" the flower was used up in the Yoma's birth one flower one Yoma" Katja said gathering up the 10 seeds she got from her two yoma after the seeds were harvested the flowers shriveled and blew away. " There will however always be more" she said her voice and eternal mono tone she didn't change out she did not reveal her normal self to other magical girls.

" damn I never going to remember what kyubey said about the Yoma. Oh well what's important is I stop them at any cost. My name Yui Nagasaki. Nice seeing you" says yui as she walks off leaving the magical girl where she stands.


"Maybe I should go drink some tea" yui said to herself.

Tsuabki paused and glanced over her shoulder to where Kana still stood. "Aren't you coming?" Not that it really matter either way. Tsubaki was still going to get some tea with or without company. Wonder if they'll have more of those pumpkin cakes? Those were so good.


"Guess I'll meet you there," she called before starting back down the sidewalk. The tea shop was close, really only a couple store away. Glancing in the window, she saw that it really wasn't too busy yet. Perfect. A small bell jingled as she pushed the door open. The aromas from the different teas and various baked goods filled the small shop.


"Welcome!" One of the workers called to her in a cheerful tone.


Tsubaki nodded to them before looking at the glass case holding all the sweets. Why did everything have to look so good?

"H-huh?" Blinking herself out of whatever stupor she had fazed herself into, Kana watched momentarily as the other girl left the store. What had happened just then anyways...? Shaking her head, she sighed. 'You could've at least waited...' She huffed internally to Tsubaki before swiftly exiting the gamimg store. Once outside, she glanced around for a moment for a bin to dispose of the empty cup and, thankfully, soon found one. After throwing it in she began to walk after the other, but made sure to stay at a somewhat slow pace. After all, seeming eager to have tea with a stranger is just... Strange. Plus she didn't want to give off the wrong impression too. That never ends well for either party.


The auburn haired girl didn't even need to set a foot into the building to spot Tsubaki; she was front and center in the store, checking out some sweets. Smirking a little, Kana took a few steps forward until she was beside the other, leaning forward a bit as her hands pressed against her hips. "Sweet tooth, eh?" She questioned with a hum, not even bothering to glance towards her. "Want me to buy something for ya?" Wait... What did she just say?! '... Fuck, I messed up!' So much for the cool act, Kana. You totally make it seem like you don't wanna be here.

Tsubaki chuckled, "Yeah I've always had a bit of a weakness for sweets." Her scarlet eyes glanced at Kana as she raised an eyebrow. "Deal, you get the sweets and I'll get the tea." She straightened with a chuckle. "What kind of tea do you like anyway?"

 

[Leaf Fi]

"... Any kind will do." Kana replied with a sigh before taking a step forward again, leaning to inspect the sweet goodies on display. Due to her tastes, she wasn't really the biggest fan of candy or anything sweet, so it was going to be hard to choose just one... Clicking her tongue, she withdrew her purse from the messenger bag hanging at her side before glancing back at the other. "Any preference?" She asked rather bluntly with a mirrored raised brow. If there wasn't, she'd just have to either ask one of the workers what she liked or just buy one of everything. She had the money for it, so why not?

"Their cinnamon cakes are really good." Tsubaki said while paying for the tea. " Both the Anko and Mitarashi Dango are good too if you like those." In a few moments she was passed a tray with a teapot on a warmer, two cups and small dishes of cream and sugar. Her crimson eyes scanned for a suitable table. Finding one, she moved over to it and started setting stuff out between the two chairs.

The auburn haired girl nodded slowly to show she got the message. After another minute or so of admiring the dainty little goods, Kana then cleared her throat before requesting two cinnamon cakes and one Anko and Mitarashi Dango. The latter two were mostly bought just for the sake of buying, so if Tsubaki wanted them, she could take them, but for the cinnamon cakes... She kinda wanted to try one, seeing she never had one before... With a bright smile, the employee handed Kana a tray with the treats on it, wishing her a good day. Those kinds of words kinda left the girl a little awkward- what if that stranger was an asshole? They shouldn't deserve a good day!- so another nod was made before she twirled on her heel, quickly spotting Tsubaki. Swiftly, she headed to the table and placed the tray down before taking a seat. "Take whatever you want, I'm not that hungry." Kana said, yawning as she stretched her arms.

Yui sits at a table close to two girls having a conversation about sweets. " excuse me hostess can I order my tea soon" says yui as the young lady walks by.


" sure, sure give me a minute. I get my notepad." Says hostess.


"Okay, thank you! " says Yui.

Tsubaki shrugged, the tea had already been poured into the small cups. "It's a blend of mint and black just so you know," she said as she missed a little sugar into hers. "I think it's good." Reaching over, she picked up the small dish with a slice of the cake on it. "So I never did catch your name."

"Mint and black, huh...?" Kana's head tilted to the right in the slightest as she inspected the warm liquid in her cup, pursing her lips. Looks like it was gonna be another first for her... "Interesting..." Grabbing a spoon, she took some cream with it before stirring it in her tea. As she did so, Tsubaki began to speak once more, catching her attention. Momentarily, her expression turned sour, but quickly returned to a more neutral one as she glanced back towards her cup. "It's not that important. It's just a sound." The response was automatic and murmured gently, but Kana realised it was kinda rude. Usually she wouldn't give a damn, but Tsubaki had bought her tea... "... But I'm Wakana. Call me whatever you want though, I don't really give a damn." She shrugged.

"Wakana, huh?" Tsubaki gave her a warm smile, "Well it's nice to meet you, I'm Tsubaki." Her eyes move back down to the cup, watching as the steam wafted up in thin ribbons.

Kana's eyes flickered upwards once more at Tsubaki and she froze for a moment at the kind smile sent her way. She blinked, momentarily stunned, before smiling a little herself. "Y-you too, Tsubaki..." Wait, what?! The words that dropped from her own mouth caught her completely off guard. Why the heck did her front drop so suddenly?! Cheeks flushing a light pink, the girl forced away her smile as quick as possible as for it not to be seen, almost like a child who had a parent walk in on them when they were doing something they weren't supposed to. "I-I mean! U-uh... T-the tea?" She stuttered out as the cup before her was raised. A sip was taken, swallowed, then Kana exhaled slowly. "It's really good! You should, y'know... Drink some..." She muttered in an awkward fashion with several inward kicks to herself.

Crimson eyes glanced up at Kana as Tsubaki quirked an eyebrow. "Well . . . I'm glad you liked it." Lifting the cup, she carefully blew on the still steaming liquid before taking a drink. She admit Kana was a tad . . . strange to say the least. Not that meeting over dumped tea is the best introduction one could make.

Kana exhaled in relief due to Tsubaki not questioning her... Sorta strange and random act there. Very kind of the other. Not wanting to continue to dwell on the smile she shared, the auburn haired girl took another sip of her tea before putting the cup down. "I guess you like video games as well as your tea, eh?" She hummed softly as she brought the other small plate of the cinnamon cake towards herself. It wasn't like she was really curious- the girl wasn't a gamer, after all- but a silence would make Kana ponder on things... And she didn't want to do that.

Tsubaki nodded, "I've been playing games ever since I was little." She took another careful sip from the tea. "Though tea's a bit more of a recent development." The teen shrugged as she cut off a small bite from her piece of cake. "What about you? What do you like to do?"

'Save the world and people like you in it on a weekly basis. Not the most fun, but it's my own fault for being such an idiot and agreeing to it.' Kana used the side of her fork to cut into her cake, bringing her free hand up to her chin to tap at it as if in thought. "Not much, to be honest... There's nothing that really draws me in anymore." She said with a slight shrug of her shoulders. "I do enjoy singing though... But not as much as I did in the past. It's still fun though. Aaaand... I like drinking tea." She nodded. "And that about sums it up."

Tsubaki gave a slight chuckle, nodding in response. "I understand the feeling," she said looking into the dark liquid in her cup. She fell silent for a few moments, seemingly lost in thought. Her eyes seemed distant. "Well, at least it's hard to go wrong with tea." She said finally.

The auburn female frowned a little as a rather sudden silence came over the two. Had what she said upset Tsubaki...? Unsure of what really to do- it has been over a year since she's properly comforted someone, so she didn't want to mess up and make the other feel worse-, Kana awkwardly nibbled at her bottom lip before taking a piece of her cake and eating it. It, too, was nice, but it's kinda hard to enjoy something when your company is just staring into space. Or... Tea. After a little bit of time, the other spoke up once more much to her relief. "Ah... Yeah..." She replied with a strained smile. Pausing to take another piece of cake, she then tried to lighten the atmosphere. "Well, when it isn't poured all over your shirt, that is."

"Okay, you've got a point." The white haired teen said as she cut into her piece of cake and took a bite. This shop always had really good cakes. This one in particular having such a good mix of spices. And the icing? Let's not get started on the icing. "It seems to have worked out for both of us in the end though."

A numb, empty feeling began to fill the pit of her stomach at the last statement by Tsubaki. If she meant that they were going to be friends now... It wasn't going to be the case. You didn't have time to maintain relationships when you were a magical girl, and they all just lead to the same thing; trouble and grief. Kyubey may target the other girl if she continued to speak to her after today, and she didn't want her blood on her hands... Kana suffered through enough losses already. But how can you even verbalise such a thing? 'Hey, I kinda fight monsters day to day and if you continue talking to me, you'll probably die, so stay away from me,' would just sound crazy... And any other way would sound dickish and cold... And the old, sweet girl was begging herself not to be that way... Ugh.. Why had she accepted this stupid invite?! "... R-right." Glancing to the side, Kana swallowed down some more tea. What could they even be considered now? Fuck... She didn't have a clue...

Tsubaki shrugged, drinking more of the tea. She always enjoyed the slightly cool finish brought on by the mint. Especially on warmer days. "Afterall, you got more tea and I got cake." She chirped with a slight chuckle. Reaching over, she picked up the smooth ceramic teapot. "Want some more? There's plenty in here."

Nagisa walked down the sidewalk on her way home from school. On her way she spotted a tea shop on the other side of the street. "Oh, didn't that just open?" She thought aloud, crossing the street. "How cute!" Nagisa peered in the window of the cafe.


After shaking her messy white hair out of her face, she opened the door, and as the little bell on it rang she seated herself in a spot that happened to be right behind the other girls.

At the table where Yui was a small cat light bunny appeared only visible to those it chose to be seen by . " Hello there Yui I heard you had a run in with Katja and a group of yoma ." It said its voice androgynous its face unchaining.
