The Pun Tyrant
Panic and freeze. Probably would want to stop the guy (depends on the circumstances under which I became an accomplice) but unable to act because of the risk. Like if we're in a car chase if I get in his way there's a good chance we'll get ourselves and potentially other people in a car accident.
