Try being Sans who's stats are canonly 1, if he didnt have dodge mechanic ANYTHING would kill him.

To be fair he is one of the-- If not the most powerful boss in the game. Power to drag souls, summon bones in the literal UI itself even if it's not his turn, basically teleport to another place, and remember alternate runs despite the protagonist's determination. Even with a 1-stat build, he's handling it pretty well.
A character who is just an average human and a child at that. She'll have to constantly heal herself and speed up frequently. Which does make me think.

I may have no clue as to how frequent encounters/battles will happen but I was thinking that would it be Clair dodges less? As of now?

Ye, of course I did make sure hiz power was...reasonably capped for RP purposes, lol. Especially the blue soul because in a way that almost results in powerplaying so whenevever I RP Sans I do allow blue soul to be possibly escaped from so RP wise it isnt like auto making characters not allowed to dodge. Iv always imagined the blue soul magic sans uses as a more advanced version of Papyrus's. Its not so much that he can control your soul but more that he can change gravity to whatever direction while papyrus can only go down in the platforming mode. In the game sans only throws your soul in the 4 directions of the bullet board. As for encounters its gonna be a bit lacking most of the time as its not really common for people in peaceful times to attack randomly. Could find some encounters if you go out of your way like do something stupid like traveling down a dark ally at night. There could be chapters where random encounters are more likely depending on whats going on in the story.

What I wanna say is when the rare occassion folks get fiery and wildin' for fisticuffs. I wanna suggest in Clara's ACT button. she atleast has the good ol' RPG guard.

Silly Ahh question here: Is everyone chill with my character being named, Clara? I just kinda, weeeellll... Realized that it sounds on the nose to a different fella. If so I think I kinda wanna change it.
