Realistic or Modern Rythe Psychological Research Center

Moving through the facility at a casual pace, Dr. Wiler observed all manner of things. Such as the female guardsmen: Cassandra Connors. Red hair shoulder length, green eyes, around 5'9"-approximately 145 pounds. The doctor slowly nods as he makes his way past, heading towards the common room. He timed the reader, camera's pivot and door's reaction time. Fixing his glasses as he stepped into the common room, the figure stood idle for a moment. Slowly, patients seemed to grow weary of the doctor, becoming silent and shifting away from his general area. Soon the room was reduced to low murmurs, as many of the individuals stopped milling about and took to seats. " Good day.... Everyone" waving casually to the room, Nathaniel turned and carried onward to the cafeteria/ patient library wing.

Entering the hall way, he was bore witness to a female patient: Aja. And male guard: Trent. He surveyed the situation, arching a brow at the tones of voice being utilized by the participants.

Trent cocked an eyebrow at Aja. " Your friends, huh?" He chuckled. "Who me? Nah, I'm not scary." He said, his voice deep and growly. His smile dispersed when she mentioned his name. "How do you know my name?" His face now sported a harsh scowl, and he was basically on top of the girl. "Tell me!" He almost yelled through his clenched teeth, grabbing the girl by the arm.

Sid's eyes opened wide and he smiled. "Yeah!" He stood up instantly and ran out of the door, smiling like a goof. "I want to get a long one, one that will keep me busy for a while." He added, his voice less squeaky and more of his age. "Mr. Dimauro scares me... He reminds me of my daddy, but taller and not as fat." He confided, beginning to walk towards the patient library wing.

aja trembled in fear she looked at the man panicking not knowing what to do"th-they told me, they tell me things! i don't know how they know!!* aja eyes filled with fear, then her face grew blank. she then burst out in laughter then quickly covered her mouth " stop it your going to get me in trouble!" she then bit her lip trying to contain her giggle. she was quite for a moment longer "they tell me secrets, they told me about you, they say you are different, but they wont tell me how.

Trent practically threw her away from him when he released her arm his dog growling behind him sensing his anger. Sighing, he raked his hand through his hair. "Fine." He sighed again, propping his right hand up on his pistol in his usual stance, his pup calming. "I'd prefer if you asked. It's called being polite. Also, it's what normal people do. You do wish to be normal, right?" He said, his voice dripping with condescending tone. "You ever laugh at me again you will be punished, understand?" He added, staring the poor girl down.

Fingers tapping against her thigh, Cassandra began to descend the steps, pausing only when she heard the sound of footsteps. Glancing downwards, she caught the sight of Dr. Wiler ascending the stairs, an air of grace in his every move. Cassandra's eyes flickered up to his face, a smile working its way among her features. "Hello, Doctor." She greeted as she brushed past him, continuing her route towards her room. Turning towards her left, she opened the employee section door, slipping inside and walking briskly down the hall.

There, she turned towards her room, slipping inside the darkened room. Before she could turn on the lights, the door had closed and she realized she had immersed herself into total darkness. Fumbling blindly, she flicked on the light switch, her eyes scanning the room quickly, her breathing having hitched in the last few moments. Walking towards her bed, she snatched up the thick novel she had been reading the night before. She tuned and slipped out, walking down the hall once more.

"i understand" aja turned starting to walk off then stopping and turning around "they said not to lecture me about normal, that out of the two of us which on really belongs?" aja was sure they were trying to get her into trouble. his words hurt, she was normal. she was normal like everyone else. aja ran off down the hall to find sid,she ran half out of fear of trent, half because they told her too. she turned the hall and fell down, she was still shaken up. she tried to steady her breathing, looking around for some form of comfort.

"you got me in trouble!" aja stood up still shivering, she kept walking down the hall "no im not mad......i love you all too."

Trent snarled after the girl, "Damn crazies." The intercom crackled and an older woman's voice resounded over the loud speakers laced throughout the facility. "Meal time, please make your way to the designated cafeterias." Then silence. Trent chuckled, motioning to his dog with a jerk of his head to follow as he began his stride.

"......he was rather cute don't you think?" aja made her way to the cafeteria. she then rolled her eyes." don't scold me,im just saying you guys are wrong for once, yeah he's a little rough on the edges, but it was all going good until you guys butted in" aja reached the cafeteria, losing her appetite as soon at the smell of food. she didn't like to eat,she only did it because they told her too. " how bout this,i will make friends with sid,but you can't get me into any trouble." she looked around seeing the patients shuffle along.

As the female patient made her escape, Dr. Wiler cleared his throat. A most horrible sound, both wet and dry, like turning an old gear in some ancient device. Those glazed over specs flashed as he approached the guard at an eased pace. His arms slowly moved behind his back and clasped together, as his head bent downward slightly. " Is everything up to code, Head guardsmen? " The doctor asked in his kindest tone, which he had been practicing, as to not alarm anyone as he appeared to do simply by his presence. Hearing the announcement, he smiled lightly, keeping a steady pace towards the patient library.

Jack began to whimper quietly, when Dr. Wiler approached them, Trent slowed down to keep pace with the man, nodding to him in acknowledgement. "Yes, all to keep you types safe. All is well. I was just heading to the cafeteria to make sure all is calm there." He responded, looking down at the man, a tiny amused smile forming on his face at his posture. "Unless you have something to report?" He added, the crazies have been quite finicky as of late. "Hush now, Jack." He added, quieting his pup before turning to look back at the doctor. The dog still looked wearily at Dr. Wiler, but quieted down.

aja threw her food at the servers. she ran around the lunch room as they tried to calm her down, she grabbed the other patients food and through that to. aja really didn't like nasty food, she hated getting in trouble and behaved well most the time, but she wasn't having it today. she had been yelled at,scolded and had her feelings hurt. aja didn't have any hobbies so she had no way to let steam off,she just held it in till she had a fit. she climbed on the table and cursed everyone out. her friends kept quiet, letting her throw her tantrum, she needed it. " i don't want to come down! take your rules and stick them up your ass!"aja jumped from table to table kicking off any food she saw.

" Ah, and we are grateful for your watch"

Nodding, he looked to the pup, used to this type of reaction from animals. Upon arrival at the split between the cafe and the library, the male paused, fixing his glasses. " I have no qualms to task you with this day. You most certainly have enough to keep you busy..." hearing a ruckus coming from the cafeteria, Nathanial, revealed his small journal, opening it up passively and writing down something or other, a common sight of the unorthodox male.

Trent was interrupted by a call on his radio. "We have an issue, Patient Aja is throwing a fit. Requesting sedititives and force." Trent sighed and unhooked the gaget. "Copy that, on my way. Over. Sorry to cut our chat short Doctor, but it seems there's a situation." Trent snapped his fingers at his pup and took off in a run. A normal run mind you, all too aware of the cameras strewn about the halls. Excited for running, the pup barked, keeping up with Trent as he rounded several corners. Picking up his radio again he put out an all call for the other guards. "I might need some backup, report to the patient dining hall as soon as possible." He hung up his radio and pulled out his gun, knowing it would not be necessary but he liked to flash it around. He liked the power it exercised. Opening the door to the cafeteria he beheld the same little girl causing quite a scene. "Damn it all..." He sighed, locking the door with his access code so only employees authorized can enter and leave. "You, stop the ruckus! I don't want to have to use brute force!" He boomed, lying through his teeth, he loved encounters, and pointing his gun at people which he did now.

they told her not to do it,but aja wasn't in the mood to listen to anyone, not even her friends. she picked up a tray of food and threw it at trent. she had just about had it of people bossing her around. so what if he shot her. "bite me ass kisser!" aja jumped down pushing a patient into trent and ran out the cafeteria. they told her to go to the library, she listened now, misbehaving out of fear instead of anger now. she rushed down the hall, headed for the library entrance. "he can bite me for all i care.....no im not going to escape, i said i didnt mind being shot not that i wanted to die." she rounded the corner and ran into a closet as gourds came rushing bye. "is it clear?" she crept out the closet walking slowly.

(crap ignore that post)

(im stupid i didnt even read your thing all the way)

The crackle of the radio was all Cassandra needed for her to drop her book and quicken her steps. Dashing up the stairs, she hurried over to the common's room door and slipped inside. There were still a few patients lingering inside. Not my priority right now, she thought hastily and did a quick scan to ensure there would be no trouble in there. Satisfied, she turned towards the left and burst through, her eyes wide as she rushed down the hallway. Her eyes caught the sight of the doctor she had spoken to earlier. "Always the perks of the job, huh, Doc?" She teased as she brushed past him once more, pulling her key card out and wiping it through the scanner. Opening the door, she slipped inside, almost colliding with Trent. Her eyes widened and she clutched the door handle for a moment, allowing her system to expel the surprise she had felt from nearly running into him. Standing quickly, she moved towards his side, her face neutral as she looked on towards the patient who was disturbing the peace. "What do we do now, sir?" She asked curiously, her eyes turning to stare at his profile.

aja through a tray with food at trent "bite me ass kisser!" she jumped down and ran for the doors then stopped "what do you mean its locked!?......well what do you want me to do?!." majia ran underneath a table " i am not going to kill people.....what do you mean you cant help me?" aja hooked on to the table leg " what do you mean its a secret!!!???"

Trent dodged the tray of food, but it hit his dog Jack, splattering the poor thing with pieces of food. "Oh we have ourselves a feisty one." He muttered, his smile turning a little to sadistic for his own good. He just now noticed the other orderly. "Cassandra was it?" He asked, his eyes not leaving the girl, who was now quivering under a table. "Sedate her and take her to her room. Notify the doctors that she is to be put in more severe experi- procedures." He added, now looking about the room at the other patients, who were all on the floor as per procedure when an orderly pulls a gun. 'Excellent.' He thought, his smile never leaving his face, but he lowered his gun, finally looking at Cassandra.

Cassandra nodded, but noticing that he wasn't looking at her, she choose to speak up instead. "Yes, sir." She spoke politely, her voice pleasant enough. After listening to his orders, Cassandra raised a brow and moved to his side, her shoulder barely touching his own. "With all due respect, sir, I might need a little help. I don't wish to harm her and in order to do that, I would need assistance." Turning her neck towards the side, she was surprised to find him studying her, with a rather grotesque smile on his face. "Bit off-putting, that is." She said before she could stop herself. Eyes wide, she sharply turned her head back towards where the girl hid. "I simply need a distraction so that I can creep up behind her and sedate her." She spoke briskly and as she stepped forward, trying to conceal the embarrassment of insulting her superior. Reaching back into her utility belt, she searched the secluded pack where she held her sedatives. Unzipping it, she pulled the needle out of its respected pouch. She quickly uncapped it and turned her gaze towards him. "Go on, sir. I'll be right behind you." She said, turning to give him a gentle smile as she waited for him to step forward.

Trent chuckled to himself and checked his smile. He hadn't realized he had been. He was touched by her tenderness for the patient, how quaint. "Very well, I will assist you." He stated, gesturing straight ahead with his head to signal his pup. The dog shook off the foodstuffs and ran toward the girl, barking, Trent followed close behind and knocked the table over, taking the child into his arms, restraining her as best he deemed safe for her size and frailness. "She's ready for you." He chuckled, keeping her as still as he could without breaking or hurting the poor girl. After all, he didn't want a dead body on his hands. Not in front of all these people.

A dark laugh escaped Nathaniel, as he watched the emerald eyed guard fly past, en route to accompany Mr.Dimauro in the cafe, no doubt.

Pocketing his personal literature, the doctor tapped the side of his glasses and finished his long steady stroll to the patients library, which he immediately got lost in for the time being.

they were furious, the fact that he would touch her. aja squirmed and kicked, even biting him,she let out a couple of screams, then stopped. she went limp and simply gave up, tears streaming down her face."shut up.......no im not mad" as the woman came closer she kicked at her. there was no point in fighting trent,he was different then the others "get away ou stupid whore!!"

((Ahhh crap I fell asleep!! Sorry guys!!))

Lost? Keao didn't know this word. Sure, she'd heard it used a few times before, but not often enough for her to clearly understand its meaning. Luckily for her, she didn't have to respond, because the man didn't really seem to care for hearing her answer when walked past with a huff. She held her breath until his footsteps sounded like mere drops of water on the hallway's tiled floors, then immediately moved in the opposite direction as if her life depended on it.

If she had been in better shape, Keao would have sprinted towards the patients' library. As it was, she could barely manage this odd hobble-walk, and it was growing worse by the second. Her chest heaved up and down, her right shoulder pressed against the wall to keep her from slumping forward too much, and her senses began to dull. A voice crackled on the overhead above, but the words were a mush of harsh sound waves. The white light made her pupils dilate. Where's the sun? My head is spinning. I need water. Where am I going again? I want to go home. Ugh, I'm going to be sick.

The spirit stumbled into the nearest room, which just so happened to be the exact place she had wanted to go: the library. Not that it mattered much now. Her state was far too gone for her to attempt reading again. Before she could even reach one of the chairs, she collapsed, her legs crumpling beneath her body like worms under a brick. I need to go home.

Cassandra watched for a moment, her eyebrows drawn together as she watched. Her fingers began to tap against the syringe nervously, but she kept her composure. As soon as the girl was secure, Cassandra stepped close, but leapt back once the girl kicked out at her. She puckered her lips in annoyance and backed away, doing a half-circle to reach Trent's back. Stopping at his shoulder, she leaned over, bringing the needle up to the girl's neck. She paused for a moment - hearing the girl's words - and wobbled, withdrawing her arm back to her side. He fingers fell on Trent's shoulder and curled, her head falling down as she breathed deeply. It had been years since someone had called her that. Her eyes snapped open and she shook her head, letting those horrid thoughts escape her. Quickly, she jammed the needle into the girl's neck, pressing down until there was nothing left inside.

[ Sorry about that, guys. I fell asleep! ]
