Leone
One month ago,
It was a dark night, just the kind that Leone hated. But it'd have to do. Today was the day everything mattered. With this latest robbery, he'd finally have enough money to board a ship to reach Vale, and his new future. He had already supplied enough for his family, and his father had found a job in the dust buisness, something that would doubtlessly pay for them all. He had left a note behind, detailing his plans, before he had left. He shook his head, trying to concentrate. He watched the truck approach, flanked by guards on both sides on horseback, as he pulled the brown bandanna over his mouth, and took a couple steps back, before getting a running start, and leaping onto the top of the truck.
The guards heard the thud as he landed, and one of them jumped onto the truck's ladder from his horse, climbing up. When the guard reached the top, he received a boot to his face, sending him falling off the back of the truck, landing on the street with a smack, as Leone grabbed the ladder, sliding down it. He whipped out one of his guns, aiming it towards the nearest guard He had loaded stolen Police-grade Shock Charges as always, instead of bullets, pulling the trigger as the nearest guard raised his gun. The man was blasted off his horse, flying into the wall of a nearby house. However, Leone didn't watch to see what had happened, as he was already reaching down, inserting the code he had stolen into the key pad, as the truck's back door opened, letting him inside. He grabbed the door's bottom, using it to slide himself under, activating his semblance a little to go faster. The surprised guard was swept off his feet by Leone's feet as they blasted into his shins, and he fell onto his face. Leone got up, shooting a shot into the man's back, knocking him out. He opened the door into the truck's cab, and ordered the driver to stop. When the truck came to a halt, the driver opened the door to get out, but was blasted out by another shot from Leone's guns. The third guard was way ahead, but he was turning around now, as Leone dived out the side, firing his last loaded shock charge. It hit the guard's horse, causing both the guard and his mount to go tumbling head over heels.
Leone brushed some sweat off his brow, heading back into the truck. "I've secured the shipment," he muttered into an ear piece. "Good," a voice responded, "Bring the truck to the usual rendezvous point." To this, Leone said nothing, taking a seat as he drove away into the night.
Current,
Now, Leone stood within the vessel's polished interior, leaning against the wall, his weapons, Duplex Khopeshi, folded at his sides, his arms crossed over his chest. He looked around, his green eyes scanning the crowd, wondering who had the most money on them, and was the least likely to notic- He shook his head, stopping himself. This is why he came to Vale, to leave that life behind. He wasn't going to be a thief anymore. He was going to be a hunter, a life truly worth living. He watched the crowd, nothing instead, the weapons the others carried. Some of them looked quite expensive and complicated, which, when he looked down at his own weapons, made him feel just a little obsolete. He didn't see anyone yet who looked like they'd be open to conversation, so he turned his head, looking out the window, watching the vessel fly over Vale.
