It is amazing how one little mess up can change your life forever, or end it. The only saving grace was that some of us were given a second chance. A chance to go back and see what we did wrong, try to fix it. We aren't told what we did wrong and while we are allowed to go back to observe our lives before, we only have minimal influence on the world that can no longer see us. The time we are given is limitless, but if you cannot fix what went wrong, you must either find peace or be stuck forever.
RULES:

For phantoms:
You can only move backwards in time.
Minimal influence means that you can only move small objects and effect electronic devices. Otherwise you will only feel like a cold breeze to anybody.
You can speak to other phantoms.
Animals can see and sense you.
For the rest:
There are very few who can see people who are phantoms and communicate with them.
If you find out about them and truly believe they exist. You cannot directly tell them what they did wrong, they have to figure it out on their own.
You do have the power to make them leave, but keep in mind. It will be very painful for them and they will never be able to move on.
