Hey, Rand. I don't have a computer to mark my territory for my nation, atm, but I wanted to tell you that Kesca lies beneath the seas to the west.


Also, do I need to create nobles and vips separate from my lord and @Amanda Rose's lady? Or are those provided by other players?

You can make other characters if you want, but you do not have to. Other players are allowed to make characters within your nation, but they should ask you first. And you can always ask people to come make characters if you don't want to create and manage too many.
