Kana paused for a moment before flickering her auburn eyes back to Tsubaki. The side of her mouth had now been tugged upwards in the sightest at the chirpy tone from the other girl, and it eased her worrying thoughts the slightest. Maybe it would be best just to play along for now... Continue this little thing going on until they both had to go their separate ways. That sounded nice... It wouldn't put Tsubaki in trouble either. "Mm... Sure." The girl placed the cup in her hands back onto the solid surface of the table and leaned back into her chair. Just then, something caught her peripheral vision. Something white... It didn't really intrigue her though, so she was about to dismiss it as a scarf until a sickeningly familiar voice spoke. Immediately, Kana's eyes widened in horror. Not from its words though; the presence of it and another magical girl so close is what panicked her.


Swiftly, she rose from her seat with an apologetic smile. "Sorry. I gotta sort something out. It'll only take a moment though." Not bothering to wait for a response, the auburn haired female went over to where Yui and Kyubey were situated. Making sure her back was to Tsubaki, the girl's cold act was back and stronger than ever. "You." Pointing a finger at Yui, the girl's eyes grew hard and her lips curled into a snarl. "I don't know who the heck you are, but I know what you do. So, unless you want a fight, you take that thing with you and scram out of this place." Kana leaned forward towards the other and narrowed her eyes into slits. "Do you understand me?"

Kubey turned and tiled his head as if confused by Kana's words " I am having a conversation with and active magical girl Kana, Yui has already killed three yoma this day and saved many humans " Kuybey said leaving out a detail here to there " And if you are going to claim this area as yours I suggest you take up that claim with Katja " it said assuming this was a territory thing humans were animals like that.

 

[Leaf Fi]

Kana turned her glare to Kyubey. "This isn't an area issue. I couldn't give a damn if she owned the whole bloody country. All I want is her out of this place. Right now." She snapped. They didn't need to know the reason why; it felt like it would put Tsubaki in some sort of tricky situation. And yes, while the white haired girl was still a stranger, it didn't mean that Kana was going to let her walk into a contract with Kyubey unknowingly. Call it a protective urge, if you will. "So," turning her head back to Yui, she raised a brow. "Are we gonna have a problem or not?"

" We can once our business is complete, I believe you humans would call this a public space, and if not you do not own this place so Yui has every right to be here." Kuybey said tilting to look over at the girl Kana had been talking to before looking back to Kana " Now are you going to let us talk or are you going to make a scene while talking to an imaginary animal ?" Kuybey asked tilting its head towards a mind who had his phone out.

Tsubaki nodded, pouring fresh tea into Kana's cup. Her eyes snapped up as the girl quickly stood. She could only blink before her acquaintance had moved over to another table. Do they know each other? Tsubaki wondered as she placed the teapot back on the warmer. No, Kana's eyes weren't focused on the teen sitting at the table. Her scarlet eyes narrowed slightly as she tried to spot what Kana seemed to be arguing with. But there was nothing there. Strange . . . She took another sip of the warm tea.

Out of the corner of her eye, Nagisa saw another girl get up and started yelling at...nothing? Well, there was another girl there, but she wasn't the target of the other girl's gaze. She watched curiously as she sipped her own cup of tea, trying to figure out in her mind what on earth was going on.

 

[Lil Shirou]

" For one your arguing with an invisible cat. So now you look crazy yelling. I am not the girl you should be yelling at unless you want a slow painful death." say yui in an cold icy voice as she drinks some tea and leaves.

 

[Komaeda]

Invisible animal? What on earth are they talking about? Nagisa wondered, watching the other girl leave. At this point it was hard to ignore them and wondered what this "invisible animal" was. Maybe a unicorn? Or a flying kitsune! No, she shook the thought out of her mind and stood up to leave. On her way there she noticed the ground shake a little. Not enough to damage anything but enough for everyone to notice, and enough for anyone standing to lose their balance. She stopped and looked around. "What was that?!"

Slowly, the auburn haired girl's hands curled into fists as Kyubey spoke once more. That goddamn fucker was making fun of her! Oooh how she'd love to punch that stupid thing right in the face... Exhaling deeply to calm herself down, Kana took a step backwards, maintaining her icy gaze on the silent magical girl in front of her. Then, all of the sudden, she was silent no more. Although, considering the words that had dropped from her lips, it probably would have just been better if she kept quiet. Kana found them to be a waste of breath to be quite honest. Then again, threats of death didn't faze her since her band mates began to throw them around before their deaths. Before she could throw a smartass comment back the other had left, leaving her alone with Kyubey. "... That girl killed three yoma on her own?" She muttered softly in disbelief to the white creature. "Seems unlikely." Rolling her eyes, Kana began to walk back to Tsubaki, but on the way the ground began to tremble abs shake, causing her to lose her balance and fall on her knees. "Shit!" Hissing with a groan, she glanced towards Tsubaki. Her mouth opened to question the girl if she was okay, but before she could, some other girl began to question what was happening. "It's probably just an earthquake, idiot. We live in Japan, they're to be expected." Kana called out with another roll of her eyes. "It'll probably die down soon."

Kuybey hopped down seemingly unaffected by the tremor " She did help kill three Yoma, though it was Katja who took two of them, i am sure she would have been fine without the help though " it said " Though i believe that i must thanks you because if not for your interruption i would not have found more girls of interest, so thank you Kana" it said before scampering away.

 

[Komaeda]

"Hey I'm not an idiot! I'm not used to it actually!" Nagisa countered. She probably hadn't lived here as long as anyone else in the room. "Plus it's still startling!" She stood up and offered a hand to pull the other girl up.

 

[Leaf Fi]

'H-helped?!' Oh no... Kana's eyes widened in a mix of horror and terror. Goddammit! All she wanted to do was save one girl and had doomed several. Great. Just. Fucking. Great. Unfortunately, Kyubey had vanished without another word, and boy did it make her feel sick. Oh man... She could only pray he was going after Yui... The white haired girl from before began yelling once more as she got to her feet, and it snatched Kana out from her slight daze. Next thing she knew, her hand was in front of her face to help her upwards. "Eh?" Staring at it for a second, the girl shook her head and quickly took it to pull herself up from the ground. 'First tea on my shirt... Now falling on my ass... What's gonna be next? Knocking myself out?' She grumbled internally. "Uh, thanks? I guess?" The auburn haired girl muttered as she released Nagisa's hand.

"Hey, it's no problem!" Nagisa grinned. "Just trying to help. Hey, what's your name?" She asked. "I'm Nagisa."

 

[Karcen]

Katja had gone on patrol after cleaning her soul gem and a little visit from Kuybey to collect the seed as was his duty, well one of his duties. Katja's duty was to fulfill the contract she had made that being to fight the Yoma everyone one she could find she needed to kill this of course lead to her having a small supply of seeds at home as just about any active magical girl would have thanks to the Yoma dropping more than one seed.


It was this duty that lead Katja to her current predicament, fighting a very large Yoma. This Yoma was several stories high and walked on what looked like thousands of arms while its torso towered up like a humans, but it was covered in eyes and mouths , it did not have true arms instead it had grasping tendrils that lashed out, where its head should be was just a neck stump which constantly ejected halos of blue fire around a bronze mask that shifted expression to display emotions.


To fight this monster Katja had brought out Oberon and Beowulf, the dual wielding servant and the black armored servant. This Yoma was apparently very old for a Yoma and likely had a magical girl kill of two under its belt as even with her servants this one battle was tough she had been pushing the Yoma back for nearly thirty minutes and yet it still seemed fine. She inflected wounds and cut off limbs but it always seemed to have more any wounds on its body seemed to heal. Katja actually would want this Yoma as a servant if she could want though her logic dictated it would make a good servant.


The Yoma's size and the fact Katja had found it just after it had fed meant that it was still somewhat in reality so while it didn't break anything when it fell it created tremors. Still progress being made by Katja and her servants.

 

[KageYuuki]

Tsubaki was caught slightly off guard by the sudden tremors. "Been awhile since we've last had an earthquake." She muttered. Thankfully it didn't seem too bad and should end before long. She started to stand when Kana stumbled and fell, but saw someone beat her to helping the girl up. She instead moved to stop the teapot from falling over and dumping tea everywhere. "I swear these things pick the worst times to show up."

[Komaeda]

"Mhmm. I've only lived here about 3 weeks and this is the second time something like this happened." Nagisa put a finger to her chin and spoke. "I wonder why that is."

 

[Lil Shirou]

As Yui leaves the tea shop she feels the earthquake and the ominous feeling after. " great another Yoma attack it feels like a block over from here" thinks Yui as she runs towards the source of her. Yui gets there and see the same girl from earlier with.her creature summons.

[Karcen]

Katja and her servants worked on fighting the Yoma while it light look like a stalemate as it had been for the entire time but Katja was slowly peeling away its offensive abilities. her servants had endured well one using armor the other dodging the attacks while they slashed, but that was a distraction in truth the real force was Katja herself she cut away tendril after tendril. Katja had no direct attacks instead she used her rifts to attack and relied on her servants making her both weaker and stronger than other magical girls.

Tsubaki frowned, the tremors would stop for a moment before giving another short burst. "This really isn't like any earthquake I've felt before." Her scarlet eyes moved up towards Kana and Nagisa. "At least they really aren't that bad . . ."

 

[Lil Shirou]

Yui quickly transforms to her magical girl form after witnessing the battle progress. " hey you I go plan to stop the regeneration factor. If you can attack with a heavy hitter after that be great" says yui as she charges ahead freezing one of arms that was just cut in half. Yui freezes the cell membranes destroying it. " if we repeat the process it die and you'll win".

 

[Karcen]

" i am not killing it " Katja said as she stood back seemingly doing nothing, she didn't need to make movements to cause the rifts to exist so to anyone that didn't realize it she would look as if she was just watching the fight. " its limbs regenerate slowly i have managed to remove around 40 percent of them " She said sounding like a machine and almost thinking like one with her lack of feeling. " If you wish to help then simply in case it in ice for a short time and i will take care of the rest" She said not knowing what all the girl's ice could do but a few seconds of it not moving was all Katja needed.

 

[Komaeda]

"Well, yea. Could be worse!" Nagisa responded. "The building could have been torn apart, or we could have gotten hurt." As she said this she pulled a strand of hair out of her face, even though it was always in her face. She couldnt help it. Her hair grew insanely fast. "So, what do you guys plan on doing next? It's wayy to nice weather out to just stay in, y'know?"

 

[KageYuuki]

Tsubaki sighed, pushing her chair back so she could sit back down. "I really just want to finish my tea . . . " She muttered, glad the tremors seemed to have finally calmed down. She took a slow sip of the tea. It had cooled considerably over the past few minutes.

 

[Komaeda]

"Oh, okay. I was just wondering is all." Nagisa responded softly. "To be honest I don't know what else there is TO do. Say, do you know what time it is?"

 

[KageYuuki]

Tsubaki slipped her phone from her pocket, pressing a button on the top for the screen to come to life. "Um . . . 1315." She quickly typed a reply to a text before putting her phone back. "Little later than I thought it would be."
