The mob is country known ok, as your guy could know the first in command, me being second, I do most of the work and basically get no camera time, I'm not some ground mob, I plan attacks not participate in them, though I used to be a ground mob , those days are a few years behind my character.

Well in reality the FBI and CIA would have anyone affiliated with the Mob on their radar
 
Well fist of all if they had everyone in a country wide mob on their radar, then it would be busted. Second of all, knowing the leader and Co leader is special agent type information.

Exactly, undercover operations, stings, etc... It takes time to get warents to arrest a whole mob, especially if the mob is big, the cops can take the head out, but then someone else will take his place, and so on and so forth.

@_Misguided Neko_ If you see any identifying tattoos or symbolism relating to the criminal underworld/specific gang, and @CabalAnomicPotato calls this out in his physical description for you to recognise then I can accept you knowing who he is. But gangs are a lot more complicated than having all their mugshots on a database, even secret agents. Anyway, I thought you were a police officer >->

Correction, we aren't some petty gang, we are a country wide mob ok, we control gangs, we bribe officials, the whole shabang. We have no identifying symbol or anything, we just keep connected.

Richard is a cop. SWAT team member. That's how he knows. But i won't call on criminal stuff anymore then...
