Sir Skrubbins
The Dude
The brothers acknowledged Cinder and her crew with a slight smile. How nice of them to not only agree to take them, but to take this small family, too! Mario and Luigi acknowledged Mark's explanation about his son with a thoughtful, slow nod. They would have said more, but Cinder, Mercury and Emerald began to get moving- which was fair enough. They had kept them standing around for far too long. After the pleasantries between everybody were exchanged, Cinder lead them to the docks, and they came face-to-face with what they would assume is what they were calling a "Bullhead"- certainly not like the airships they've seen back home. It was smaller, sure, but it looked like it belonged in a science-fiction novel; it seemed to have two enormous jet engines on both sides pointing downwards, attached to an impressively sleek and rather cool-looking chassis. They should pitch this idea to the Princess when they get back home! Imagine seeing these flying over the Kingdom's skies! Bowser wouldn't stand a chance.
Suddenly, the side of the aircraft opened with a hiss, startling the brothers to a certain degree. Inside, they could see that they hadn't exactly put a whole lot of the budget into decoration. Fair enough- it's a transport aircraft, not a hotel, but they couldn't shake the ominous feeling it gave off. At least it had cushioned seats and windows. The brothers jogged up the steps and took their seats as they waited for the others to board.
"Alrighty! To Amity Coliseum!" Mario commented. He kicked back, seizing the opportunity to relax. Luigi tried to make himself comfortable, but he was frantically searching for a seatbelt of some kind. Clearly, he hadn't been in anything like this before.
