The reason Kryotic couldn't use his mind affecting ability of fear on Damen is because Damen's gift gives him resistance to mind affecting abilities, he has perception of the physical, and mental worlds so even if Kryotic could try and make Damen experience fear it wouldn't work because Damen's mind would be be able to differentiate his emotions and what was being forced on him. But that's just ONE thing he's resistant to and that isn't OP. >
