Leonard ran with her. And tried to take lead, attempting to move towards the center of the market. The canines somehow managed to get on high ground, the roofs of the tiny sells person booths. Although, only a few of them were on the roofs, the majority were on the ground. And weren't even a threat anymore. They left when they saw the large amount of humans in the area. Seems like the braver and surprisingly smarter ones were left. "Shit, how the hell did they figure out how to do that." Leonard mumbled to himself. "Come on, we'll head for a indoor shop. Hopefully those...monsters don't know how to open a door."

Lavender spared a glance behind her and was glad that some of the canines had left. She nodded at the boy's words. "How the hell do you know this stuff?" She pointed at a door, motioned for him to follow her, and headed towards it.

He followed her. "Well. I had quite a few run in with those morons. Although, they seem a bit different today...they are obviously a bit smart. And a few of them are completely unfazed by the crowd..." he said. The canines ran right pass the shop. They didn't even notice. "Luckily, they give up the search soon."

"Well, I don't know what the people here call this place. To be perfectly honest, I don't come to this town that often, or any town really. The only place I go to often is a place that used to be my home town..." he looks down at the ground. He sighs and stops talking for awhile.

"Hey, do you think you can stand. If you can, then I suggest that we go get something to eat" he says still looking at the ground.

"Surprised you still alive." Lavender mused eyeing the boy. Her eyes lit up and she leaned forward. "So what's your name?" It seemed like the a perfect time to ask considering they were safe. For now anyways.

"...Leonard." he mumbled a bit quietly. "I guess I'm going to have to ask you the same question." Leonard said. He didn't really look at her. He was too focused on looking out for the canines.

"Lavender." She didn't say anything else seeing as Leo was more interested in the canines so she looked around the shop. It was a little smaller than she had thought, but with how limited supplies must have been it didn't really bother her. She sent a glance over to Leo and it kind of made sense that he was the one who would build such a town, but it was still pretty odd.

"Okay. I think we are clear for now." He said, looking up for a bit. "They seemingly targeted US and no one else. So we gotta watch our backs. They might have some damn good memory." Leonard groaned. "So. What next." He said, looking at her.

Lavender shrugged leaning against a wall. "Haven't the slightest idea captain." She put on a thoughtful look before snapping her fingers. "Ya know there could be other people out there that could use the help. We could be their help?" She liked the idea even though it came with its cons such as probably dying out there or those canines finding them again. Then again they could actually find people and try to rebuild civilization with one stone at a time.

"You say that like you know someone who can help." He said, "but. I'm more than sure that's not the case..." Leonard mumbled. "Maybe I should go home. And think about a solid solution to the monster problem..."

Elise tried to stand, finding it difficult, but not impossible, she smiled to the new person "nice to meet you Noir, i'm...." she trailed off with a long pause, what was her name? She hadn't really thought about it before, but now that she was forced to think about it she was drawing a blank.  Looking around a little, her eyes caught something on her wrist, on the inside of her wrist something had been tattooed in black ink 37123... was that her name? It didn't sound like a human name, but it was all she had.  Maybe she could make a more human name for herself?  "my name is... Elise!" she exclaimed in a moment of brilliance, moving around the numbers in her head to form a name for herself.

"No I don't." Lavender gnawed on her bottom lip. "Hey! I could come with. Help you fix up your house and stuff. Hell I could even give you a couple ideas here and there."

"W-well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Elise," Noir said in a polite manner. He nervously lifted his hand to give Elise a handshake. @Nogoodname

"Really..." Leonard said. He sighed and gave a small nod. "Sure. Fine. Come with, but try to be useful. And not just an extra idiot to deal with. I already have a town full of them." He said, opening the door and getting ready to walk to his destination.

"My names is Andrew" he says looking up. He stands up and starts looking around. Then he notices that when the girl answer she was looking at her wrist. He looked over to see what she was looking at. Why are there numbers on her wrist? Could she be a... nah. She is older than me, but not that old. "That's a weird looking tattoo, where did you get it."

'Elise', what a nice name, it sounded so pretty, anyways, Elise nodded to the two of them "it's odd, i don't remember getting it.." she said with a shrug, looking around a little.  She didn't want to say anything, but she was kind of starving at the moment, the little she had found in the facility hadn't at all been enough.  Hopefully these two knew where to find some proper food.

"Rude." Lavender huffed and followed after Leo. "So why'd you build this town huh? Must've taken awhile?" She wondered too where all the people had come from and whether or not they had family here. The apacolyotic Earth shit really sucked and she was pretty sure everyone could agree with her.

"I didn't build it." He said as he led the way to his home. "I just...improved it." Once Leonard reached his house, he when inside and saw the damage the Canines did. There were claw marks everywhere. And somehow, entire blocks of stone were ruined. Maybe this event changed the canines from cute house pets to killer, home ruining death machines. And he seems to not be alone in that opinion. "Well. Isn't this pleasant." He said.

Leonard mumbled something under his breath as he examined his now even more broken recorder. The thing was practically two pieces. And it was covered in bite marks. He was surprised that the whole thing was demolished. The canines have shown incredible strength. It's pure luck they didn't cause more damage.

"Mhm...okay. I'd just...rebuild this place..." he groaned. "How the hell do those things tear through STONE...look, anyway." Leonard looked back at her. "Lavender, you can just go sit down or something. I need to go check on something."

Elise smiled sweetly "Thank you" she said to Andrew as they walked, the town slowly coming into view.  She had never been to a place like this, at least, not that she remembered, she was excited to meet new people, excited to be among friends.
