Cam falls to the floor with a thud. He then sighs to himself, almost as if he had just lost at a video game. "I still never got your name." He says in a slightly annoyed voice as he gets to his feet, his eyes directed towards the man.

Catherine stands up and dusts herself off, she coughs up blood "seriously bird? I haven't done anything to you. Please just let me pass?" Catherine makes herself look small and non-threatening

The Phoenix screeched again, as if it understood her words. It's answer would be 'no.'

"Riven.." He mutters to himself, the name ringing a faint bell in his head. He looks back up, "Why are you here then?"

"That's not important. What's important is that you're getting your ass kicked, is it not?"

Catherine sighs as if understanding the screech. She was in way over her head, she didn't know how to use these threads Aura talked about and she still felt heavy from the drugs they gave her during surgery. She opens the bag and pulls out a small music device, she plugs a pair of headphones into it and turns the music up to full and puts them on her head. The loud beat of the drumstep could be heard and she grinned, whenever she listened to music she felt quicker and more fluid. She draws her sword and runs toward the phoenix

Sadly, music doesn't actually make people better at fighting, it just gives the feeling of being a badass. The Phoenix easily snatched her and threw her at the gate again. It didn't look too amused anymore.

Catherine hits the gate and grunts, the pain searing through her back. The music continued to blast through the headphones, she hits the ground and slowly stands up "I thought birds were supposed to be beautiful creatures...you look like a pterodactyl fucked a turkey." Catherine had come to the conclusion the bird could understand human speech and tried to annoy it. Even the most sharp of minds would make mistakes if annoyed enough.

Aura was nothing more than a blur as he burst from the front doors of the bace and grabbed Catherine. He swiftly turned and darted back inside, slamming the door shut and setting Catherine back on the ground gently.

"Somewhat..." He pauses, "Why would you care about appearance anyways?" He questions, now a bit more curious.

"Doesn't every father want their son to grow up to be like them?"

Phoenix was sad after it lost it's toy, and clawed at the door longingly. It just wanted to play...

Asilia silently formed a dagger in her hands while he was distracted and snuck up behind him, bringing the knife down, trying to stab his core from behind.

Riven spun around and kicked Asilia in the throat. Threads held her against a wall, Riven didn't quite want to harm a pregnant lady more than he already had.

Catherine groans "I had it where I wanted it...Almost" the music continues to blast through her headphone, she stands uo and cracks her back and neck before falling onto Aura "sorry...head spinning" she shakes her head and sees she's leaning on Aura and jumps back before checking her bag. Nothing was broken luckily

"Depends." He mutters silently to the man, his eyes still wide open.

Riven went back to his conversation with the nice man. "Depends on what?"

Asilia coughed and choked as she was hit in the throat, and was gasping for breath as she was pinned to the wall

Catherine shrugs as she turns around "I think I'm gonna go shower actually...if you need me I'll be on my squad's floor" she begins walking away. Music still blaring.

Cam had saw it coming, and in an instant sent a small, needle thread directly into his ear. The small thread was extremely fast, too fast to be stopped.

Riven tried to stop it, but ended up deterring it with his Threads. It went flying into the wall beside Asilia. "Now, now, it was self defense. Don't get angry at me," he complained, crossing his arms.
