Faction - The Crimson Cut-throats

A group of bandits that are believed to act within Ryke's borders. Members are easily recognizable by matching crimson armbands emblazoned with a black dagger. A known camp for the faction is located near Etiva. They have been sighted in the Republic recently.

Location - Lupinvale Town

Lupinvale is a town lost to time that was founded a few years after Ryke. Visitor that have escaped have recorded the village seemingly triggers an onslaught of hallucinations. The remains of Lupinvale is believed to be cursed.

Location - Bloody Bohemia

Built on the bones of the former circus troupe known as 'Bloodslayer's Menagerie', Bloody Bohemia is a ramshackle encampment that was hastily built and poorly maintained. It is comprised of a group of trailers, cages, and a singular circus tent, which survived the demise of the Menagerie. After the execution of their former ringmaster, a few of the more destitute and physically disabled sideshow “freaks” banded together and claimed the one remaining circus tent and a few immobile living trailers and empty cages as their own, erecting a small camp outside Sootspire with financial support and law enforcement provided by Baroness Regula. The Baroness's contribution has created a foundation on which the remaining crew and newcomers may create a new, friendlier, circus.

Perhaps a savvy businessman or visionary artist might transform Bloody Bohemia into a wholesome or upscale entertainment venue, though it seems just as likely a criminal element or unscrupulous individual may return it to the kind of blighted shantytown freakshow it was as BloodSlayer’s Menagerie.
