Fantasy Reaper: Reboot

"Using nothing but raw sword skills I would asume we are on even grounds.... unless you are not so confident in your own skills?" Aura asked. Anyone with as much pride as she would go for that bait. Sadly he couldn't use his threads much so if he was actualy on her level right now. He hated that. In truth she was more protected than he at the moment his coat was made from his old threads, yet her clothes were made from his new, reinforced threads.

"You really wanna fight me huh?" She doesn't turn to face him "why? Can't you see that I'm in no condition to fight? I'm on the brink of emaciation due to the fact my last meal was weeks ago." She grips her sword "what do you get out of this? Are you building a harem?" She chuckles at her joke

Aura genuinely laughed. "That's a good one. Your not far off. I'm gathering good fighters that I can make into legends. Sonething bad is comming, and I want to actualy save those who are worthy of saving. Also, it is uncommon for me to meet someone of royal blood who isn't from my family." Aura said. "And what I get out of this is well trained warriors who will help me rid this world of both reapers, and the ones who made them."

Catherine sighs "Can I have time to think about it at least?" She rocks on her heels "if you want I can give back the fancy clothes"

"Why would you want to give me your clothes? I can't wear them." Aura said with a chuckle. "Turn around and go down this hall. After that take a left and go threw the double doors on your right. You will end up in the mess hall. Eat, think it over. Get back to me. Be careful.... Project Harbinger is on the prowl......"

Catherine shrugs and walks to the mess hall, she walks in and sighs "and I thought dad's "government job" was secretive and confusing" she shrugs and grabs food, within seconds it is gone and she sighs with relief as her stomach is filled. She then uses her fork to prod small pieces left over. Catherine wasn't really one for leaping into a decision but this "Harbinger" didn't sound like a fun thing. On the other hand the guy from the medbay didn't seem too friendly. Catherine looks at the ceiling and begins to think about the time before all of this madness and she begins to sing.

"Summer in the hills

those hazy days I do remember

we were running still

had the whole world at our feet

watching seasons change

our roads were lined with adventure

mountains in the way

couldn’t keep us from the sea

here we stand open arms

this is home where we are

ever strong in the world that we made

I still hear you in the breeze

see your shadows in the trees

holding on, memories never change"

Her song ends and she wipes a tear from her eye. She didn't normally have time to think about the past but this new place was safe as far as she could tell so she wouldn't have to worry about being killed while she reminisced

Lilith was practically fuming, but on the outside she looked peaceful and calm.

That bitch, how dare she reject him? He offers her everything...how dare she? I'll kill her...

She smiled passively to Aura. "She seemed fairly adamant in her refusal." She said idly, nibbling her bottom lip.

@Aurath Moonblood

"She will come around. I'm sure of it. We need her. She has a strong will." Aura said softly. "But we need more than just her."

Leah was walking the halls in her dull, socially transparent fashion, though a bit stiffly if one cared to look for more than a second. She had treated her own sounds with gauze bandaging stolen from the medbay, and was stubbornly ignoring the wounds otherwise. By now though, only the deeper cuts and heavier bruises remained, and the ones on her face she easily hid by manipulating her black, tangly hair in a specific way that was complemented by gravity. The technique was called staring at her feet.

The hallway Leah was strolling purposelessly down belonged to the first floor of Weave's main building, on the
opposite side of the map to where the medbay was. Inside her head, she was singing an old song she once had heard. It allegedly was written long before the reapers were probably so much as created, and it sounded a dated to her.

People don't make music like they used to, in her opinion. The thought came to Leah along with a smile as she muttered the chorus under her breath,
'You say goodbye, but I say hello! Hello, hello...'

Her voice trailed away and her smile fell like melted wax as she forgot the lyrics that wove the verses. The events of the medbay began prodding at her mind again, pouncing on the break in the armour of distraction.

(I hope you all know what song that was. :3

Also, anyone that's bored, feel free to appear. I'm bored too. What a coincidence!)

Lilith nods faintly, "Indeed." She watched those around them carefully. "Maybe...her?" She gestured to a girl who was wandering and singing.

Catherine wakes up, her head resting on her arms, she must have fallen asleep. How careless of her to fall asleep in such an open place. Even though she felt safe and secure in Weave her survival instincts were still active as if trying to tell her somethibg wasn't right. She looked down at the clothes Aura had given her and saw the shine of her drool on the black threads. So these people have the same powers as those things? Does that mean I have those powers too? (Bold means it's in her head)

Catherine bit her lip, deep in thought once again. Maybe she could just leave this place and forget the surgery and the addition of the core to her body. She chuckled to herself, they wouldn't just let her leave. Her thoughts raced from the past to the present and back again and she didn't know what to do, would she accept Aura's offer and join him? He did say he controlled the Reapers so he'd be a strong ally and even though she thought that Catherine couldn't help but mistrust him power corrupts people and sends them crazy, some people are crazy enough that they appear calm and composed like him. She shook her head, that was enough thinking for now, if she was left to her thoughts long enough she would be reluctant to talk to anyone else.

Catherine stands up and walks out of the mess half and walks back the way she came, she sees a strange girl wrapped in bandages.
Asilia sank to the ground crying with her hands still clamped over her mouth as she stared In horror at Riven. She wispered one word with a shaky weak voice. "H...Har..b..b..bi...nger "
(Guess who's back! And a day earlier than planned) Riven gave Asilia a grin before unexpectedly slamming his foot into Cam's chest, sending him flying.
Outside, Isaac watched the Phoenix circle the base over and over again. He was slowly starting to think maybe talking to Aaron would be best. He let out a sigh, frowning, and crossed his arms. With that, his mind was made, and he entered the base silently. He wasn't impressed with the gray sofas, to say the least, and made his way through the halls to find Scourge.

"Agh!" Cam grunt as he was kicked. He flew until he eventually made an impact on the floor, sliding for a moment before slowly getting back up to his feet. His mind was too active to think, and he instantly sent a bolt of bright fire threads towards the man, the strings of fire aimed towards his face.

Asilia watched in horror as cam fell to the floor. Had the Harbinger come to kill her? Her and the child? Or was he here to kill everyone?

Lilith perked up, and in less than a second, was gone from under Aura's coat. Something was wrong, and it made the hairs on the back of her neck stand up straight. She darted through the halls, pink pigtails whipping behind her. She came upon a man, silent as night, walking through the halls.

"Looking for something?" Lilith asked softly.

Leah knew there were people near her, she could hear them, she just ignored them. At least, she continued to sing the song in her head to try to do so, but their presence was almost nagging. A nagging in such a fashion where one knows there's a suspicious character following them in a store or some place, but doesn't want to care.

After a few moments, the black-haired weaver couldn't help but avert her gaze from the ground to at least see who was there.

Oh, there were three people, not just two? She had only heard two voices. She sent the thought off with a shrug and averted her gaze again to the ground, but it snapped back up again at the sound of rapid footsteps running off. What was so urgent that that girl bolted off in such a hurry..?

Catherine shakes her head and turned down a corridor. She didn't want to talk to Aura right now and instead looked for an exit, fresh air would do her some good and she'd dropped her bag in some nearby bushes, she didn't want these new people stealing them the second she walked through the door so she hid them until she knew who she was dealing with.

A fortified barrier of Riven's Threads appeared, blocking Cam's attack with ease. The barrier moved forward once the fire was gone and slammed into Cam.

Isaac looked at the girl distantly, scowling for a moment before an idea reared its head within his mind. "Yes, I can't seem to find Scourge's office. Do you know where it is?" Isaac gave his friendliest smile, hoping she'd lead her straight to his target.

The Phoenix quickly noticed the girl, and swooped down. It ended up flying directly over her, and the gust from it's wings forced her to the ground. It screeched loudly, turning around and flying back to attack. It moved surprisingly quick, and just it's intimidating eyes would have even the strongest Weavers shaking.

Time seemed to slow down for Cam as the wall forced him back onto the ground. The unknown individual was surprisingly powerful, which only further proved Cam's point that he was an unwanted guest. Immediately after the barrier hit him, Cam sent two small threads, one from each hand, to each side of the walls in the hallway. In an instant, he pulled himself forward, his feet moving quickly and directed right towards the man's face.

Catherine yells as she falls, she scrambles back to her feet and makes a break for the bush "DAMN IT! DON'T DENY ME MY PRE-DISASTER TREASURES!!!" she grabs the bag and begins running back to the building

Riven reacted in perfect time, grabbing Cam by the ankle and snapping it with the other. He stepped aside, letting Cam fall to the floor again. He looked pretty amused, but he wanted someone stronger.

The Phoenix grabbed her by the back of her jacket at the last second, throwing her towards the wall. It landed infront of the entrance, and glared at her. It waited a moment for her to stand, now it was only playing with her. It screeched loudly, the sound waves making part of the wall crumble and the ground beneath the girl shake.
