Fandom Pokemon: The Telios Continent

Dylan looked around before she saw a creature in the sky above everyone's head. With the sunlight and the few scattered clouds it was hard to tell just what exactly was flying over head. But whatever it was had to be related to the unnatural phenomenon, that was the gut feeling she had about it. Before she could speak however there was a loud screeching sound that pulled the young woman from her train of thought and caused her to looked over in the direction the gosh awful sound. It was Kane's phone. Apparently any and all electric devices were going a bit haywire. Hopefully their Pokeballs weren't affected though. At Mason's request however she shook her head, "If your Pokedex doesn't work and devices like cellphones aren't working properly either then we can't scan whatever that is or even get a picture of it."

Then Clara suggested something, to follow the unknown creature. This had Dylan gazing over at the girl, "You may have the only idea that we can work with given the scenario." But she was a little weary of the girl going off on her own, so this would have to be another group expedition. However this time Mei was prepared to go off on her own in a sense. "If I may," the young woman stated from where she was squatted on the ground with Rose and Ryker hugging her on either side, "I would like to volunteer to follow that creature from the air. My Garchomp is able to fly and we'll have better luck trying to keep up with it in the air than we would on the ground with all the crowds of people everywhere."

"Dylan no! You don't know what that thing is! What if you or Drake get really hurt?!" Rose was getting a bit worked up as she tightened her hold on her trainer as an attempt to keep her from following through with the idea. The Lopunny was concerned about her trainer's safety along with the Garchomp's. Ryker to was concerned over his trainer, it was his job to look after her. But he knew that Dylan wasn't going to sit around and let the possibility of something going unknown. "I will allow you to go after that thing," the Lucario's voice echoed in her head, "But only if you allow me to track you and lead the others to where you go." Mei gave a nod of her head in response to her partner's conditioning. For now though, she looked up at the two young men awaiting a response regarding her request.

In a flash of white, the beast roared and a bubble radiated from him to envelop the entirety of Cypress City. Every Pokemon that got enveloped by the bubble got forcibly returned into their Pokeballs. It floated high in the sky and was definitely the most terrifying thing Mason had ever seen in his life. Scarlett, who didn't have a Pokeball to return to, gripped Mason's shirt and hugged him, crying in fear at whatever this thing was

As the creature emerged from the portal Dylan's irises shrunk while the creature made itself known. This, thing, was something the young woman had never seen in all her life. It was a mystery. People were screaming and fleeing for cover as white flashed like lightning, and the being roared. It was horrendous and shook a person to their very core whether it was out of fear of just because of the overall volume. But as it bellowed something started to radiate, a bubble. A bubble which in no time flat managed to cover the entire city. "Dylan!" Was the last thing she heard as she turned to watch Ryker being forcefully sucked into his Poke ball, "Ryker!" Soon Rose was sucked back into her containment device in a protesting scream.

The young woman pulled out her Poke balls, which had shrunken to their more space saving size, and started to press at the button to hopefully release at least one of her companions. "Dammit," she hissed out of anger when nothing seemed to be working, "Just what the hell is going on!" She was angry at what was transpiring, that clearly fueled her more "colorful" language. This creature must be the cause of the things that started to happen just a few moments ago, the electronic disruptions, the sudden decrease in temperature. Whatever this monster was had to have caused it, there was no doubt in her head. Clenching her fist Dylan shoved her Poke balls back into her pocket, her bag now in her other hand.

There had to be something that they could do. But what was there that they could do? They were all only human, and what was in front of them was a creature of unknown proportion. "This bubble won't be easy to break on its own," she mumbled quietly as she observed her surroundings, "And there might be only one way to get out of this mess... Which means handling it at it's source.."

"ARE YOU MAD WOMAN!?!?!?!?!" A voice echoed in her head, one that she was all too familiar with. Ryker. Apparently the bubble had messed up any and all forms of electricity and technology, but a telepathic link is a totally different ball game. "That thing up there is a glorified monster straight out of any horror/monster flick that you've ever watched! On top of that we are all trapped in here and can't get out so you don't have any form of protection against it." Mei sighed as her hand holding her paper bag clenched into a tight fist, "Well unless someone either comes up with a better plan or is a technological genius that override a Poke ball so that you all may get out of them in this dome, we're out of options." With that said Dylan started making her way towards the being slowly, her Poke balls shaking in her pocket out of what one would consider desperation. It was obvious that this young woman showed no sign of fear in what she was doing, but then again, if she did allow herself to be scared nothing would ever get accomplished. And she wasn't too keen on waiting.

Kane gasped at the creature that made itself known. It was terrifying - not only in appearance, but in concept. A being, that appeared malicious and evil, that defied all known sciences...a being that has never been seen before, nor had any mention in any historical books...was this creature a legendary? Was it an alien? Who knew? Kane wasn't certain whether to be in awe of the creature, or in complete and utter fear. Luckily, he didn't need to make the choice. His body froze up, like a Deerling in the headlights, as if his body was rejecting what the brain was telling it to do.

Then, his eyes widened. He remembered back to his Magneton - which he could feel shake violently in its Pokeball, along with his other three companions - and then true fear spread across his face. He watched as Dylan moved closer to the monstrosity, as his brain began to quickly piece together the jigsaw. "Wait a minute...skeleton in the static..?" He looked towards the beast, and noticed a static like appearance to it - occasionally, the creature would also shudder and distort in a way that could only be described as a 'glitch'.

In that moment, he knew. He knew that it was this creature that had done the damage to his faithful Steel type friend, and that it was this monster that was capable of nearly killing a Sturdy Pokemon in one shot with little to no trace. He broke into a cold sweat, sheer terror spreading across his face, as he recalled back to Dylan. She was going to get herself killed! "Dylan, no!"

Without so much as a second thought, he ran towards the girl and placed his hands onto her arms in an attempt to stop her. He wasn't going to let this thing attack her, like it attacked his Magneton. Arceus only knows what would happen to a mere human if a Steel type with Sturdy almost died from it. "This thing is dangerous!" He moved in front of her, purposefully standing in between Dylan and the creature. "It could kill you!"

Clara eyes widen when she saw the skeleton creature. She really didn't know what to say but it was pretty scary. Buffy seemed to be shaken from being scared. Clara held on to her a little more tightly while Sylvia stepped infront of Clara still holding on to her wrist. But then suddenly Buffy and Sylvia disappeared into their poke balls. What the heck was going on here?? Clara noticed Dylan actually trying to make her way to the creature. Was she crazy? Clara was none for doing for crazy things but even she wasn't about to go near that thing without a plan let alone go by herself. "Dylan what are you doing?! You don't even have a plan and you cant deal with that thing alone!"

Anna just stared at the frightening creature, her body locked in place due to the fear coursing through, like all the others, she then put her hands over her pokeball as if to protect them

Mason Serrano​

Mason went for his Pokeballs and found that they were locked. "It used some weird upgraded form of Roar that apparently keeps Pokemon locked in their balls." That meant his only line of defense was Scarlett and he was never gonna send her to fight if she didn't want to. Plus, Scarlett would be a mosquito at BEST to something like that. That most likely went for the rest of his team.


In one of the 3 heads, the left of the most prominent 2, a ball formed in its mouth and it shot into the air. It then exploded and released a shower of meteors onto the frightened city. The balls of energy exploded on contact, causing injury and extensive damage to the city. They had various colors of the trails, which would tell some people that each one had a different type depending on the color. It floated high in the air. Unless one could jump at almost flight height, there was no reaching it with Physical attacks.

Dylan stopped for a split moment as she heard Kane and Clara yelling at her to not go, but ended up continuing anyways. That was until the sailor ran over to her and physically grabbed her, preventing her from moving forward. When she looked him in the eye she could not only see his fear, but it washed off of him like waves on a beach. Mei's face remained emotionless as she gazed at him. He did however have a point, this thing was dangerous and they had no way of fighting or even getting it to go back to where it came from. But even so, "If we don't do something we'll all end up dead anyways!" This fact could also be proven as true that in the matter of minutes they could all die anyway without even trying to prevent the monstrosity from doing further harm.

As she said that she glanced behind Kane to see the creature charging another attack, a big one, causing her blue eyes to widen. "Get down!" Tossing her bag aside the young woman tackled Kane to the ground and covered him. Shielding the boy with her own body as the monster fired its attack in the air, then exploded sending meteors falling to the ground in nearby areas. Each one exploding on impact. Instinctively Dylan would hug the boy closer to her with each blast, making sure his head especially was protected.

When the explosions stopped she pulled away from the boy a bit and opened her eyes. "Are you alright," Dylan asked rather concerned as she looked down at Kane. Her dress was torn in a few places from her earlier actions, but as long as no one was hurt she didn't care. Lifting her head up she called out to the others, "Is everyone else ok!? Are any of you in need of medical attention?" This situation was getting way too out of hand. If things kept going like this, then no one would be left.

Kane looked the woman dead in the eyes, oblivious to the creature behind him charging its attack. "You don't know that! But throwing yourself at this thing does nothing for you! I refuse - urk!" He suddenly felt himself being thrown to the ground, as Dylan jumped on top of him. As it happened, he felt a strange vibration in his pocket...he didn't notice, however, as he looked around at the chaos that the creature was weaving. An intense anger filled his eyes. Whatever this creature was, it must be crueller than Giratina if it was happy to just attack a city out of the blue like that. Kane hated those who used their power for bad, and this creature was no different in his eyes. When the attack died down, he looked at Dylan. "You idiot! You could've been hurt!"

The shaking in his pocket became more and more intense. Far greater than the vibrations from the rest of his Pokemon, Kane pulled out his faithful Steel type's Pokeball. He noticed that the red parts of his Pokeball had started to crack...was that good, or bad? Then, he remembered. He knew what was happening. He wasn't sure if it would work, but he needed to try anyway. "Magneton, all hands on deck!" As he ushered those words, the red part shattered completely, sending tiny fragments of red plastic to the floor. Kane did not seem worried, however, as underneath the red exterior lay the colours only reserved for the rarest of the Pokeballs. A purple sheen became revealed to the world, with the iconic white 'M' written across the front as the red beam shot out of it. Magneton, despite the creature's abilities to return Pokemon to their balls, stood as plain as day and it looked a mixture of terrified and mad. Kane looked on with shock at the now revealed opening Master Ball. But, he knew what to do. He may not be the best Trainer, but he was damned if he'd let fear stop him from doing his job. He noticed that this time around, Magneton had decided to take its Zap Plate out with it - Kane knew what that meant. He knew that, despite its broken mind, it was ready to fight the creature. Magneton was sure to lose - they both knew that - but that wasn't going to stop them. All that was needed now was for Kane to usher those all important words.

"Magneton! Use Discharge!"

Kane's command boomed through the area, as the Electric type began to comply. Charging up a beam between the six magnets on its body, Magneton screeched furiously as a beam of electricity shot towards the creature. This was no normal attack, issued by a Trainer against another Trainer's Pokemon, but instead a rage induced, final attempt to save its friends against a nightmare it had been suffering from for decades. The Zap Plate glowing from the energy, contributing to the powerful strike of electricity, the Discharge travelled at unfathomable speeds - normal speeds when referring to higher level Electric types - towards the creature that was floating in the air.

"Are you kidding me!? I was trying to protect you and I get yelled at for being more concerned over your well being than my own!?" The young woman was peeved even more now. As she stood up she could feel a warmth run down her thigh, causing her to look for the source. It seemed that debris from one of the closer blasts seemed to have cut her leg, starting at her thigh to just below her knee. The white skirt of her dress started to stain. Dylan hissed a bit as she put pressure on before beginning to curse under her breath. But she wasn't going to give into the pain that started to pulse through her leg.

When she looked over at Kane she watched in semi-silence as his Pokeball rattled and the red coloring started to chip away. Soon an iconic M was seen and Dylan's eyes widened in surprise. Kane had one of the rarest Pokeballs ever made, a master ball. What managed to weasel its way out of it was even more shocking. "Magneton?" Mei certainly didn't expect him to be the one contained it a device capable of catching any Pokémon without fail. The young woman watched as Kane and his partner attacked the mystery beast that wrecked havoc on the city. Soon her Pokeballs started to rattle violently in her dress pocket, causing her to pull them out.

"Dylan! Are you alright!? What the hell is going on!?" Sighing she looked at her Pokeballs after hearing Ryker's echoing voice, "Everyone is ok. I'm just bleeding a little." The Lucario's capsule started to shake harder as he attempted to get out of it, but sadly his efforts were in vain.

Mason Serrano​

Mason was frozen as the meteors fell, half in fear and half in awe. They WERE pretty impressive despite the dire circumstances they were in. He was then pulled to the ground as a meteor flew right pass where his head was and crashed into a building, exploding. Mason looked at Clara from the ground. "You saved my life Clara! You are an absolute saint.........are you ok?" His own well-being was immediately disregarded for hers

A light show erupted at the beast was shocked by Kane's brave Magneton's Discharge. The giant beast roared as it took the attack in a direct hit. Pillars of flame burst out at the beast was hit by various fire types wielded by the Police who had FINALLY shown up to take on the beast. A ball charged up in the beast's mouth and it shot the ball towards the ground. It simply disappeared with no effect.

The ground then cracked and started spreading. Suddenly, explosions rocked the ground and the only indication was where the cracks were spreading to. This was Earth Power and in the upgraded version, it hit EVERYTHING around it. The fire types hit were immediately knocked out as well as Dylan's Luxray. If it wasn't floating, like Kane's Magneton, and trying to fight, it was knocked out.

It then turned to the Magneton that struck it. A ball charged in its mouth and, with speed, it shot a fast burst of flame at Magneton, blasting it straight into the ground, where it was then blasted again by Earth Power

Spoiler: Heat Wave

Mason took Clara's hand and quickly hauled her up, then took off as he saw cracks going towards them both. Serious injury was in store for anyone caught up in this. It looked like the apocalypse was coming, this being the beast in Revelations and in nightmares.



The beast roared and it flew off in a move that looked like a dash or a burst of speed. It turned black and was gone without a trace.

Mason coughed from all the smoke, dust and debris and surveyed the damage. It was EXTENSIVE. While the ground started turning back to normal after the massive Earth Power, the damage to the buildings wasn't as easy to fix. Shattered glass, holes in buildings, ruined stands and rides, the stadium was damaged, the works. This festival was definitely ruined as the city was blasted to pieces by the giant beast.

Dylan watched as Kane and Magneton fought against the creature. By the looks of it they seemed to be fending it off pretty well as it howled in pain, or possibly anger. But before she knew it something else was attacking the creature, a bunch of somethings. It seemed that the police had finally made it to ground zero to defend Cypress City, causing the woman to mumble under her breath, "Well it's about time." Though that small sense of relief vanished as soon as it appeared when the creature attacked yet again with a devastatingly, powerful move which shook the entire city to its very core. Mei concluded in her mind that this move was either Earth Power or Earthquake by the way the ground shook and cracked, but this move was far more dangerous due to the overwhelming strength of this creature.

As the young woman watched the beast attacked Magneton, she couldn't help but to get a sick feeling in her stomach. This, thing, was a glorified monster. Turning towards Kane she opened her mouth to yell at him, but was cut off before a word could even get out as the ground shook violently yet again. Her blue orbs turned to see the sight just past the boy, and widened in shock. Large cracks spread towards them faster than an Ariados' web. "Kane you have to run!" Dylan shouted to the young man to get him to move away from the approaching breaking ground. Just as she turned to move away from the on coming disaster a massive amount of pain shot through her leg, causing her to cripple to the ground with a growl. Apparently Mei had miscalculated just how deep the cut was as she examined it with a quick glance.

The cracks were still coming at them fast. But Dylan could hardly stand in time to get away, so she started to crawl. When the beast roared she looked up towards the sky in time to see it vanish in the form of darkness, which meant the dome vanished as well. Then without a second Mei reached her hand out before slamming it down on the pocket containing her Pokeballs in hopes that one of them would open. Thankfully it seemed that her crazy idea worked as Ryker immediately broke free of his Pokeball.

"You idiot," the Lucario grumbled as he scooped is trainer up in his arms before carrying her away from the oncoming cracks at a fast pace, "You could've gotten yourself killed." As things started to settle down Ryker slowed, then stopped. Dylan coughed as the dust fell to the ground and the air started to clear. "Oh my Arceus." The amount of damage done to the city made it look like Voltorbs and Electrodes had gone around using Explosion. Glancing down towards her leg Mei could see that the whole section of her costumed that covered her right leg was stained red, along with a portion of Ryker's fur as he held his trainer. "You've got glass in that cut. We need to get you some help before anything worse happens," the Lucario stared down at his trainer when his voice echoed in her head. But the young woman simply nodded a response.

Ryker looked around before he started to bark rather loudly to gain the attention of someone who'd be able to help his trainer get to a doctor or hospital.

Clara rolled over to her back and looked over at Mason. "Am I alright?" She then sat up. "I'm freaking out!!" She said dramatically. "But I'm ok. See not a scratch." She said grinning and holding up the peace sign. Just then the ground started to shake. Great now what in the world was happening. She turned around to see the earth starting to crack open and heading right towards them. Suddenly Mason grabbed her by the hand and pulled her along running from the dangerous threat. Finally it ended the earth stopped shaking and the monster disappeared. Clara amazed about everything that just happened looked around at all the chaos and mess it caused. "Well then....." Her poke balls started to shake but Clara honestly didn't want them coming out right now. "It's fine guys just stay where you are. I'll let you out later." for now she honestly felt better with them being in there. She didn't want them out if something unexpected happen again. "What do we do now?"

Kane winced as he saw Dylan's wound. Still, there was little he could do about it now, even if he did feel guilty for it. He had a bit more than a wound to worry about now, though. He felt the entire ground beneath him shake, as the creature threw a ball of energy towards it, and even Kane could tell that it wasn't good. He watched as cracks began to form in the ground, and headed towards him and Dylan. He noticed that Dylan had fallen over, but it was too late - he began to run over to the woman, the shaking ground seemingly futile against his sailor's balance, but she was too far away at this point.

Meanwhile, Magneton was charging up another attack - this time, its Thunder move. However, as it was just about to release it, it was slammed by a massive Heat Wave. It would've fainted, was it not for its sturdy nature. Not that it mattered, as the cracks from the Earth Power finished it off. In complete agony, Magneton fell to the ground unconscious. Again, the creature had battered Magneton into submission with ease. At least, this time, it managed to get an attack off. An attack that might have saved its friends.

Soon, the monster fled from the battle. Although, it was hardly like it fled silently. The city was in shambles, with buildings on the verge of collapse and roads upturned, and it was going to cost a fortune to repair. At least, civilian casualties weren't as bad as it could've been.

Kane wasn't bothered about that, though - at least, not at the moment. He ran over to his Magneton, and began checking for life signs. Fortunately, it seemed to have just been knocked out - a trip to the PokeCentre would fix that up no bother. "Thank Kyogre. You get some rest, now. Good job, Magneton." Muttering under his breath, he returned Magneton to its home. Then, he turned his attention to Dylan. He rushed over, and began to rip apart his costume into shreds. "Sit still, Dylan. You need to keep the wound pressurised, or the blood loss will kill you. I know there is glass in there - I can see it - so just trust me." Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time Kane has had to play medic. In the ocean, with no hospitals and surrounded by hostile Pokemon, you learned how to keep someone from bleeding out. He began wrapping his scraps of clothing around Dylan's leg, and began to apply pressure - not enough to cause the glass to do more damage, but enough to stem the flow.

Mason Serrano

Mason called out all his Pokemon and held Scarlet, who was crying from having to hang on to Mason for dear life and especially that giant monster. Mason pulled out his Pokedex to check if it was working
All it had was that same glitch, but this time a couple of other things were visible as well
On the left side of the Pokedex, it held the name of the Pokemon and the other held the Pokedex number. The name category held the glitch while the number category (shown as no.) just said "missing" right beside it. Missing Number, shown as Missingno when read
Mason said, confused. He just reset his Pokedex and it booted back up and worked normally. "Our electronics need to be restarted."
Mason grabbed his phone and that same thing showed as his Pokedex. This time it seemed a bit creepy as he didn't have anything related to a pokedex on his phone. It needed internet to work and that wasn't always available, now was it? The Pokedex, however, was capable of doing this without the internet. All stored offline and capable of scanning Pokemon in an instant. "Missingno?" he said, confused. Did that mean something? Whatever. He restarted his phone and it worked perfectly fine

"We need to help those hurt, get them to the hospital and Pokemon to the Pokemon Center. I'm glad you're alright, Clara." He was still dazed by everything, but he was snapped out of it when Lucario started barking and Dylan was hurt. Mason ran over, avoiding the recovering but still fractured ground and avoiding debris and still panicked people trying to leave the city. "I can have Scarlett heal that up with Heal Pulse. I have to extract the glass first though." He pulled out a pair of tweezers from his bag. Mason was a bit cosmetically inclined, so this stuff was normal for him to carry.

Ryker looked over as the two young men ran over towards him and his trainer, knowing that they were going to help his trainer. The Pokémon set Dylan down on a piece of ground that was free of any glass or other form of debris. Sitting the young woman up in an upright position, Ryker plopped down behind her as a form of support to keep her from falling over. Red orbs looked at Kane and Mason full of gratitude. His trainer was lucky to have run into such a group of people earlier today, even if her injury was mostly her own fault.

As the boys worked on the gash in her leg, Dylan grunted in pain with just about every touch. Mason had managed to pull the glass out with his tweezers, while Kane started wrapping her leg up with scraps of his now tattered costume and applied pressure to her wound. A hiss of pain escaping her lips as she leaned back against Ryker with clenched fists. When she opened her eyes again you could see that she was rather drained from the blood loss. "I... I'm sorry," Mei mumbled softly as she looked between the two young men, "Kane... you ruined your costume to help a moron like me..... And Mason.... I have a feeling that.. pulling glass out of people, isn't what those tweezers are meant for...... But that's just a hunch.." Oddly enough though, Dylan actually started to smile a bit. Even chuckled. Which told Ryker that she was obviously tired and out of it a bit. But that was to be expected after her ordeal after all.

Glancing over towards Mason she could see Scarlett holding onto him, crying. Even if she could help Dylan felt that right now wasn't the best time for the terrified Pokémon. "No Mason, it's ok...... She's still scared.... And I don't want her to do anything like that while she still needs to be comforted.. Poor thing..... I'm sorry you had to go through all of that, Scarlett." Mei peered around Mason to see Clara standing nearby. From the looks of it she physically appeared to be alright. That helped ease the young woman a bit. Once she stopped staring at the little girl Dylan looked over at Kane with noticeable worry, and a bit of guilt, "What about you, and Magneton?"

Mason Serrano​

"I don't force her to do anything she doesn't want to do, but she's fine and I'm fine. You aren't. It's this or a big medical bill." Mason said with stern concern. He took the cloth on her leg and loosened it to move it. He didn't want to cut it because it was valuable right now. He held his breath for a long moment to slow his breathing, then exhaled before he absolutely had to. He steadied her leg, then carefully eyed the shards of glass. All the bigger pieces were removed before the cloth got put on it, so he was eyeing the smaller ones.

"Medical tweezers and my cosmetic tweezers aren't so different. This will hurt a bit, but the cloth is only soaking up blood and not covering the injury with how loose it is right now." He needed to remove the glass regardless of whether or not Scarlett was too distressed to heal her. He narrowed his eyes to focus on the glass. Using his phone's flashlight, he shined over the bloody area, moving it back and forth to get a glint which would give away the position of the glass even when it was covered in blood. He caught sight of a piece and move the tweezers in. "Brace........." Mason warned Dylan before going into her leg to get the small glass shards out. The process was likely to be at least moderately painful, but it would beat having glass shards still stuck in the leg. Mason was by zero means a medical expert. He only ever knew what his mom used as home remedies and simple solutions to common problems. Using tweezers to remove glass shards from his foot was one of those instances. Here he was now.

Clara stood back as they worked on Mei’s leg. That was a bit to much blood for Clara’s taste. She looked around at all the mess that monster made. She had the sudden urge to go explore it. But as they if Sylvia could read her mind she shook the pole ball. “Huh? Oh....fine.” Sylvia relaxed back in her zeal and Clara turned back around watching and waiting for the others.

When the fashion savvy boy turned rather serious Dylan's eyes widened in surprise. It was a large contrast between the laid back Mason she had met earlier in the day and the Mason who was helping her right now. Taking a deep breath as her body sunk into the Lucario that propped her up. Listening quietly to the boy she took in everything he had to say regarding her wound. This type of talk reminded her of a few moments she spent with her father, especially the days before she left home. He had made sure that Mei knew how to take care of an injury if she found herself or anyone in need of help.

"That's a smart idea," she mumbled, "Removing the rest of the glass will help keep an infection from spreading along with preventing any further tissue damage." Dylan also knew that her leg would indeed have to be bandaged tightly along with pressure being applied until they got to a hospital or somewhere that could stitch the wound up for her. It was that, or she'd have to find a fire type willing to cauterize it. But Mei hoped that would be a last resort type of deal. As Mason started to move the tweezers the young woman felt Ryker slip one of his paws under her hand so that she had something to squeeze. At hearing him tell her to brace, Dylan squeezed her Lucario's paw while Mason stuck the tweezers in her leg before grabbing at the glass.

he hissed, grunted, and growled under her breath. Squeezing Ryker's paw tighter and tighter. In all honesty though, Dylan would rather go through this than having been a bystander. "I'm sorry again about all this..."

Kane was still applying pressure, to keep as much blood as he could where it should be. He stopped for a second, however, as the woman showed concern for his clothing. "You what? Dylan, I don't care about the costume. I'll just pay for it later." He worked with Mason to get the glass out, although without any precision tools on him there was little he could do. Then, Dylan spoke again. "Magneton is stronger than it seems. It'll be fine, after some rest. And don't you dare worry about me, either, with you lying there like that. You don't deserve to get worried, with how you acted." Even though his words seemed to be that of a scold, he was saying it in a non-serious way, like a joke. He was trying to raise her spirits, and to keep her distracted from her leg.

He couldn't help but wonder about the creature, though. What was it? Was it a Zoroark or something? Or, perhaps it was an illusion created by a Psychic type? Surely, something that powerful and chaotic would be known to the world, right? What could it possibly be, to avoid attention like this? He also couldn't shake the fact that it knew Judgement - a move rumoured to only be known by Arceus itself. How, though? Why? Questions flooded Kane's mind as he helped with Dylan's leg, and a look of anguish spread across his face.

"What in the green an' blue world was that thing, anyways? Do any of you know?"

(sorry it's short - end of semester an' all. the college work has been piling up a bit)

As she grunted in pain the young woman glanced over at Kane as he spoke to, and joked around with, her. It was silently obvious to see that the young man was trying to help her the best he could, and that was to try and make her happy. Though after the amount of blood she loss just about anything upbeat would make her smile. Overall Dylan was drained and using the rest of her energy to stay awake so she wouldn't end up scaring anyone anymore. "I'll help you pay for it since it was my fault it got ruined. And don't tell me I can't because I will anyways," this she managed to let out with a small snicker. Ryker secretly found this part of his trainer to be rather amusing to watch since her normal counter part is so stoic and a bit robotic in nature.

When she felt them work on her leg a bit more Dylan couldn't help but to groan in pain. All this glass that seemingly was still in her wound made her feel as if she got hit by shrapnel from a bomb in fair proximity. Kane had questioned the earlier creature, which had Mei shaking her head as her brain managed to get into encyclopedia mode, "I'm unsure of what it is, but I have a hunch of what it's not. We all can agree that this wasn't a part of the festival so any animatronics or projections can be ruled out. Besides that an illusion is made for tricking the eye and not used for causing any harm. Plus I believe it would take a great amount of energy for a Pokémon to create an illusion such as that. Now fear, that's another story with illusions... But due to all the damage.... I'd say that this thing..... It's something real.... It breathes and lives... Is capable of leveling cities in a single blow if it wanted...."

Ryker was quick to pick on his trainer's decrease in energy, causing him to tap her head with his nose. "Be quiet. If you keep wasting your energy by talking you'll be out cold, and none of us want that," the Lucario scolded as he held the young woman upright as she continued to sit. Dylan though, was in no mood to argue with her companion, so she silently nodded. Keeping her mouth shut for now.

Mason finished his work extracting the glass from her leg. He sat back, sweating from just how much concentration he put into the task. "Scarlett, can you use Heal Pulse please?"
Scarlett inhaled deeply then exhaled, copying Mason's method of keeping himself calm and focused. A ball charged in her hand and she released it in Dylan's direction.

Spoiler: Heal Pulse

Dylan and anyone else in her immediate vicinity would glow a blinding pink and all pain would go away immediately. The move sent her body into overclock and the wound immediately began to close to a large degree, then scab over, leaving what would be a scar on her leg when it peeled. He sat back, relaxing at the feeling of the move in his own body, calming his adrenaline and the small strain on his body from having to run and from Clara pulling him to the ground, giving him a few deep scrapes, not that it really affected his ability to extract the glass.

"That should be good. It can't restore lost blood though, so you need to drink some water and rest. We need to get you somewhere and definitely get out of this area before this thing comes back," Mason said. Plus, he wanted out of this area with all the cops, firefighters, and paramedics out here. The circumstances didn't line up for him to want to keep being here. The rest of the festival was 99.99999% likely to be cancelled. Twould take a hell of a reason and maybe apathy to keep it going

"Finally their done." Clara said as she walked over to them. She stood their with hands behind her back. "So I guess we should head to a hotel room huh? I can't really think of anywhere else to go." She said responding to Mason's comment about getting out of the area. Clara was a little bit on edge but she felt really nice, warm and relaxed now thanks to Scarlett. Clara started to wonder if they would split up or stick together. "So does this mean we are all sticking together?"
