absentminded it's practically legendary around peers, often losing her train of thought and getting distracted at the drop of a hat, making her a target of bullies and ridicule. Ironically however, they will soon lose interest as she acts like she doesn't give two cents about anything except occasionally herself, earning her the nickname 'Absent Addy'. She is also fearless when it comes to things other people would gawk at.

Most of this is just a ruse to keep people from getting close to Addilyn however. In reality, she's actually just really stoic and reserved, acting the way she does as a defense mechanism she sees necessary to her survival, which is an irony in itself. This stoicism can sometimes cause her to hurt others' feelings without meaning to, as she's often blunt to those who try to hold a serious conversation with her. She's nearly unflappable in stressful situations, able to keep a level head. Sometimes though, she can still come across as simply apathetic and cold. Yet because she has gotten so skilled at having the 'head in the clouds' persona, a part of her has actually believes she's small and helpless and will 'unintentionally' guilt trip people into getting what she wants, although she generally only does that to people she doesn't trust or like. While most of the time trustworthy, she is a very conflicted person at her core, unsure of what she would do, for example, if thrust into a position where she had the option to save someone else, or her own hide instead.

Addilyn is a peculiar but very artistic individual, able to sketch, paint, and write whatever comes to her mind, which considering how much she likes to daydream, is often with bizarre results. While usually unmotivated to do much of anything beyond that, she can discipline herself when she has the desire to master something.

A certain air of mystery surrounds this guitarist. She sings, but she never speaks, making her nearly impossible to understand if it wasn't for her expressiveness. She seems to have a healthy sense of humor, energetic, and enthusiastic. Her being trapped in Audio Slave doesn’t seem to faze her one bit, and, in fact, seems to enjoy the live performances she has in this world. Her sheer inability to edit videos properly doesn’t affect her in this world, since all she performs are live performances, and as such, she doesn’t need to suffer so much to operate a computer. That having been said, however, she seems almost too lackadaisical about her plight here. Despite her willingness to boost everyone’s morale with her music, some have noted that she doesn't seem to care too much about the situation, almost like it doesn’t matter to her. Perhaps she truly doesn’t care, or just doesn't want to have a hand in the events that are to follow.

-History:
A young lady more known for her numerous covers online. As detailed by her Draw My Life video, she started playing the piano at 7 out of her parents’ competitiveness. She progressed to Grade 5 by 13, but dropped piano entirely after that, focusing on her studies rather than music. At 15, she grew interested in guitars, after watching her crush in school play one, and started to watch videos on guitar playing. It wasn’t too long before she was enraptured by Eric Johnson’s Cliffs of Dover. The sheer beauty of the introductory melody itself drew her in, and with that, she was determined to accomplish just as much as this man had.

With her saved up money, she bought a Stratocaster not unlike Eric Johnson’s, and dedicated hours into learning the guitar. Her natural musical talent and her previous knowledge of music aided her in surpassing her crush quickly, but by that time, she was more devoted to the art than the foibles of love. At a friend’s urging, she began to perform covers online at 18, under the name 88guitar//st88. This name was later changed to 88RA//DEN88. Her skill drew attention of the crowd, and, through word of mouth, her videos spread. What drew the crowd even more was that her videos lacked any actual talking at all, so there was a hint of mystery of how she actually sounded in real life. She sang in a few videos, but past that, she never so much as uttered a single word herself. As such, her channel blew up, and she became a virtual sensation. At some point, she became simply known as 88, even after her real name was revealed.

Her first public appearance in Audio Slave was first met by doubt by many due to the uncertainty of MMO elements, and she could have been just a copycat riding off the actual 88’s popularity. However, her reputation did not fail her. As soon as she started on her guitar, it was clear to many that she was the real deal. Her reputation spread further, as now, it was almost like a live show to her performances, and those who did not know her prior, now did.

-Audio Power:
Cliffs of Dover
A deceptive name to be sure. While it is known as Cliffs of Dover, Erica’s Audio Power can be activated by playing any of Eric Johnson’s songs. It is only named so due to Cliffs of Dover having the most effect on her amongst all of the rest of his songs.

Cliffs of Dover’s ability is, in short, Environmental Manipulation. Upon activation, Erica can wield the environment around her as she wishes, from sending out projectiles, creating constructs, or just straight up sending a tidal wave crashing down on an opponent. The properties depend on the current ground she is standing on or around her. Its area of effect is within 25 metres across all directions with her in the center, but its collateral reach can go further than that, so one can’t be too sure that they won't get socked on the back of their heads by a flying brick just because they’re standing outside of her 25 metres.

Fast, singular attacks or emergency defensive tactics need only a quick strum or pluck from her guitar. What they make up for in speed and suddenness, however, they lack in power and sturdiness. To keep up a steady stream of attacks, channel a powerful one, or to keep a wall standing requires Erica to play non-stop, requiring focus and concentration on the song, the target, and what she wants her Audio Power to do. Breaking her concentration, or simply causing her to slip up in her song, will cause Cliffs of Dover to falter.

Cliffs of Dover’s reliance on the environment requires Erica to adapt accordingly, and heavily cluttered environments are her greatest strength, allowing her to wield almost anything within that range, giving her a wide assortment of abilities. Conversely, a sparse environment makes her easy pickings due to the one-note nature of her abilities in such an area.

A six-string guitar named Fendercaster. It was built to emulate the same sound of Eric Johnson’s Gibson.
The Fendercaster is bound to Erica, and cannot be unequipped or discarded, resulting in a fairly obsolete Luck stat, due to equipment drops being almost entirely useless for her.

-General Personality: Leo and Degarè are very split, almost Jeckle and Hyde, Leo is quite the hidden person, he doesn't like to be flamboyant, Leo would be happy to blend into the crowd, on the other hand, Degarè is all about the show, he monologues about his plan, laughs maniacally when toying with his opponents and he isn't quite evil to the bone, rather just in the joints. Opposing that, Leo is very caring, too caring, it's almost sinister, especially for such a cold person.

-History: Leo Bonnafè, a descendant of great bassoonists, such as Delouè Bonnafè, his grandfather, who played alongside Édith Piaf, but after his unforeseen death, was uncredited on his work -Which stripped away the fortune he amounted over his life-, meaning his son, Philippe Bonnafè. had to make ends meet, however you do that.
Unfortunately, France in the 70's was no friendly place. with Anti-Americanism swarming throughout the semi-communist country, this hardened Philippe to think logically and forget dreams, becoming a mechanic and breaking the Bassoonist chain.

Skip ahead to 1999, Leo Bonnafè is born, his Father, Philippe (still a mechanic) and his Mother, Nadine Bonnafè a cartoonist. Leo wasn't exactly born into a rich family, but they were realistic, his Father being buried in realism. One could believe that Philippe had never dreamed based off his demeanor alone, this was almost true, but Philippe dreamt of one thing, riches.

Due to this ambition of his Father's, Leo was forced to pick up the Family's trait, bassoon proficiency, at 4 Leo was given a Bassoon and was told to practice classical, yet Leo's soul was a free one, a funky one; thus he revealed in the idea.

In response, to mend the stress given by forced practice, Leo became entrapped in the world of cartoons, as his mother was a cartoonist she brought home early sketches and the sort. One cartoon he was fond of was called 'The Wonderous Pierre' a superhero cartoon centered around the hero named Pierre, he faced off against various villains, each re-appearing from time to time, none really called out to Leo, except one.

The Illusive, jazzy, bazooka wielding, Jean-Kablooè. A villain that acted so dastardly, he was excluded from the Destro-Core -The Supervillain Group made to destroy Pierre-, Leo felt a connection to Kablooè musically, his jazz-based theme tingled his spine. Thus, Leo gathered up money to buy merchandise around Kablooè, which, to his Father was an embarrassment and distraction from his practice. So he scrapped it all and ruled Leo under a stronger fist.

Leo was hurt, yet knew it was the greater good, he was 15 around the time when his father, through near starvation, coughed up enough money to send Leo to a prestigious Orchestral school, forced to deal with snobby children, egotistical maniacs, and four-eyed outcasts, Leo was too normal for a place like this, he was a simple teenager, who just happened to be a virtuoso at the Bassoon.

Around a year later of intense practice and performance, Leo was a professional, but it conditioned the poor teen, he was robotic, stiff, ironed out, there wasn't even a spark of life left within the Man, he was beyond stressed he was blank.

This lasted ten whole years, Leo, whilst successful felt incomplete, he couldn't sleep right, he spine felt coiled and chocked, yet he had to maintain the facade, the crowd wouldn't want to see just a sheet of music being played, who was controlling the music, the musician or the instrument?

Internal conflict or not, his father got what he wanted, the Orchestra Leo was apart of paid well, too well, so much so that his father forgot about the goose that made the eggs and stopped controlling his son, by leaving the family.

Although he was out of the grasp from the Iron fist, Leo still needed the puppeteer in his mind. Leo's Father was his main drive to continue, as his mother never really cared about his musical profession. This left the Bassoonist slightly crinkled to the iron, Leo had no passion, his mother wasn't much help, the disappearance of her Husband made her even more impatient and agitated.

It was then, in his time of need, Leo discovered Audio Slave.

The game and its large culture clung to Leo, it encompassed him he felt at one with the game, he was ready to waste his life in there, it gave him a funk, gave him back his spark.

Playing Audio Slave rekindled Leo with his old loves, Jazz, and Villainy, and Villainy reigned as a motive, imagine the fun and funk he could regain by becoming Kablooè- No! Better than Kablooè! Degaré DeTournoiè, the French Anarchiste!

-Audio Power: Song of The Bayou - Every villain needs an escape plan and an entrance! It is crucial to their fortune, Song of The Bayou allows Degarè to not only leave and enter with style but with efficiency too. If entering into a place, the song can be heard as he makes his entrance, his entrance being through the cinnamon-scented smog that hazes the area he travels to, however, when leaving -in order to ensure safety- Degarè leaves in a puff of gunpowder, in which a jingle of the song can be heard (2:20 - 2:40), to ensure showmanship, however, Degarè presents a trail to indicate his general direction -think of it like teleportation but via air molecules-. when exiting to a different area, he doesn't quite go to a specific spot, and due to his low luck, he tends to get stuck in undesirable areas, in short it's a simple appear and reappear ability.



-Instrument: Similar to his aspired villain, Leo uses a bazooka, the weapon fires large musical notes that, -similar to rockets- explode upon impact, based on how high the note is the explosion changes in diameter, however, this weapon of destruction is shaped as a Bassoon, as Leo can't remove himself from the instrument that both saved him and destroyed him.

Personality: Ezra is an extraordinary extrovert. If he likes something he'll let you know it and if he's looking for a fight you'll tell by the fire in his eyes. History: Ezra grew up listening to his mother's music collection and inherited her love for classic rock, especially Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. While Ezra wasn't musically talented he had an appreciation for it that few could match. Ezra has had 4 life changing experiences from this alone. The first was seeing Bruce perform live in concert when Ezra was 16. The second was getting involved in Audio Slave after it got recommended to him by an online friend and being able to model his character's abilities after Bruce Springsteen. The fourth was the day he discovered he could manifest his Audio Slave abilities in the real world after escaping. While he still couldn't play other guitars, Ezra found that his Instrument just felt right in his hands, referring to it as "learning how to make it talk."

Audio Power: Born To Run: One of the many things Ezra admired about Bruce Springsteen was his ability to keep going on stage even when he was clearly exhausted, seeming to regain his energy just from the music. His first experience of Bruce's music was watching a live recording of him performing Born To Run, one of Bruce's most famous songs. Ezra's Audio Power lets him imitate his vision of Bruce Springsteen, continuously regenerating health and regaining energy every minute equal to his Strength Stat as long as he's using his Instrument. It also provides him with massive fire resistance and he can surround himself and his instrument with flames to deal fire damage. He also inspires his allies to greater feats, giving every ally within 60 ft. a +5 boost to the Stat of their choice as long as he's using this ability.

Instrument: Ezra's Instrument manifests as a guitar with a Telecaster body and an Esquire neck with an axe head that springs from the base and an anti-material rifle set into the top of the axe. Ezra was extremely excited when he got it since it's the exact same kind of unique "Mutt" that Bruce Springsteen played.

Along with his ability to steal, he can also swap properties between 2 things he's touching. Living things are much harder to steal from, so he would usually switch the durability between weapons, to make them stronger or weaker.

Secondary: Foo Fighters After using it for a while, Bandy's found out how to hold 1 attribute that he can transfer at any time.

While stealing is temporary (unless held by Foo Fighters), transfer is permanent. There's no time limit to how long an attribute can be held, but there's still the limit of 1. Ever seen paper as strong as diamond?

The song has a theme of having things taken until you have nothing. Including everything you don't need. Hold on tight to what you have. It could all disappear in an instance.

Foo Fighters was created by Nirvana's drummer, Dave Grohl. After the tragic death of his good friend, Kurt Cobain, Dave created Foo Fighters as a coping mechanism for his loss. Hoping between monotone relaxation and continuous joking, which kinda seems like it swaps out of nowhere. Bandile, or Bandy is generally a nice person, but has some personal ticks that can make him stern. Music is a big hobby of Bandy's, so he got a VR headset as soon as he heard about a music based MMO. He was having the time of his life until... you know. Sadly since South Africa isn't the most wealthy country, he was the only one of his friends that was able to play the game. On the upside, he's made plenty more online. As well as sharpening up on his english.
-History: Being emotionally neglected by his parents, Bandy tried a lot to fill the void in him. Eventually he went to music, which seemed to be his calling. After learning Englsih, Bandile started listening to western music. He found his favorite genre to be rock, but wasn't able to project his voice like his favorite rock stars. Instead he stuck with more alternative tunes like Red Hot Chili Peppers. After "studying" the music for years, he felt comfortable to try and make his own. Nothing too special, but it made Bandy feel happy that he could make something so beautiful. This was before the tragic loss of both of his parents.It felt like Brandy didn't have anything, but it was wrong. He still had music. It became a coping mechanism for him. Through playing music around town, he made friends with other music enthusiasts.
Eventually, one of them told Brandy about a music based MMO called Audio slave. After saving up for a couple months, Bandy got a VR headset and started playing day 1, grinding the hell out of the game. He got a bit of a reputation as that "funny guy with the funny accent." Along with being known for his ability that was very sought out by raid parties. Of course, Bandy was more than happy to help out some people on their missions. While also getting a cut. If you're gonna do something, might as well make money while doing it!​

The consistent mental exhaustion during his childhood further exacerbated his alienation towards his own emotions. That being said he is not entirely apathetic nor does he choose to be. It is however difficult for him to be expressive and despite not being incompetent, finds it equally as hard to respond to others emotions. In some aspects he can be uncharacteristically naive due to his enforced nature as an observer rather than a participator. It even allows the possibility of an 'absolute shield' with the capability to reflect and deflect oncoming vectors [physical-melee attacks]. The force-velocity can also be redirected back to the assailant if the following variables are met:
  • they have directly hit the shield using either a weapon or their own body
  • a projectile will always be redirected with the same speed and strength that was used by the assailant
Despite it's name Shin's shield is not truly an absolute defense. While it is capable of reversing nearly anything with the properties of a vector it cannot stop the effects of a 'supernatural ability' that deals outside the fields of physics. These include emotion or illusion manipulations as he cannot control the infinite electrical signals of the human brain. At full capacity the shield can stretch to twenty meters but as his attention and power is split it can be reduced to a minimum of one feet.

To be able to control vectors in itself also requires an unprecedented amount of concentration and calculation power. For example he would need to actively process the exact BPM, semitone difference, octave, note hertz, etc. of a song to be able to reflect it. A single deviation would completely disrupt the action. If he's met with an unknown instrument or specific sound range he would be unable to disrupt the attack with his shield. It takes an endless combination of compositions and technical variables to manipulate vectors and when executed poorly can not only harm those around him but Shin as well. The maximum area affect can reach up to fifty meters, not including projectiles.

This ability is activated both through an instrument and Shin's own natural talent of "playing by ear".

Instrument: MIDI V66 [Artiphon] - A sleek black, compact Musical Instrument Digital Interface that is able to reproduce a number of instruments and sounds directly from the user's neuro logs. An unusual feature it has however is that it tends to refuse to operate if the user is unable to recall the exact sound they are trying to play. No one apart from permanent staff and high-tiered personal know of his position while the others are only aware of his sudden involvement with the MMO Audio Slave. For most if not the entirety of his childhood he had been kept strictly within the company's premises. There he was subjected to many trials whether through an AD Dream Machine or in one of the facilities numerous testing chambers. After every session his mind was left numb and in some cases the strain alone would render him incapacitated. The harsh training however did successfully force his growth levels to multiple and even triple in numbers. By the time he reached ten years of age his mental proficiency far surpassed that of an adult.

With time they also began to slowly expose him to the outside world. Using the AD Dream Machine they could render live 4D recordings of busy streets, crowded city squares, and beautiful, isolated landscapes. The more he excelled the more privileges he was granted until eventually he was given full access to what ever digital scenery he wished. No matter the amount of achievements however he was never allowed to interact with anyone or anything outside the company. It never really mattered to him; the only person he needed was Alice. They had been together long before his adoption and they have been ever since. The more he behaved and followed protocol the more he was allowed to speak to her. If he failed a test one too many times or misbehaved their interactions were restricted.

Then the day came when Shin was 'recruited' into the Audio Slave project. While he was given orders to cooperate with his 'band' mates his main priority was to complete missions. As he is unable to exit the game they granted him an A.L.I.C.E [Audio Location Image Capture Extension] where he may contact Alice through a digital landscape of her creation. In order to remove any possible misuse or distractions it cannot be activated during combat and is limited only to a maximum of thirty minutes per day. Apart from following orders he has been given the freedom to do whatever he pleased in order to progress and integrate himself into the game.

The Audio Power Artemis lets Lyri turn any sizable speaker into a cannon. She's found that anything the size of a bluetooth speaker and larger will work. The only thing she's found that changes between size is the range of her cannon. Lyri most comfortably uses a large in game speaker with an amazing bass as her hand cannon. Its projectiles are something like a plasma/laser, she's not too sure. All she knows is that she can fire it in either individual shots or in a continuous laser. The shots vary in power depending on the song that is being played.

Elliephant or Ellie for short is a soft-spoken, stubborn girl who always had the habit of letting her curiosity get the better of her. It's one of the main reasons why she began playing Audio Slave despite admittedly not being an avid gamer herself. Of course it never really resulted in this level of trouble but she's never been known to give up easily. Apart from her tenacity shes also has a gentle disposition. It's always been hard for her to say no especially when she believes that someone genuinely needs her help.

Ability Axis: Daydreams (ft. Salsa) - Adib Sin
This power directly deals with the abilities of others and it allows her to nullify, enhance, detect, and even mimic them.

Nullify: Within a 10 - 20 feet radius all abilities will cease to function. Maintained physical contact also cancels out powers.
Detection: She is able to obtain a basic grasp of an individuals abilities and two random stats.
Augment: In contrast to 'Nullify' she can also greatly enhance powers [a guaranteed +45% boost for all stats within radius]. The same 'area of effect' restrictions apply except upon leaving it the affected individual will have a 30 second cool-down before it completely wears off. Direct physical contact is also applicable and when maintained the boost will increase by the minute [Every minute will add a +10% boost for a maximum of +65% in 3 minutes]. Should the contact be broken at any point the boost will reset without a cool-down. [Ex: # of stat x 1.45 = stat boost || 30 (stamina) x 1.45 = 43.5 rounded up to 44]
Mimic Axis: She's able to copy another's ability and stats, obtained only through touch and for a maximum of 60 seconds. Using this will force a staggering 24 hour cool-down as well as revert all of her stats to 10 until it resets.

H I S T O R Y
From her earliest childhood memory Ellie could remember riding her bike around the cobbled streets of Freiburg im Breisgau, her hometown in Germany. Even at the age of eight it was hard for the little girl to up and leave but it couldn't be helped. Her dad had been given the opportunity to be promoted as an Efficiency Manager however it required a transfer to one of the company's settlements in Kalkan, Turkey. They've been living there ever since and despite her initial opposition Ellie had quickly fallen in love with the scenic little town. She had even taken to riding around it's narrow streets until she arrived at one of it's many beaches. Even after nine years had passed she never grew tired of exploring the sandy landscapes.

Apart from the beach and her friends she also developed a passion for music. Not a very surprising turn of events with her own mother being a piano teacher. While she did love playing the instrument her real interest was in singing. Audio Slave was recommended to Ellie by her friends for that reason. In the beginning she was hesitant, not being acutely familiar with games or MMOs. It was the curiosity and wonder of another world that revolved around music was what finally pushed her into making an account.

With the nature of her power Ellie was easily accepted into parties and was even recruited into a guild called Gilded Cage early on the in the game. It rose to prominence and is one of the few that had managed to establish a 'city' among the chaos that ensued after the first week that players we're trapped within the game.

Anise is a troll at heart. She revels in mischief, inciting reactions and generally being the center of attention. Laughter is her constant companion, even if it may come at the cost of others' discomfort. Sensitivity, unfortunately, is not her strong suit. She simply can't bring herself to care very much about how others feel or think of her. She's always ready to pave her own way, seemingly unafraid of being alone. You can, however, count on the fact that as long as she's around, things are sure to remain interesting.

Online, the name missingno has garnered quite a bit of attention... for all the wrong reasons. When comparing the two personas, it's painfully clear that Anise is the human behind the destructive MPKer who trolls around in the newbie grounds. Though quick to offer assistance to anyone who might need help, she's just as fast to ditch a party if she deems it too boring. Even if it's in the middle of a boss fight. First and foremost, she aims to be entertained. The mundane doesn't make her laugh. It's a whole new (and extreme) take on the "does it bring you joy?" organizational philosophy of Marie Kondo.

Contrary to what people might assume, the reasoning behind the loud facade is surprisingly jaded. She thinks pragmatically and somewhat pessimistically, which ironically fuels her desire for fun. "If things are going to shit anyway, you might as well make the best of it." Though not the most positive of motivations, it ensures that she's not one to miss out on experiences. If you want to play a risky game, Anise is your girl and she's not one to lie about it.

Anise grew up in a strict, suffocating household where standards were high and expectations even higher. Though she excelled academically and was never lacking for anything physical, emotionally the young girl was stunted. Relationships outside familial ties were few and far between, and rarely could she find others to talk to within her own age. Her parents spoke with her as if she was older, and eventually, her mind adjusted to suit the more mature atmosphere within her household. Frankly, she wasn't lonely, just bored as her interests were deemed as "older" than her peers'.

Upon graduating from middle school, her family sent her to a boarding school for next phase of education. This was the catalyst Anise needed to come out of her shell. Released from the influence of her parents, Anise began to see what she'd missed out on as a child. The desire for human connection and attention from others grew. Finding difficulty in jumping straight into the social waters, she got into games and built her confidence from those virtual interactions. Translating those interactions into real life worked well enough, and she became known for being a mischief maker who excelled in not getting caught.

Deciding her course in life came easily to her. With her natural proficiency in numbers and logic, she found herself applying to be a math major. Her parents were satisfied with the choice, and so largely left her alone when she voiced her desire to live separately for university. She wound up roomming with Freja, a fellow STEM major. The two could only be described as opposites. There was never a dull moment around Anise, whereas the very air seemed to still with Freja. Yet they managed to cohabitate peacefully. The two did have one thing in common: their interest in games. The pair quickly picked up the game when it became available. Getting trapped, however, wasn't in their plans. When the truth came to light, the two's opposing personalities were revealed. Pentanalia grinded to reach the top, whereas missingno just decided to find a way to have fun within the game. Unfortunately, that fun may have involved MPKing newbies.

missingno's ability calls to mind how Holy Flag's main character recruited others to join his band of misfits on their quest to save someone. In her case, she recruits monsters to her side for a short while. The charm lasts for two hours. During that time they behave as AI party members who only attack once missingno has landed the first hit.

The number of monsters she recruits is proportional to her current level. Every three levels, she's able to charm an additional monster. At Level 1, she's able to recruit one monster. At Level 4, she could add another. Now at level 7, she's able to recruit 3 monsters. This pattern goes on until she hits the level cap. The level of the monster she is attempting to charm cannot exceed +5 of her own.

While mob monsters are easily recruitable and only require performing Holy Flag on her kazoo, bosses require a little more finesse. Boss monsters can only be recruited based on her luck stat in addition to performing the song in its entirety. Monsters that are charmed give reduced rewards upon their "defeat".

Anise's combat is primarily support-based... but specifically towards her monsters. While she can use these buffs for other people, these effects are stronger with her charmed monsters. When used offensively, playing the kazoo deals damage within a 5 meter radius. Just don't expect it to be great. [/div][/div] [/div] [/div]

Freja Fenway has a mature, mellowed out, and tired personality. Simply put, she's perpetually done with life. While she isn't very expressive, she can feel a full range of emotions. Unfortunately, her normal face is a face of just pure and utter "done-ness." She has good morals and habits, but can come off as cold, emotionless, robotic even. She has a strong sense of common sense, just slowly being eroded away by her friend and roommate Anise Logan. She cares for Anise, now missingno in the game, acting as her guardian. However, even she can explode in silent rage. She isn't very talkative, often being a solo player in many games. However she can cooperate with other players, and will often save a fellow gamer. Freja Fenway was born to a more or less carefree family. Her parents took an open parenting policy pretty early on, so Freja had a lot of freedoms growing up. She was able to explore and have whatever she wanted. Because of this, she has a lot of experiences in a lot of things, meeting all kinds of people, and find her own niche of things. Because of her parents, she had a lot of access to a lot of games, so she really began to be defined by games. Oddly tho, exposure to gaming culture and all the extremities led to Freja developing a more mature personality, half mellowed out, half done with life, and fully tired out.

When Freja went to university, she met her roommate, the math major Anise Logan, quite possibly the complete opposite of Freja. Hyper, active, and trolly, Anise was most like a child to her. Of course, at the beginning, Freja ignored her, dealing with her own problems, mostly from the fact that she changed her major three times. But after living with Anise, she began to act as her guardian, trying to keep her inline and not causing chaos and havoc... most of the time. The two lived together as roommates for three years, forming an oddly cohesive duo, with their only common interest in games. During that time, the two became familiar with each other, Freja with her chill, mature, and habitual lifestyle, and Anise with her trolly, fun seeking, and childlike attitude.

The two obviously picked up Audio Slave at the same time, being hyped about it ever since they heard the news. When news broke about them being trapped in the game, Freja looked at Anise, now missingno, with a horror filled look in her eyes. She knew that Anise was a PKer for the laughs, seeking fun in odd things, and that everyone in this virtual world is trapped with this monster. Freja immediately set off to reach max level, and become the strongest, not only to protect everyone in the game from Anise, but to protect Anise from herself. After one week, she has returned and begun to watch and prevent missingno from killing off the entire population for fun. Lost in the abyss

Pentanalia creates up to 5 portals to an abyss that she controls. These portals can also be used to teleport around and send objects through. They must be within 50 ft from her. She can hide in a 15m x 15m x 15m abyss and trap monsters in it, dealing damage and debuffs (blindness, paralysis, defense down) to them. Pentanalia isn't affected by it. Enemies must be released from the abyss within 3 turns or before death. The longer they stay in the abyss, the more damage they receive.

-Audio Power:Pearl Jam: Inio strengthens his resolve, covering himself in feather tightly laced with Carbyne. While it seems nearly impossible to break through his defenses, the feathers have tiny openings between them. Anything that penetrates these openings renders Inio completely defenseless. Well, if you ignore his 100 defense. Inio is also completely susceptible to fire. On the upside, the feathers double his defense, but make it slightly more difficult to maneuver.

The ability references Pearl Jam's success through what would have seemed like the end of their carrier. But specifically, "I Am Mine" which, in a gist, is about stoicism.
