Can someone do me a favour and give me a quick summary of how to character app? I'm talking about the weapon damage and stuff.

Just make the damage seem reasonable along with the weapon. Like a dagger would do less damage than a sword would.

I was rereading the first post in IC rping when I came upon the sentence which reads "The relics of the Dead Age are now lost, forgotten by most, except for one." and it gave me an idea, what if nations could sacrifice a certain number of points in the mechanics section for the kingdom to possess a relic of the Dead Age? It could be an item or whatever of awesome power, possibly explained with the whole positives and negatives thing like the capitol. This could be entirely optional, or not, just something I thought of that might be cool.

That does sound cool indeed. I think I will hide the relics throughout, and main characters of respective nations will know legends about them. (You can decide what the object is, if it matches your kingdom.) But it will take a long time to find your epic item because you will have to quest for it, adding a certain aspect of DnD into the mix.


 
When (if) you go questing for the items, invite friends over if you want to. They can always join in on the adventure.

Why does everyone have such large amounts of land yet small population? It seems pointless if you ask me, they'd lack the people to make the land worth while. Guess I'll be needing to expand some time soon to farm for people. Ohh and about posts, @Rand you've got my people in your city and you've completely over looked them. Reply to that or post something about people somewhere else..

The people in my city didn't really seem like important people. No major characters, so I just assumed it went on without any problems.

They searched for Lord Camden. I'm going to assume you didn't read the full thing because of that. Also, there's no such thing as unimportant people when it comes to politics. Everyone's capable of starting upheaval.

Yeah you can join. One of the people who recently joined is still deciding on their borders. If you want, you can just join as a single character to start off. You can ask one of the owners of a nation if you can join their nation as a high-ranking general, or a merchant, or something like that if you want.
