Eloise shrugged "Feel more comfortable in the middle of nowhere than in town I guess." she said in answer to her question. She found out this woman had also been alone though all so far "Yeah I've met some bad ones. I did have some people when it first began, but... you know." her face fell a little at that but she pushed down the feelings like her father would have and put on a brave face. "Anyway, if you say theres a camp maybe we ought to check it out tomorrow... safety in numbers and all." Tonight she would quite like to go back to her camp, hopefully not run into anyone else. There were some good rabbits around where she made her setup last time, if she could catch one or two they'd be eating good.

 @Daniel reaving

"Alright! May I stick with you tonight?" She asked her hopping she would say yes. Talia was dying for some company and now she had some and wanted to keep it. "I can help in any way I can which probably isn't much unless it's killing the dead. My father was an ex military soilder and he trained me like he was so I can protect you that's for sure. I'm sting too." She said mostly as a way to try and purswade her rescuer that she wasn't a free loader. She didn't want to be left alone another night

Logan smiled at the question, "I have room here if you'd like, or I'll find an empty tent somewhere..." He said, hopping off the tailgate, propping his hands against it to support himself comfortably.

Rick started the car, waiting for the girl to get into the car. Once she did he drove off to the police station. "Well how've you been?" He asked, trying to make small talk to fill the void of silence.

Carl took off after Sophia finally deciding on playing freeze tag because it's a really nice day outside feeling like being around her than cooped up in the tent getting the feeling she's bored too. There's not much they could do around the camp, being kids, except help with chores and play. He barely glimpsed at Beth, thinking she's new, and ran off.

A young man with vibrant red hair walked along a country road with a guitar on his back, a messenger bag by his side, a baseball bat in his his right hand and a can of squirty whipped cream in his left. He had raided a store a mile backwards and had found the cream under a bag of liquidised ice. It was good to eat and he hadn't had fresh dairy products in God knows how long. The young man was alone and he liked it like this. No worry for betrayal or fear for loved ones dying. His already had.

The dirt road had turned into Tarmac as he reached a sign.

'Welcome to Atlanta'

"Huh," the boy said surprised, "I've only gone and done it again."

He continued on and walked onward towards the city. Obviously dangerous but he didn't care. The young man didn't care if he lived or died anymore. The only thing was he knew someone would end up having to blow his brains out. He didn't have a gun. His father never trusted him and he didn't want to use them now. It was just too many bad memories. He hit an undead over the head, making it fall to the ground, and hitting it with the top of the bat for good measure. Making sure every undead is down is important was what his Dad used to say that was until...

Rian, Belle and Marvielle Jackson were strong and they survived a long time. The young man knew that his family would want their big Beau to kick some evil ass and Beau did it for them; never for him.

Martyn Long

" Shit."

Martyn Long was walking across the road to get to a grocery store when a car was driving at top speeds. Where the hell did they get the petrol? He didn't expect anyone to be driving a car these days. At least he could dodge it as his hiking bag was light. It has been 6 days since he went out of the sanctuary of his university and,by the rate he's consuming his food, his supplies won't last him longer than 3 days.

He was a resident of Southern Conglomerate College (SCC) when the Walkers started to.... well come back alive from the dead. That sounds stupid but that is exactly what happened in this messed up world.  The faculty and the school council did a splendid job of establishing a perimeter around the campus's gate and distributing food. The Agricultural students really did a good job on establishing farms within the school. However, there seems to be a general feeling of hopelessness around. Like the Walkers are going to outlast them someday. So Martyn decided to strike it out on the road after nicking a few vital supplies.

He was holding his make-shift soear when the car came by. He stood there for a second a tried rolling out of the way. Unfortunately, his leg was caught under the left tire. He felt an excrutiating pain and heard a horrid crack.

He screamed loudly. @LoneSniper87

Ell smiled and looked over her “It’d be nice to have some company again.” She said nodding. She listened to the girls pitch and laughed “Ooh-er, fancy. I’m just good with hunting’ and bush survival. I used to own a national parklands, people used to come camp up on my land.” She said looking off into the distance and remembering the days where she felt at home.

Suddenly a flash of red in front of her vision, there was someone on the road as she turned off towards a country road “Shit!” She slowed down and swerved around him, then stopped. A man with Red hair was trying to enter atlanta. She rolled down her window and yelled out “Hey! You alright there buddy?” wondering if he’d stop. He looked… weaponless. That was weird. Was this guy a survivor or not? “Are you heading’ into the city without a gun there?” She asked incredulously “Would you like a bodyguard? We’ve got a military girl here with us” She called with a playful grin at Talia. @Daniel reaving @MuffinRPs

Beau saw a girl park and speak to him. An escort would be nice but the last time he trusted someone they ended up dead. He couldn't manage that again. But one of them was military. Surely they could handle themselves. One more wouldn't hurt, right.

He twirled his bat in his hand and continued to debate it in his mind before sighing, "Fine," he said with a stony expression and walked over to them, "No names though. Names lead to attachments which means loyalty which will end up in pain once we all die."

He gave the cold hard truth. Beau knew this world wouldn't last. He just hoped people would try and leave him be. The man was ignorant and he knew it. He also knew that he deserved to be alone but apparently humans actually exist beyond him

"I wouldn't offer our services so willingly Ell." Talia said as she got out immediately shouldering her gun and aiming at him a cold glare on her face as he approached. She knew how to kill that much was obvious and she was ready to to protect her and Ell. "Where are you heading to?" She asked. If he wanted to go to the city talia would have to veto taking him. Might was approaching and I was a death wish to go there at night. When he got over she lowered her rifle most of the way and gave him a rather annoyed look. "That's a dumb way to think about it." She said before looking to Ell and giving her a are we really gonna take him look before she looked back to the man and looked him over

Ell couldn’t help stifle a laugh. “The mistrust in this world today” She muttered under her breath. Ell got out of the car as well and took her tomahawk out from the middle console of her car. She was prepared for if either of them made a move. She leant against her car casually and listened to the idiot speak “Then why the hell don’t you just kill yourself?” She said bluntly staring at him “Why are you still going on. What do you think you’re going to find in the city?” She sighed and shook her head “We’ll camp off the road a little ways down this track for tonight. I can get us food, and clean water. If you decide you actually want to live, feel free to hunt us down but I cannot let you in my car with an attitude like that, what good will you be to me?” Her face was hard now, more like her father and the people of his small town. “Decided before of after we drive off, but give me a name or keep walking.” @Daniel reaving @MuffinRPs

Beau rolled his eyes, "Ugh! Fine! But don't be upset when I eventually die and turn into one of them. The name's Beau okay? The name that most men in my family are called and they're all dead. I didn't want to give you my name because I don't deserve the title of Beau Jackson." He paced whilst speaking, swinging his bat every so often,

"And I'm not gonna just go and kill myself. Even if I hate this world I'm not going to leave my walking corpse to someone else. I'm an asshole. It's the only way anything gets done in this post-apocalyptic wasteland." He looked at the girls, "You asked, I answered, deal with it."

Talia listened to him as she stood near Ell. "Well some ones got there panties in a wad." She said to Ell as a joke about how much of an ass this guy was which caused her to start laughing a little in joy at her joke not caring if this ass got pissed off at her or not as she kept chuckling to her self about her joke.

"Okay Beau! Good to meet you." Ell said simply. He'd done what she'd asked of him, though his outburst was a little childish. There was obviously some bad history there but the twenty seven year old didn't really have time to deal with that, nor was it currently her business. She opened the door to the back seat "So, if you've decided to come with us hop in but I'm going the opposite way you were walking." She left him to decide and got back in the drivers seat.

Once everyone who was coming was inside she started her up again. After moments of defining silence looked over to Talia "What kinda music do you like Talia?" She asked her "I was lucky, theres a bunch of old CDs in the glove compartment on your side there if you'd like to find something. @Daniel reaving @MuffinRPs

Beau hopped in the car, "I don't care where we go. Just not New Jersey," he spoke calmer but still with little emotion. His accent was very prominent. If his father didn't die he'd probably still be in Jersey but he did so getting as far away from Jersey was the best for him. Old memories were never nice especially now when everyone is dying.

He took his bag off his shoulder and put it down before squirting more whipped cream into his mouth. Sure, it could be considered gross but he didn't care. He then put the whipped cream in his bag with his other things and pulled his guitar onto his lap and plucked a few strings.

Rick parked the sedan outside the police starion, got out and entered the abandoned building. He immediately swapped his white shirt and jeans for uniform, fitting the hat on. He grabbed a duffle bag with 'police' written across the sides in bold white. He opened the weapons locker and grabbed R700's, M2 Tactical's, and P99's, as well as ammo for all of that. He took a police cruiser and headed to where Glenn had said Lori and Carl was.

"Really? Is there any rock CDs? Or rap?" She asked ell as she pulled out the case of CDs and started flipping through them and eventually finding an ACDC CD. Sure it wasn't exactly what she was looking for but hell it worked. Quickly she slipped the CD into the little slot on the radio and pressed a couple buttons before the music started to play making her smile

“Bit of old rock n roll I think” She was cut off by the sound of the door opening and closing in the back and looked back to find Beau shooting whipped cream into his mouth and saying something about not wanting to go to New Jersey. Then he pulled out a guitar and quietly started plucking “That’ll be nice by the campfire, if you can play it” Ell told him with a genuine smile. It was a rule of hers, in this world, to enjoy every little moment of happiness she got. Her mother had instilled that into her. She remembered hearing about her life and thinking ‘How on earth did you keep going on’ when she was a kid. Her mother was poor and on the streets growing up in her country. She used to beg for money as a little girl, and her little brother was all she had. He eventually got sick and died but she told ell that because of the fact that she’d cherished every good day, every nice person and every smile on his face, that she had things to hold onto after he was gone.

She turned back to Talia who was excitedly putting in an ACDC CD. “Excellent choice, we’ll get along great. Thought this one might be a little old for your taste” She said with a chuckle. The sweet sweet toll of the bells began to chime as ‘Hells Bells’ began to fill the car. The guitar chimed in a few beats later, then the drums, the bass and finally after the buildup Bon Scott began to sing and so did Ell “I’m rolling thunder and pourin’ rain! I’m com in’ on like a hurricane!” @Daniel reaving @MuffinRPs

Beau instantly recognised the music. He was a rock fan. This was starting to look like a good thing. Ell mentioned his guitar and he hummed in response. She was a lot like his sister; always trying to find a reason to be happy. Now Talia was like her mother; strong, independent and very brave. He could see those things in them but he wouldn't mention it. He wasn't going to show himself more yet. He didn't want to show his pain. He continued to pluck his guitar before quietly playing along to the music.

Talia smiled as they listened to the music. "So where's camp?" She asked Ell with a smile as she unbuckled and relaxed in the seat and sighed. This was strange to have a happy moment in the midst of this horrible world they lived in

Ell was happy. it had been a while. It was hard to be happy in her own company.  There was too much empty space, too much time to dwell and no one to share it with. “Not too far.” She said as she made a sharp turn down a gravel road. She sped up a little, she was going pretty fast now. “Gotta get up some tricky tracks!"

It had been a while since this particular 4wding track had been used, but that didn’t stop the woman from hurtling towards it. The terrain sloped upwards and there were ruts and rocks galore in their way, but Ell was a very good driver especially off road, and she revved the car and bid it to do her will. The sloap got steeper as they travelled upwards with the trees getting ever thicker around them. “Found this track not long ago! Zombies tend to have a hard time getting up it!” She yelled a little over the sound of the engine and the music. The sun was looking like it was getting low in the sky, so it was good they were on the home stretch.

“Hold onto something!” She said as she turned sharply again. There was a huge puddle of mud and slosh ahead, dug up from it having rained a few days ago. She sped up as fast as she could and mud sprayed up all around the car “WOOHOO!” She yelled. They didn’t bog.

After the roller coaster ride of difficult tracks was over, they came to a small, but densely surrounded by trees clearing, which Ell pulled into and stopped the car, and turned it off. “Here we are.” She said “Get out we got a lotta set up.” She jumped out and stretched her arms and legs, happy to be among the trees again “You guys know enough to hunt for firewood?” She asked them “I’ve got to hunt, Theres a whole lotta bunny holes not far from here. She said opening the boot of her car and throwing the rolled up swag on the ground as well as retrieving her bow. @Daniel reaving @MuffinRPs

The bumpy ride barely fazed Beau. His thoughts were practically consuming him. He got out of the car but left everything but his bat there. He climbed up a tree and broke branches off to collect the wood the three of them needed. He got a fairly decent amount and jumped back down and stood by the car. The man glanced to his bag in thought but shook it off and turned away.

After a hot game of tag; Carl sat down around the camp fire holding a deck of cards choosing to play ' Go Fish' before lunch rolled around having a good time with Sophia. " What do you want to do next?" He asked as he shuffled through his hand.

" Maybe frog hunting?" She suggested, staring at her cards, unsure whether to pick the spades or the hearts; they swapped cards with each other. The quarry would be safe with the women going down there to do laundry.

He nodded his head thinking it would be nice and quiet after running around playing tag and hide and seek. " We should sit down in the RV and read comics too," Reading comics is his favorite hobby.

(( Is it okay I NPCed Sophia?))

(I don't mind at all)

Logan walked over to the two kids and crouched down between the two. "Hey Carl, hey Sophia, how you two been?" He asked them, holding out a hand to each of them for a high-five. "I was planning on headin' down to the quarry to go check on Andrea, Carol, and the others, maybe help out. Wanna come with?" He asked, then glanced up at Lori. "Don't worry Mrs. Grimes, they're in good hands!" He yelled across, to which she nodded quietly.

" I'm good I guess." Carl looked at Logan shyly, nodding his head. " We were about to go there anyway." It was a nice day perfect to go frog hunting with Sophia and he got on his feet, helping her up. He stood near the older male.

She's withdrawing; her father was asleep otherwise there would be tension by now. Her gaze went to Carl's blue eyes; they locked gazes. " Maybe we could try and build sand castles?" Maybe he's not up to it, but he didn't protest. He enjoyed Sophia's friendship.

Rick noticed the quarry as he drove down the abandoned highway alone. He pulled up and was surrounded by at least three men with guns, he slowly stepped out, hands up, then a man yelled, "Hold it! That's Rick fucking Grimes!" Shane jogged over and hugged his partner who he had assumed was dead. Logan glanced up and saw the two, "Shane... Rick's here?" He asked. "Rick's back!" He yelled back, to which Logan grinned. Lori came running over and hugged Rick, the two embraced, Lori crying into his shoulder in sheer joy. "Lori... I missed you and Carl so much... I... I was gonna head to Atlanta, then this boy, Glenn stopped me, told me it wasn't safe... He told me to head here..." "Where is Glenn?" Shane asked. "Still out looking for stuff, said he wouldn't come back without food." Rick replied.
