RP area

"It's a police station." He said with a small grin. "The place held maybe over 200 people, and keeping that in mind, most all armed, so no one would think to break in. It is bound to have some food." He said, then motioned for everyone to walk out. "Come on, if y'all got a car I'll lead the way for you guys." He said. @ByTheChesapeake @ThatGuyWithSouvlaki

Ell didn't particularly like going into town. She was comfortable out in the wilderness and hadn't really wanted to make the drive up here. But there were some things she needed if she was gonna keep surviving. A new lighter was one: And possibly a second packet of fire starters. Ell had parked not far off the town and was now walking the rest of the way. She came across a fountain in the middle of the square and then chose a house to begin with. There was currently no movement around her, which was good.


Ell made her way over to a fairly nice looking house but then stopped dead. "Shit..." She muttered hearing a very loud CRASH of metal on metal. Investigating Ell got closer to the direction of the sound, that was until she heard the dull thudding sounds of silenced gunshots and the yell of a young woman. Ell turned and ran, heading straight for where she'd left her car. She could always stay and try her luck at helping the girl who had just now come into her line of site running from at least 15 zombies, but she didn't want to get close, and she only had five arrows left. 


It'd be a much better idea to pull up in a vehicle and whisk the pretty damsel away to safety. (More flashy too.) Plus, Ell really didn't want to shoot any more arrows that she wouldn't have time to go and retrieve. 


Her feet pounded against the sidewalk as she turned down another street and finally found it parked strategically in a mess of other broken down vehicles so that no one would bother checking it out. She definitely missed her old Prado as she hopped into the little 2009 Suzuki Jimny, but at least she'd scored another off roader. this had been a recent find for her. She started her up and drove back towards the last sighting of that girl. Eloise rolled down her windows as she drove into the small horde barging them into a wall. She yelled to the girl who was still running. "Hope you'll do me a solid and wipe this blood off my car later. Hop in!"

Victoria remained silent uncertain if she should take part with these two. She lliked to keep on her own and not having to worry about other. However her food problems still remained and part of her didnt feel right leaving the two of them behind. especially one who ad been recently injured. "I dont have vehicle but i have some medical supplies and know how to use them if we need them."
 
The silver haired beauty wasted no time in jumping in the car. The girl immediately fired back a response as she hopped into the passenger seat. Ell didn’t have time to respond as the zombies who hadn’t exploded on impact were now truing to free themselves and climb towards the windscreen. Ell put the car into reverse and slammed on the accelerator, the zombies flew every which way and Eloise drove straight on past them. 


This was actually a little annoying now that she thought about it. She hadn’t managed to scavenge at all yet, and in order to lose these things they’d probably want to leave the area. But there was no way they were catching up to a car any time soon. 


Once they were driving at a steady pace Eloise relaxed and looked over at the lady she’d rescued “Close shave there. Names Eloise.” She said with a neutral expression then waited to hear the other womans name “By the way, got a lighter by any chance?”

Talia sighed and slumped into the seat still breathing heavily as sweat beat over her body as she looked at her and smiled. "Talia." She said to her with a smile before she nodded and reached into a small pouch on her tactical vest and pulled out a cool zippo lighter. "Yeah I got my dads old lighter." She said to her as she relaxed in the seat sighing in relief as she looked out the window. "So why did you save me? Most people would have just left me for dead unless they were guys wanting to rape me." She said in a soft chuckle to her as she looked over to the girl and looked her over before sighing and relaxing again
 
Police station and medicines would be good.  Maybe he wouldn't leave this run empty handed after all.  Even if the camp might be a bit annoyed he brought two more people back, they couldn't deny food and medicine.  This was actually starting to work out for him.


"Yeah, sure."  Okay, so he might not have had a car with gas at the moment, but he was sure he could find one that could be hot wired easily enough.  He wouldn't worry about his other car.  There were enough bad memories associated with that car that it was probably best if he just went for a whole new car.  It shouldn't be hard to find a different car in the suburbs anyway.  "Follow me."


He started walking out, making sure to grab the tire iron out of living room where he left it.  He walked outside, looking back to make sure the other's were following him.  Once both of them were out, he looked at them.  "We just need to find an unlocked car, or one with a decent amount of gas in the tank."

Rick before he left snagged the spare keys from his neighbors key rack, turning them in his hand, finger in the key loop. "The Garryson's left there car, it probably has some fuel in it." He said as he walked to a 90's Buick. He unlocked the driver-side door and started the car, the engine slowly humming to life, Rick leaned out the open car door. "Half tank, get enough to fill the car up and we will have plenty to spare." He said, turning off the engine for now. He stayed sitting in the driver side, unfolding a picture of him, Lori and Carl in a family photo. He smiled and put the photo away, happy at the prospect of his family still alive. @ThatGuyWithSouvlaki @ByTheChesapeake
 
Ell smiled "Great, if you wouldn't mind I'd love to borrow it tonight. I usually camp out of town where theres less off them, and move when the big hordes come in." She smiled at her question. She hadn't really thought to much about it, it just seemed natural to her to try and protect her fellow human being. Although she knew that mentality was a little weird these days and she probably should be a little more careful. Maybe it was also because she was getting real sick of having no one to talk to.  "Well, because Its been only me out here for a while now... and I think I'm starting to hear voices" She laughed "Just kidding." She left it at that. She paused for a long while, wondering what to say next. Had she really lost all her social skills already? She supposed she didn't have many to begin with. Not like her mother. "So um, do you have a group anywhere or are you on your own?" She asked, hoping that wasn't a suspicious question. @Daniel reaving
 
Victoria remained silent and followed her into the car and got into one of the back passenger seat. She wasn't sure exactly if the sheriff would really find his family or that they would last long like hers. She looked down at her lap sadly at the memory of her family before trying to get his mind of the thought. She placed her pack on her lap and opened it taking a few syringes and putting them in her pocket,just in case. She also checked her pistol magazine, insuring it was full.
 
Beth looked frantically around never letting her guard down, not giving the chance for the monsters to get the jump on her. She heard sounds from the woods around her, were they there or was her mind playing tricks on her. The sound of twigs breaking in a direction she couldn't pin point, she took a sharp turn and what she saw next wasn't one of those things but a man....and with a a gun. 
Beth put her arms out in front of her, hoping he would have mercy on her.

Logan watched the girl stop in her tracks and raise her hands, "Are you alone?" He asked, keeping the gun raised. He watched for any walkers that might've tailed her, "Long ways away from family, are we? Well don't worry, most of us are the same here, come with us and we can keep you safe." He said in a reassuring tone, slowly holstering his M9. @HarleyPuddin

"Maybe. Why don't you just stay in a house that wasn't broken into?" She asked before giving her a curious look at her question." Been alone ever since it all happened." She said to her with a smile as she looked out the window. "I heard there was some sort of group outside the city somewhere but I don't know if there nice or not." She told her 
 
Beth watched him carefully, quickly looking behing her every so often. "Um I uh..." She wiped away tears from her eyes. "Yes I am alone..." Could she trust this man, what if he was lying and was just trying to lure her in. But she didn't really have a choice right now, she decided trust him, but if she saw anything suspicious, she was gone.  Maybe Maggie or Daddy were here.
Beth walked towards him slowly and cautiously, keeping her eyes on him. "How many people you got here?"

"Somewhere between 10 and 15, I haven't really counted heads." He said, noticing the girls cautious trust. He motioned for her to follow and he jogged off toward camp, trusting the girl wouldn't try and kill him. @HarleyPuddin
 
Beth nodded slightly, trailing him slowly, never taking her eyes off him. 
"Have you found anyone else recently or just me?" She asked loud enough for him to hear.  
 
"First in a week or so, miss." He said, as they haven't found anyone in thier secluded spot by an old quarry. "Where,you comin' from?" He asked, relaxing as he got closer to camp, hearing the normal bustle faint in the distance. Glenn should be back soon, so then the whole group would be there to meet this new Lady. "What's your name?" He asked, taking off his helmet, the strap hooking his neck and covering the back of his neck, he kept e cloth covering his mouth and nose up. @HarleyPuddin
 
Eloise shrugged "Feel more comfortable in the middle of nowhere than in town I guess." she said in answer to her question. She found out this woman had also been alone though all so far "Yeah I've met some bad ones. I did have some people when it first began, but... you know." her face fell a little at that but she pushed down the feelings like her father would have and put on a brave face. "Anyway, if you say theres a camp maybe we ought to check it out tomorrow... safety in numbers and all." Tonight she would quite like to go back to her camp, hopefully not run into anyone else. There were some good rabbits around where she made her setup last time, if she could catch one or two they'd be eating good.

Beth fought back more tears when she heard she was the only one weeks. Her family wasn't here, she snapped back into reality when he spoke again. 


"I er... I came from my farm...it burned down." She looked around at the camp. The people bustled around doing chores and whatnot. It was as if he world wasn't a mess outside.


"Oh my name is Beth" She looked over at him. "Beth Greene" 


Beth shuffled her feet around nervously. Hopefully she would be allowed to stay here.

"Hey Dale!" Logan yelled as he entered the camp, walking toward the RV. He watched as Dale stepped down, climbing down the ladder to the RV roof. "This is Beth, I found her in the woods nearby, know where Shane is?" He asked, "i think he went out hunting," Dale replied as he took off his hat wiping his blading head. "Ok, oh and make sure everyone watches for walkers." He said, to which Dale nodded and went back up to the RV roof. Logan then motioned for Beth to follow him. He walked to his SUV, pulled up the trunk and sat in the back area, where he pulled down his cloth. "Sit." He said, patting the area next to him. "You outta be tired frim running all the way here. Well I'm Logan, one of the leaders I guess you could say. Then we have Shane, he was a cop. And Dale, he owns the RV, nice man." He said. "I worked with Shane and our buddy Rick a few times, but he had different departments, so we didn't talk much on the job. So then when this hit full force, I called up Shane, he told me Rick is still in the hospital, he had Rick's wife and son and told me to me meet him in Atlanta. That turned out to be worse, so we and a few others set up, and here we are." He finished. @HarleyPuddin
 
Beth followed quietly looking around at the people. She walked to the SUV and sat cautiously, she looked around the car and then at the man when he spoke. Beth listened to him, but wasn't sure what to reply. 


"Oh I see" She fiddled with her hair. "So um I can stay here?"


Seemed like there were a bunch of people here to get used to. 


"I can help out, I won't be any trouble" 
 
"I'm perfectly ok with it. My job is to protect and serve, right? These days if you ain't ten feet in frint of me how can I protect you?" He said with a grin, "No need to go off and help yet, take a few days, relax, regain some strength, meet everyone, and get situated." He told her, he then laid back into the cargo area, his legs dangling from the trunk. 'Some of 'em are out doing things now, but they will be back soon." He told Beth. @HarleyPuddin
 
Beth nodded and looked down at her hands. "Thank you" She gave him a small smile and got out the car. She was about to walk away when she stopped "Oh where am I gonna sleep?" That seemed pretty important to ask if she was going to stay here.
